I was so excited to finally try out a lip tint, the closest I've used I the past was a peel off lip tint that tasted pretty nasty and didn't alway peel off evenly. This product however doesn't taste horrible, has cute packaging, a nice big applicator if you're wanting full application and a pleasent scent. The staining power is pretty good, I'd say at least 3-4 hours depending if you've eaten, whether or not you applied all over or more like a gradient and if you layered it forstronger color. I'd say it's a bit difficult getting full coverage in one swipe but you can get it there, I have a red colorand not a ton of experience using lip products so it was a little tricky for me but you know whatyou're doing it could be easier for you possibly.

So cute! 🌂☂️This was a great formula - soft and velvety. Not drying. Highly pigmented. I forgot I was wearing! I also love the color I got. Red-orange which is flattering on all skin tones in my opinion. I like the wider doe foot applicator as I can use the tip to outline and the flat side to fill in. It smelled so good too. A fruity scent that did not linger once on. Although it wore off for me after a couple hours, it tints the lips so you still look like you have some color which I loved! Add a lip topper or gloss to your tinted lips and you are good to go for rest of day or reapply. Hi everyone! This is the Faux Pas Paris Velvet Umbrella Lip Tint in the shade 03 Pinky Rose. It retails around $10.00. I was really excited for 08 Liter to release some makeup so I had to try! The packaging is extremely cute. The lip tint comes in a plastic package and the component of the lip tint is actually an umbrella which is to die for 💖 This product is easy to apply and goes on smooth and velvety. I noticed when applying that you do not need a lot of product since one swipe was more than enough. It’s extremely blendable and has a semi matte finish. I also must say this lip tint smells like yummy candy 🍭😇 The color was not flattering on me what so ever only because I’m not a red lip kind of girl, my looks are so bold that bright dark lips like this make me stand out even more and not in a good way haha 💕💕 So therefore I am more of a nude lipstick lipgloss kind of girl 🖤 But I will say I would definitely would love these if I found a suitable shade for my skin tone—other than that I highly recommend these lip tints! They are beautifully creamy and amazing and are a good collection to have! I was so happy to be able to try out 2 of FAUX PAS PARIS’s Lip tint in two different colors and types for my honest review, one was a matte gloss in the color “calm dried roses”, it went on smoothly and left my lips looking amazingly matte and soft. The other was called “misty rose” and used it more for a lip stain because it was super bright when I first put it on but gently blotted it off and it left this perfect pink/red color that lasted almost the whole day. The packaging itself is just gorgeously cute with the little umbrella shaped containers and the colors are bright and would definitely catch my attention while walking down the beauty isle. I have been using the Velvet Umbrella Tint for a small fee in exchange for my open and honest opinion, Thanks to @0.8L and @FauxPasParis. First I want to say this Lip tent comes in the cutest packaging for lip color I have ever seen. Not a expected lip stick tube💊, but in the shape of an unbrella.🌂 This Lip tent Delivers bold color iin just one swipe( I generally use a few, to get my lips shaped and colored just as i like them) It has a creamy texture that glidues on smoothly & blends easily..😊 It leaves my lips with a Beautiful semi-matt finish, that stays on my Lips even when taking a drink.😍 Due to the texture of this Lip Tint it could have a small amout ot seperarion when u first start to use it.This is easily fixed by just moving the nice sponge- like applicator in and out of the tube.🎈 It comes in 8 colers. 1. Rosy pink 2.Magenta pink 3.Apple red 4.Chili Orange. 5.Dried rose. 6.Beige pink 7.Brick Red 8.Coral Blossem The great feature about this is the pigmentation. When I ordered this product I had trouble interpreting which choice went with which color so unfortunately I ordered a color that is not very flattering for me. Other than that it was a great lip product! It comes in a very cute umbrella with handle applicator. The applicator works well and hold a nice amount of product and helps it to spread nicely. The lip product is very velvety and luxurious. It’s somewhere between a silky gloss and a thick matte mousse. This makes the texture really nice with a lot of pigment. I really liked the fact that it was not too shiny while also not being too thick or matte.

Velvet Umbrella Tint This is a semi-matte lip tint filled in a cute umbrella packaging. I recieved the red-orange which is very bold color. Love how it feels on the lips. It glides on smoothly and velvety. It does not leak or smudge but to be honest, it is not long lasting. If you could wear the lip tint without eating and/or drinking, maybe it will hold and last for few hour. It's really nice on but for me this tint does not last long. Regardless, I still enjoy using this lip tint. It has a nice texture and packaging is so adorb. Long Wear ⭐⭐ Packaging ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Texture ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Color ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is definitely better than the Water Lip Tint! Way better! The formula is non-drying at all - it is not perfect in terms of keeping the lips moisturized but it does a decent job. Texture wise, it is a bit thin. Color is pretty good too!

💋Faux Pas Paris ~ A semi-matte velvety lip tint • 💋I was sent the color number #02. I’m not sure what the name is but it’s a orange-red color. I like the packaging and the generous shape of the wand. The pointed top of the wand helps with a more precise application. I like the smell and feel of this very much. It smells kind of fruity and feels really comfortable and doesn’t get sticky, however I don’t like the color. I tried to get used to it and I just can’t, it doesn’t look right or good on me. It's literally shaped like an umbrella. 🌂😊 What's inside that adorable packaging is just as good as what's on the outside. You'll find a velvety tint that has a semi-matte finish. This fills in lip lines giving a smoother appearance. It comes in 8 different long-lasting colors that are vibrant, and can be applied in one swipe of product. Because this is a tint, they are formulated to purposely stain the lips, so even with the wearing off of product, there's still color payoff from the staining. 💋❤ My lips felt hydrated without stickiness, and the rose color I received was GORGEOUS! I've always been a big fan of a good lip tint, and this met all my expectations!

The little umbrella is soooooo cute. I’m in love. So I got the shade Chili Orange. Which is a warm orange shade that shockingly looks pretty decent on me. As with 99% of the Korean lip products I own I use a brown lip liner to make it more suitable for my skin tone. This lip tint dries down to a pretty matte finish, but the consistency feels like a gel tint when applying it. It was also very comfortable to wear, & I really only had to reapply it one time & that’s when I was eating. All in all, I think this is a lovely lip tint, & I’m glad I added it to my collection. **I was able to try this product at a small fee of $3.99 thanks to @08l_usa & @fauxpasparis_cosmetic. These are my personal opinions, & I wasn’t paid for this review.

Do you use Korean Makeup? I haven't tried as much Korean Makeup as I have skincare... • The few things that I have tried I have loved. This adorable little set is from @fauxpasparis_cosmetics* • How adorable are these little umbrella lip products? One is a velvet tint with a more matte look and the other is a lip tint to add a pop of color. If you're worried about it drying out and showing every line then I would suggest putting on a lip balm. I like using my Klavuu lip sleeping mask first and then apply the colors. They are gorgeous and wear nicely. I wouldn't say they last the day, but they last longer than normal lipstick. The staying power is probably not as long for me because I do put a balm under and over it. • The cute little eyeshadow palette is a matte set with neutral colors that are great for every day wear. They have a nice pigment and blend nice. I didn't experience much fallout upon application either. One thing I have heard about Korean eyeshadows is that they aren't very pigmented, but these are perfect for an everyday look. They color last all day. I really love this cute little set. • I am obsessed with cushion foundations. I love the way they wear on my skin. I have been going foundation free for the past few weeks and have been loving it, but still like to wear it when I have the desire to. I mean look how beautiful this compact is!!! This is in shade 21 which I would not attempt to use at the moment. I want to try this in the winter when my face is lighter. The packaging is unbelievably cute. It’s definitely the cutest lip product I own. I got shade #5 Apple Red and this color is absolutely beautiful warm red. The formula is semi-matte, non drying and lasts all day. It does stain the lips but I had no issue in removing it with Eye & Lip makeup remover at night. Lip tints are my go to lip products and this one didn’t disappoint at all. Gorgeous GORGEOUS product.

REVIEW of Velvet Umbrella Tint by Faux Pas CLAIMS:  💋Smooth, light, semi-matte without stickiness 💋Long lasting tint 💋Clear, crisp color with just one touch PACKAGING & APPEARANCE:  The tint came in a little white bag with cute little hearts in black ink printed on it.  Inside the bag was the lip tint in an adorable umbrella shaped tube. The bag and umbrella both have information in Korean, but there was not any information in English. It does not say what the shelf life is of the velvet tint.  You can purchase a 3.5g tube for 16,000 South Korean Won (approximately $13.38). MY THOUGHTS:  It's difficult to pick a shade of lipstick, tint, or liquid lipsticks online, so although this shade was definitely not for me, I was pleasantly surprised by this lip tint.  The doe foot applicator has a nice point to line the lips accurately, it makes it easy to apply.  It has a nice, light, fruity scent that dissipates as soon as it’s applied. The tint is velvety and goes on so smooth.  It is semi-matte and not drying or sticky at all, it actually feels great on my lips. This is long lasting and stayed on my lips without any touch ups for about 6 hours, even after eating lunch.  I do recommend the Velvet Umbrella Tint by Faux Pas. How cute is the packaging? Lovely! The one I got is like a brick color, some orange undertones. Glides smoothly, fruity scent and great pigment, but it doesn't't last very long. I like that you can apply a few coats to make it more intense and is hydrating to my lips.

The Velvet Umbrella Tint is a matte lip tint. It lasts for a long time and did not feel dry at all. I liked the scent of the lip tint a lot and it stays on for majority of the day as well. I usually don't really wear lip tints but I liked this lip tint quite a lot. It is also very pigmented which is nice. It is a lip tint that has a semi matte formula which coheres to your lips without causing any stress. Its also a light and smooth lip tint that has a long lasting color. My second review for today is on the Velvet Umbrella Tint by #fauxpasparis I received from #08L_USA at a special discounted price in return for my honest review. When I first saw this cute Umbrella lip tint I knew that I had to get it. I was so excited when #08L_USA also offered another cute Umbrella lip tint, Velvet Umbrella Tint. Of course I purchased both of them. The Velvet lip tint goes on very smoothly on feels wonderful on my lips. I like the fact that it is a semi-matte look that doesn't feel sticky like most lip tints do. This product is long lasting. When I compared both lip tints, the Velvit one has a very crisp color with just one application. I didn't realize the colors I chose were almost the same shade, but the Velvet color is definitely richer. You can apply both several times during the day to keep a deeper rich color. I notice regarding the Velvet tint, I didn't need to apply as much throughout the day like I did with the moust lip tint. I consider the Velvet tint to be great for an evening night out and I really like both tints. I would highly recommend to others. I rate this a #5/5. Happy Thursday Everyone! . . Who doesn't love a a good lippie that isnt drying? . . Faux Pas Paris Water Lip Umbrella Tint (Retails for ₩16000 ~ $13.40) - This tint is surprisingly full of color even though it goes on slightly clear. Although its light, its packed with moisture and vivid color that lasts all day. . . Faux Las Paris Velvet Umbrella Tint #03 (Retails ₩16000 ~ $13.40) - This tint is super velvety that leaves a semi-matte feel. Very moisturizing and the color lasts all day. . . Overall I really enjoyed using both tints. My only con is that it does stain my lips. Even swatching them on my hand, even the heavy duty cleansing balms couldnt get out the color on my wrists. Aside that, its long lasting and doesnt dry out my lips. I would repurchase the velvet umbrella tint because i love the velvet semi matte feel on my lips. Plus the packaging is super cute. . .
