I meant to give this a review ages ago. Unfortunately the product came late and I wasnt able to do so before I left the country. Now it's time for me to discuss the True Heart Cica toner. It's not coincidence that I have been seeing cica everywhere. It became the new trend ingredient. Why? What is it? As I found out, cica is short for Centella Asiatica. It has been used in Asia medicine for a while and is also eaten. Cica is known to work very well at soothing irritated skin and calm redness. This is also said to repair the skin barrier. I had the pleasure of testing this toner and overall I have no complaints. I don't particularly have sensitive, dry or irritated skin. I like that it has no scent and is very light on the skin. It is a little slippery when being applied, which makes a little go a long way but in no way does this mean its greasy feeling. Would I buy it again? Quite honestly, I suppose I would if I found it on discount. It's not something I would go out of my way to buy. If you have these skin issues, then perhaps this may be something you would want to try out.

This winter I tried the Trueheart Centella Cica Toner from @0.8L and I must say, it has been doing wonders to my skin. It has Matricaria Flower Extract which soothes and moisturizes the skin. Apart from this there are some great ingredients like Rosemary, Green Tea, Tea Tree, Panthenol all of which helps improve skin tone and has anti inflammatory and antibacterial, antioxidant and anti aging properties. I usually purchase products with tea tree oil which helps with my acne and this toner has improved my skin health considerably. The toner packed with natural ingredients has no scent and absorbs quickly. The True Heart Centella Cica Toner it's a good product, it contains, as main ingredients, Centella Asiatica Leaf, Bee Venom, Tea Tree, and onion. It claims to give skin relief, whitening effects, and moisturize the skin. The toner has no scent and color, it has a gel-like consistency, it absorbs fast, and doesn't feels oily or sticky. When applying the toner, you can feel an instant soothing sensation, it does moisturize the skin, but, for me, it feels more like an essence than a toner. I do like the product, my skin did not have any negative reactions, however, I haven't seen any whitening effects, yet.

I admit I love the ingredients Centella and Cica in products because they are soothing and antiaging. With that said, the ingredients of this toner are : Centella Asiatica Leaf, Bee Venom, Tea Tree and Onion. I do know the great effects of the first 3 but, I have never knowingly used skincare with Onion before. With research I found out that onions are anti-bacterial, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory are great for preventing breakouts and reduces inflamation. Its has vitamin C and Quercetin a type of antioxidant. It's even good for your lips. 👄 Advertised as For Skin Relief, Whitening (not to be confused with bleaching) and Moisturizing, this toner did deliver. After use of this odorless toner, my skin felt calm, moisturized and plump. After a week of usage I did see a bit of brightness and smoother skin. Over all I did enjoy this toner. My only complaint is that I wish they packaged it was bigger and better packaged. It was not sealed and leaked all in the box and in the envelope it was shipped in. I received the True Heart Centella Cica Toner from 08Liter to try in return for my honest feedback and sharing my experience. The Centella Cica Toner is a gentle, colorless and odorless toner, with a thin, watery texture that is applied to the facial skin directly after cleansing. It is intended to clear blemishes and calm skin irritations, made with Centella Asiatica and tiger grass it’s especially gentle to even sensitive skin. Tea tree, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid are just a few of the other beneficial ingredients that support skin turnover and healing to reveal healthy, fresh skin. What I found most interesting about this product is that it contains bee venom, an amino acid which is a protein that has antimicrobial properties. As well as onion extract, which helps relieve irritation while strengthening the natural skin barrier. I love how this product feels on my skin, it absorbs quickly and is amazing for the skin. Since I started using it redness has started to fade away and I have experienced less breakouts with a more even complexion overall.

We weren't given enough time to get a good feel for the product. It usually takes my skin 2-3 weeks to get acclimated to a new skincare product. However, my initial thoughts are that it's OK. It's a gentle product and does remove anything left after cleansing (I can see it on the cotton pad). However, I also noticed that I get little red bumps in some spots after using it. They disappear after an hour or so, but it seems like a slight temporary irritation.

However, my skin seems to be brighter and my skin tone evening out. I love the consistency of this toner. It's not as runny as water but more gel like. I find that it's easier for me to press into my skin evenly since it's not running every where as soon as I apply it. I also enjoy that it has no fragrance in the product. I tend to have combination skin issues but the Centella Cica Toner has not had any negative effects on my skin so far. Many products may this are too oily or this area too dry. This is natural toner ideal for dry skin, t zone, add hydration and sensitive skin. After I wash my face I use a cotton pad with the toner. They remove all impurities my skin have and add the hydration my skin need. Is great for this winter season. Don’t have fragrance. They ingredients are centella asiática lead, bee venom, tea tree, onion. I’m really enjoy this product.

This toner has a thin consistency. It’s a little bit thicker than water with high spreadability. There’s no fragrance but you can notice a very light sweet smell to it. The product comes in an opaque plastic bottle. I noticed there is some inconsistencies in the packaging as the bottle I received, does not have the pump like the picture. The product claims to relieve skin, whitening, and moisturizing. As I’ve used it for the past week, I did notice the moisturizing effect but I think I need to use it for a longer period to actually see the whitening effect. I applied with my hands twice a day and the product sinked in within a few minutes to a dry touch finish. I have sensitive, oily, acne prone skin, and this toner has not break me out. I can’t find the full ingredient list anywhere, but it seems that the active ingredients are centella asiatica, bee venom, tea tree, and onion. I think this is an OK toner, and I like it, but I don’t like it enough to repurchase as I don’t see any significant results.

Very lightweight. My skin has been so dry this winter. This makes my skin feels so smooth and hydrated. It absorbs quickly and doesn't leave my skin sticky.
