I’ve recently been using the @aprilskin_global Calendula Peel-Off Mask, so today I wanted to share my thoughts on it!⁣ ⁣ This Calendula flower-infused mask helps remove dirt, blackheads and dead skin while also soothing and protecting your skin. The brush that I received is perfect for using the mask, and makes it super convenient! Once the mask dries (after about 30 minutes), you simply peel it off. It’s very satisfying to peel, and I find that it doesn’t hurt, which can sometimes happen for me with these kinds of masks. ⁣ ⁣ The one downside to this is that it does have alcohol in it. A bit more than I would prefer, to be honest. One of the alcohols (Polyvinyl Alcohol) is commonly used in peel-off masks because of its ability to form a thin layer of plastic over the skin, making it easy to remove. The other alcohol, however, is just listed as ‘alcohol,’ so I wish that was further down on the list than the third ingredient.⁣ ⁣ Overall, I do enjoy this mask. It’s fun to use, comes off easily, and my skin looks nice after using it. I also like the fact that you can see actual pieces of flowers in the mask. Unfortunately, I probably wouldn’t repurchase this, just because of the high alcohol content. ⁣ ⁣ Do you enjoy using peel-off masks? This mask is very sticky feeling when it on your skin it does take awhile for it to dry I would say it does take a lot of product to cover your face but I do love that is comes with a mask brush but it does peel off great some

I love masks they are the perfect way to spoil my skin. I don’t have any preference I love peel off, sheet or any kind of mask. This one it’s amazing because of the calendula. This ingredient is really useful for sore throat, mouth , cramps and stomachache. In our skin the main benefits are reduce pain, swelling and helps to heal wounds. It is also a great option for other skin conditions such as eczema. 💛 The APRILSKIN Real Calendula Peel Off Mask set came with the peel off mask and a mask applicator. 💛 Directions: ✨ Apply gently to clean, dry skin (avoiding the mouth and eyes) ✨ Leave on for 30 minutes ✨ When the mask is completely dry, peel off gently from the edges 💛 Key Ingredients: ✨ Calendula Flower Petals ✨ Orange Peel Oil ✨ Lavender Oil ✨ Calendula Flower Extract ✨ Calendula Flower Oil 💛 As you can see from the ingredients list, this mask includes many forms of the Calendula Flower, including actual flower petals! it is my first time using an Aprilskin product and please, let me say that was so good. This is a peel off mask to help you clean pores and impurities. It was a little hard to peel off but is ok, you just don't be rude like me haha. Take it slow. After first use the skin feels clean and smooth, just apply my normal hydrating skincare routine and I am very happy.

Calendula is an amazing plant. I grow it every year in my garden. Calendula has antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties which makes it a great skincare product. . . After application with the brush (which is fantastic, definitely get this for use with this and any other mask), the product dries down within 20 minutes or so. As advertised, it can peel off in one piece, and it leaves the skin sooo smooth and, unlike most other peel off masks, the skin actually feeling soft and not dry (wasn’t moisturized either, but it’s not this mask’s purpose). It didn’t leave my skin glossy like in the IG ads, but I did find noticeably brighter skin. Note that there is a lot of alcohol in this to help with dry down, you do tend smell this and it irritates my eyes for a few seconds, so I find this aspect to be a little unpleasant. I layered my normal skincare routine and my face looked great the next day, it definitely helped products sink in. There was no irritation at all, and it didn’t hurt to peel off, which are all lots of great positives. For a peel off mask, this really exceeded expectations, and the price point is fantastic. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ———————⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⇛Business (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, cruelty-free): I’ve only tried two products from this Korean skincare and makeup brand. I like that they are cruelty free and artificial fragrance free (products contain essential oils). They are relatively new to the US, and offer two ranges of skincare for various skin types (Calendula and Carrot lines). I like that the skincare products are mostly non-irritating, gentle, deliver on claims, and it’s all at a reasonable price point. Only their Korean site has the complexion makeup products, which don’t have shades for anyone darker than light/medium. Their US site doesn’t carry any makeup, and it appears they use inclusive marketing which is very forward thinking for a Korean brand trying to enter the US market. For this, I will give them due credit and applause. When they do release makeup in the US, I hope it is an inclusive range. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Happy #TextureTuesday! 🌼How pretty are the @aprilskin_global Calendula Peel Off Mask + Jelly Brush under the sunlight? 🌼 I remember liking Aprilskin's BB cushions a lot back in the day but I don't think I've tried too many of their skincare products yet.🌼 🌼This mask contains 2000 ppm calendula flower extract, calendula flower oil, lavender extract, borago officinalis extract, centaurea cyanus Flower Extract, and chamonmilla recutita flower leaf extract for soothing, nourishing, moisturizing, and sebum control.🌼 🌼As you can see (pic 2), it has a gel-like texture with real calendula flower petals. This was my first peel-off mask with petals in it. The mask has a honey-like scent. The mask applies smoothly using the jelly brush. I had it on for about 30 minutes before peeling it off. I could feel some cooling sensation while the mask was on. The peeling was not harsh at all, but I could definitely peel the whole mask off in one piece. It was also very interesting to see that the flowers stayed intact in the mask even after it was dry (pic 3). My face felt hydrated and soothed after using the mask. It's definitely one of my favorite peel-off masks. I think it's perfect for oily skin types and summer use.

Aprilskin Calendula Peel Off Mask is just what the doctor ordered! Using the power of the Calendula Flower it sticks to dirt, debris and blackheads like a magnet. It’s really easy to apply. I applied the face mask when getting in the bath and removed when i got out. It left my face feeling clean and soft. It make my face feel really healthy. I will be using this again. It’s awesome 😊
