I got this Lip Lacquer as a sample in the mail and I love it. It was the right color and everything. It stays on your lips for a long time even if you wet your lips it will remain there till you take a bath. Stepping out of the ordinary for me means the opposite of a lot of people, pretty pink/neutral lips not my standard red. I love the velvet lip laquer fro 13 month cosmetics. Hydrating, doesn't streak, nicely pigmented and no artificial scent.

It is called Velvet Lip Lacquer for a reason! This liquid lipstick from @13month_cosmetics is super soft and the perfect shade of pink! It was very smooth to apply; I just wish it lasted a little longer before I had to reapply!

13 Month Velvet Lip Lacquer in Velvet Baby Pink | . 👄This matte lip cream (I'm calling it a cream because to me, lacquer means a shiny high gloss finish, which this is not) comes in sleek, clean, minimalistic tube with a doe-foot applicator. The applicator has a wider tip, similar to a cotton swab with a flat end. The shape of the applicator allows just the right amount of product to be applied to both lips without having to dip into the tube again. 👄Unfortunately, the color does not apply evenly on the lips; I had to blend out the color with my finger for it to look soft and blended. It does wear comfortably and is not drying. I do suggest exfoliating and moisturizing your lips before applying the product to help ensure smoother color distribution . The lip cream did transfer to my cup when I drank something; however, the creme did leave a subtle lip stain that looked nice and natural, just slightly pinker than my normal lip color. 👄I like this product, but do not foresee myself reaching for it as an everyday lippie. I am usually in a rush in the morning and need something that I can easily apply to my lips without having to blend out. Ahh I was so excited to receive this in the mail! To be honest, when I first opened it, I didn't think I would like it because it looked really blood red (well yeah the color is called rose blood) on the applicator, but on the lips it's more of a soft pink red. I really love the formula of this lipstick! It's kind of like a semi matte velvet finish, and it doesn't feel like anything when it's on, and it doesn't dry out my lips either. For example, the Colourpop ultra satin lips don't really set and they kinda transfer everywhere and it's really messy if you're not careful. This one really dries down, but doesnt suck the moisture out of your lips until they look like a wrinkly raisin. Furthermore it's super easy to remove! I can just swipe some cleansing water and it will come off. ♡

바를땐 촉촉 바르고난후엔 매트! 매트한 만큼 주름에 잘 끼긴 한데 색이 예뻐서 괜찮아요! 팁이 ㅣㅣ이모양이아니라 / \ 이런느낌이라 양조절하기가 어려워요ㅠㅠ 그리고 처음에 거울처럼 되있어서 이거 좋겠다 싶었는데 막상 입에 바를때 보니 제 손에 있는부분이 거울부분이라 볼수가 없었어요ㅠㅠ 본통중 한면을 거울로 하는게 좋을것같아요~!

저한테 색이 잘못온것같아요 이색은 채도가 낮고 제가 바르면 토인되는 색이라서 옆에 있는 채도가 높은 색이랑 같이바르면 예뼛어요 일단 겉디자인이 입생로랑이랑 비슷했고 지문이 잘 묻었어요 틴트어플리케이트 자체는 정말 맘에 들었어요 도톰한데 틴트가 많이 묻지않아서 양조절하기 좋았어요 틴트질감은 벨벳인데 막 매트하지않아서 좋았어요
