Was I going to have to run my finger around that awkward curve area around the top to get all the product out? Turns out the cream is actually in a cylinder jar which is recessed into another. That was a relief and a disappointment. I thought I was getting more product than what I actually got. . Jar size issue aside, it does a great job at calming irritated skin. I like the protective healing barrier it provides but it feels a little heavy to use all over my face during the day. Overall, my skin is much smoother and stays hydrated longer. So I feel a little extra... I moved my "beauty" room into another room and decided to use my mother-in-law's makeup table. she was so put together every day and she had the makeup table for years and it has a vintage feel to it so I decided to make use of it. So I use it strictly for skincare now and have a seperate space for makeup application. Yeah it's extra 🙂 This Azulene Calm Cream* from @preange_official is a nice cream made with guaiazulene which is where it gets it beautiful violet color from. This is great if your skin feels irritated or sun burned. Ingredients contain niacinamide, angelca archangelica leaf extract and oil, adenosin, Panthenol, squalane, cholesterol, and of course guaiazulene. Making great for the skin barrier treatment. Now I will say that this does contain alcohol, but I have had no issues with this and it does really help with skin irritation. I don't suffer much with that, but my hubby does and he loves it. This is a bit heavy for my normal skin but perfect his super dry skin. I could totally see me using this when it gets colder.

I really enjoyed with cream. I love that it's thick and I love that it's purple. It is very creamy and it is absorbed into the skin very nicely. I enjoyed this cream when my skin needed extra hydration at night after exfoliating.

Since it ships all the way to the US from Korea it takes a bit to get through customs and to my doorsteps so I have not been using this cream for too long. This is my review after about 2 weeks of use. 🔎 💙This is my first time using the brand @preange, the blue hue of it is the dreamiest cream I own yet. Overall I like the cream, it was nice to use at night since it’s a bit thicker then my usual picks (water based gel moisturizes💧). I enjoyed using this cream since my skin needed some extra attention and tlc. Lately my skin has been acting out, hormonal and a dry dessert mess and this cream has really helped soothe my symptoms. There is not much of a fragrance and it layers on nicely as one of my final steps in my night time routine. This one is worth checking out and it’s always lovely way to replenish my skin. 💦 The formula definitely moisturizes and soothes , I wake up with calmer less inflamed skin then the night before.

You know that feeling when everything is going absolutely perfect in your skincare regime? Your skin looks amazing, you've even got the coveted glass skin look everyone strives for? Then you try a product or two and it all goes to 💩. I take that risk as a product tester and a skincare junkie all the time. For the most part I know what to avoid, but once and awhile one slippery sucker will get by me with bold claims and screw up my face so bad it's back to basics for me. 🤷⁣ ⁣ This beautiful purple cream did such a thing to my skin. Preange Azulene Calm Cream is described to help skin just like mine. It's supposed to target and calm sensitive flushed skin that is prone to dryness. When I first started using it it did just that. I didn't even suspect it was the culprit that gave me a terrible cystic breakout on my cheek and chin, but when I started to get flaking stinging, burning and an eczema rash all around my neck alarm bells started going off. I had damaged my moisture barrier and this was the only new product I was using. There are some ingredients in this cream that my skin absolutely does not like. ⁣ ⁣ Obviously I have discontinued using it. I went back to packing my skin with ceramides and I'm not using anything with any active ingredients currently. Hence, the post yesterday with a placeholder. I can not product test anything until my skin heals. Fortunately, I had already taken photos and used the masks that I need to review and will post those soon. ⁣ ⁣ My skin feels terrible though, tight and painful. After a few weeks of babying it all will be well again, but for now it sucks. Have you guys ever destroyed your skin barrier? Unfortunately this isn't my first time. 💜Review Time💜I received a 50 ml jar of the Preange Azulene Calm Cream through @0.8l_usa for a discounted price in exchange for my review. After cleansing and toning I applied the Cream to my face. The Cream had a natural lavender hue and was unscented. The Cream has a light smooth texture, absorbed quickly, and was very moisturizing. Ingredients included: Sensitivity calming violet-colored Guaiazulene and Skin protective Angelica complex. The Cream retails for $23 on Amazon.

The [Preange] Azulene Calm Cream is a great moisturizer for dry and sensative skin types. My skin is very sensative to any product that I use on it so I usually aboid using moisturizers other than baby lotion since it does not cause a stinging sensation on my skin. But this moisturizer has not caused me any problems since i've been using it. It does at times take a few minutes to completly absorb into my skin. But overall it has not caused me to break out or have a stinging sensation on my face. The Guaiazulene provides an anti-aging effect and is effective in soothing and protecting sensative skin. It is a violet colored cream and it balances the skins water and oil ratios. Thank you @0.8L for allowing me to try this product in exchange for my honest review.

Preange Azulene Calming Cream 🌸Claims: mild soothing and moist cream to comfort sensitive and dry skin. 🌸Key ingredients: Guaiazulene (skin soothing agent; helps calm skin; natural violet color did no artificial pigments.), Angelica complex (Angel's herb/ soothe and moisturizing agents to help yhe skin barrier) and Arctigenin patent material (helps protect skin moisture with Arctigenin ingredient of Preange, helps keep skin heathy). 🌸Texture and scent: is a water type of cream, dissolves into the skin fast and has no scent. 🌸Results: this cream is moisturizing, calming and balancing but for my skin it needed to be nourishing too. I have very dry skin and the cream provided minimal moisturizing power and it didn't las t very long since I woke up with a tight feeling on my cheeks. I did use it alone and with other products, but still it felt like I needed more of it and I had to wait a few minutes since it stung a bit due to my sensitive skin. Sadly I won't repurchase since it just wasn't for my type of skin.

Testing out the Azulene Calming Cream by Preange. It has a subtle purple hue and contains Guaiazulene which is a derivative of   chamomile oil & it also occurs naturally as a constituent of oil of guaiac, a rose-scented oil . The cream has no discernable scent.  This ultra-silky lotion is hydrating and calms irritated skin. It's $23 for 1.69 fl.oz., so it's on the pricey side for the amount of product. If you're a K beauty fan & budget is not an issue, this would be excellent as a quick and gentle remedy for a bout of dry irritated or patchy skin, this would be a great cream to use. It's not greasy at all!

~Product Review~ I was selected by 0.8L to review Preange Azulune Calm Cream. This is a very thick, deeply moisturizing face cream specifically created for calming and balancing sensetive skin. It contains Angelica herb, which brings ease to irritated, sensetive skin. It is a gorgeous shade of light lavender, very mildly scented. I found it easily absorbed, very calming and very moisturizing but not oily. I would highly recommend this to any skin type, it's very calming and moisturizing without giving you breakouts.

My Thoughts: 💜At first I thought the jar of cream was really big, although it felt pretty light. The jar did look big until I saw there was a jar within a jar and that the actual section of cream was pretty small. I was a bit disappointed and felt that anyone paying full price might feel a bit cheated. I personally feel like a cosmetic, or any product, should not be packaged that what. Consumers want to know exactly what we are paying for. The cream is a pale purple which goes onto the skin smoothly, although not as smoothly as some creams I have used. There is a very light scent to the cream, but although I am sensitive to fragrance this fragrance did not bother me. I would still prefer that my cosmetics have no fragrance. The cream soaked into my skin quickly but did retain some tackiness. The next morning my skin still felt well moisturized and supple. I was not having any problems with my skin in the occasions I tried the cream so I can’t attest to whether it would be soothing to me or not. This is the Azulene Calm Cream from Preange. Its color comes from Guaiazulene, which helps with calming and soothing your skin. This Calm Cream is pretty lightweight but feels very moisturizing on my skin... maybe too moisturizing when I layer it with multiple other products. My face was very shiny and pretty greasy in the morning. I don’t think this will work well during the day underneath my makeup, so I won’t even try it. Even if I use at night, I guess I just need to apply very sparingly. Also, I couldn’t tell if it made any difference to the redness I usually have in my cheeks or chin. This very hydrating moisturizer will come in handy in a couple of months, once the weather turns colder and the humidity level goes down. Until then, it will probably just be sitting in my cabinet. Preange Azulene Calm Cream Review: I received from @0.8l_usa for review. First impressions I really like the packaging it is in a double wall container. The cream itself has a blue hue to it. It has no fragrance which I like. The formula is a calming soothing cream it's not heavy absorbed nicely and was overall great for my sensitive skin. I definitely would recommend it.

🌬I have very sensitive skin. Also recently around that time of the month, my face gets so hot it feels like it's sunburnt and I'm only 35 😬I hate it. This cream works wonders to soothe my skin. It's very lite it melts right into my skin. I also have oily skin and this doesn't irritate it at all. I like to use this during the day and at night. Really I use this whenever I need to. It's like medicine for my face. I burnt my hand picking up a bowl of soup, genius I know, and no joke this soothed the burn. It didn't bubble but it was still red and hurt like you know what.🌬 ❄I highly recommend this especially if you have sensitive skin. I had a bad reaction to a sheet mask and this immediately got rid of the irritation. If your prone to finding out your allergic to ingredients or sometimes certain ingredients simply irritate your skin I highly recommend this. My oily skin had no breakouts it any other adverse reactions. Also a little goes a very long way. For a 1.69oz jar it retails for $23. I believe it's worth every penny.
