I do both, not on extend but I do go to gym quite a lot and I do run and cycle there, what is even more important, running in gym on treadmill is not the healthiest and best for you so I am in love for that extra support. I truly enjoy it as my support for many exercises I do as many of them are injury prone I would call it. Interesting is in that case, when I opened the box I thought they are way too small and would never fit me in million years, but to my surprise, not only they fit, it is very comfortable. there is warning label on product to be aware that it is a compression wear, that you should not wear under tight, compression clothes and to choose right sizing as well. It is made from microfiber and bio-silicone. For me amazing. That is my first set of compression wear beside my regular compression leggings. This one will be put on very good try at the gym, and I will get back here to tell you how long it will last. I use with Elbow Sleeve from Wave Wear and both are great. We shall see. Using WAVEWEAR in activities help reduce Lactic Acid buildup in your muscle up to 35% comparing to common compression wear and also promotes quicker recovery after performance.

She has to be on her feet daily and her job includes a lot of physical labor. She tells me that her legs always feel sore and tired everytime she finishes work so I gave her this product for her to try. She's been using this product for about 2 weeks now and she is loving it so far. She says that it's really convenient and comfortable on her skin and it feels like it's not very constricting, it just feels like you're wearing clothes that fit your perfectly. I’m on my feet a lot, and when I’m finished working for the day my calves and feet feel terrible. These calf sleeves provided great compression, stayed put on my leg, and made my lower leg feel so much better. I also noticed a definite improvement in how my legs feel after riding bicycles. I loved that these are so comfortable and can be washed, also. For friends and family that lead active lifestyles, or who work jobs where they stand all day long, I would certainly recommend this product.

FINALIZED REVIEW🏈My husband was excited to try these especially since he has injuries from years of playing football. When he first put them on he said they fit well. Unfortunately that was the best thing he had to say about these.When he told me what these did to him, I didnt believe it was caused by these, oh but it was.🏈 ⚽️Down the back of the calf sleeves there are white stripes. Strangely on his skin, on the back of his calfs he had Welts the exact size and shape of those Whites Stripes. They looked like little caterpillars. I asked him when he wore it if it moved around and felt to loose or if it or felt to tight. He said it felt fine until he took them off. That is when he noticed the welts on the back of his calfs but the worst part was that they itched and burned.⚽️ ⚾️He doesn't have sensitive skin. I thought since these are washable I could wash them and then have him try it again. He was hesitant but did try them again. This time we checked his calfs after only 30 minutes and sure enough he had the same welts with the same burning and itching. I can't explain, nor can he, why he had such a strange reaction. I received the Wavewear kinesiology taping calf sleeves from @0.8l for $3.99 for my honest review. These claim to reduce fatigue(lactic acid). Lactic acid is a fatigue substance made when the glycogen that makes energy in the human body becomes disassembled by muscle usage. Since these reduce lactic acid, they reduce fatigue. Other claims are milking action effect, suitable compression, faster recovery, brings down swelling with a ready to go feel. They also claim to be best for runners and cyclists but I also think these would benefit people with neuropathy or restless leg syndrome as well. I get leg cramps a lot because I don’t drink enough water and I’m on my feet quite a bit at work. These really gave me the extra support and the compression was perfect! These retail for around $39 but they are reusable, washable, and breathable. They have reflective strips on the back to ensure night visibility. On the inside, there’s adhesive silicone bio-taping so they stay secure and don’t slide down your legs. I love these and highly recommend this brand!

I have fibromyalgia and restless leg syndrome and these are amazing. They have a mild compression in conjunction with kinesiology tape. They even have an SPF of 50. They do not roll down and stay in place all day. They really help with circulation and overall pain in the legs. These are perfect to use in work outs or every day use. I am grateful to @.08liter_usa for allowing me to try such an amazing product at a heavily discounted price in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own.

Good set of calf support sleeves for active days. I feel that they help to control muscle fatigue and spasms. They fit right, not too tight but easy to wear and comfortable. Hi everyone, I've been testing a new product from Wavewear in exchange for my honest review. I wish to express my thanks to .08L and Wavewear for allowing me to try their products and report my findings. Okay, first of all, I have to say that I LOVE these calf sleeves. I'm not a serious runner but just an older lady who has leg cramps in my calves and I live in a state that's very cold for many months each year which tends to make my calves spasm more often. The sleeves need to be worn an hour or so the first time and then gradually worn for longer and longer periods of time. If you just wear this type of garment straight, take it from me...your body part will SPASM and you will be in PAIN. I did it with a knee brace and I wasn't sure my knee was ever going to hold my body's weight again. It was a bad few hours, for real! These sleeves slid on easily and were comfortable right away. They fit snugly on my leg. I had bought a size small. There are elastic ribs on the inside. They kept my calves warmer in the cold weather and they felt supported and ready for anything! They did lose some of their snugyness over time. The fabric stretched out after about 5-6 wearings. They do hand wash and air dry easily and quickly. Bottom line is that These are Terrific for anyone to give their calves a light support under any type of clothes. They last a reasonably long time and certainly much longer than a one shot of tape! (That's good and responsible towards the environment!) I give these a 4 1/2 out of 5 stars. I wish they didn't wear out quite so fast. I'd love to just have to buy new ones every 2 months and not every 2 weeks or less. That's my only problem with the product. I love the rest!

✨Wavewear kinesiology taping calf sleeve✨ I purchased this calf sleeve for a trial fee of $3.99 to review. I previously tried a knee sleeve from the same brand and was impressed so I wanted to try out the calf sleeve. I use compression sock for my left calf often because I have a lot of circulation and pain with that side. I bought this to see if it would help reduce the pain and help with my workouts too. I got the large size but should have bought medium but it still offered good compression. I like how comfortable it id to wear. The fabric is very breathable and easy to move around in which is perfect for working out or running. I am very impressed with this sleeve. I have tried many calf sleeves due to my calf issues and this is by far the best I have ever used. I am going to purchase the medium size at full price because it is well worth the price.

This fabric will decrease muscle fatigue by 35% and has 81% breathability for a comfortable compression fit. This knee sleeve supports muscles and joints to prevent injury while being comfortable to wear. Wavewear provides the minimum amount of compression which reduces discomfort and maximizes blood flow. Wavewear has safe Bio-adhesive silicone and has been tested for skin irritation and cell toxicity. This product passed their official washing test. The semi-permanent adhesive taping wear is washable for many cycles of washing. My first impression with trying this calf sleeve is the fact for how perfect it fits and how comfortable it is to wear. I have used numerous different types of braces/sleeves due to arthritis, bone degenerative disease, and fibromyalgia. Over the last few years my condition has worsened and it doesn't take much to have painful joints and muscles I am thrilled to say that I have not experience extra discomfort or problems wearing this any of Wavewear taping sleeves. I ordered a size small and it fits perfectly. I did not go to the website in advance and measure to see what size would be best for me and since the top is snug and they get too loose as you go down the leg I’m not sure I could have found a better size. The product seems high quality and the silicon inside would keep the sleeve from slipping if it were a proper fit. I give the product 5🌟’s because it is an excellent product and it was my fault that I ordered a product that was too big. This time I tried the Waveware kinesiology taping CALF & ELBOW sleeve black sports compression wear in one work out. I was not disappointed. It allows you to sustain longer worker outs and your muscle don't fatigue quickly. . CALF The suggested use was for the calf sleeve was bicycling and running. I used on the elliptical machine and it worked extremely well. The lower part of my calf did not get irritated as it usually does. There were two calf sleeves in the package which was very nice, because I did not have to choose. ELBOW I used the elbow sleeve for weight lifting and was impressed that my muscles were not sore the next day. Plus, it allowed me to push through longer through reps. There was only one elbow sleeve. I used on the elbow that I have the most shoulder problems with. This is the Holy Grail, my shoulder did not have pain. . ✨Hi everyone and exercise apparel lovers! I have been trying this compression exercise for the calf. It is from Wavewear a Quickfit Calf Sleeve. It supposes to help with protection from exercise straining injuries and lowers muscle fatigue when running. I really like that it does not irritate my skin like others I have worn in the past. I always want to protect my body overall from injuries done by exercise and other things. I purchased this item from @0.8l_usa It also gives my calf firmness after which I noticed besides the exercise. The material is breathable, and it feels comfortable. I was also able to wash them and these still looked good as new. There is a V-shaped grey taping on the back of the calf for the reflective view when you are running for safety.
