I received the Wavewear kinesiology taping elbow sleeve from @0.8l for $3.99 for my honest review. This sleeve claims to decrease fatigue(lactic acid). Lactic acid is a fatigue substance made when the glycogen that makes energy in the human body becomes disassembled by muscle usage. Since these reduce lactic acid, they reduce fatigue. Other claims are increase of performance, optimal compression, faster recovery, reduces swelling and are ready to go in seconds. This hassle free elbow support sleeve would be great for keeping baseball, softball, and football players arms at maximum level performance. Again, I think this sleeve would also benefit people with nerve damage or other medical issues with their elbow. This retails for a little over $25 plus, it is reusable, washable, and breathable. It has a reflective circle on the back of the elbow to ensure night visibility. On the inside, there’s adhesive silicone bio-taping so it stays secure and won’t slide down your arm. I’m really loving this brand and am hoping they eventually come out with ankle compression wear!

I was lucky enough to try the knee sleeve a couple of trys ago,, (though I was supposed to get the arm sleeve), & got the knee instead. That was ok, because the knee has been great! My thoughts: As I said in the first part, I got the wrong sleeves, so this is NOT for elbows, bt calves. Ok, I originally thought of my son, when it saw these. Hes had horrible leg cramps, since he was a kid & while he was in school, we'd tried everything & nothing seemed to help. So, I was hoping these might help w his workouts & such. I wanted to try them too, as whenever I'm up for any time, I have been having awful leg pain too(along w arm pain). So, to the test, my son used first & Wavewear passed w flying colors! He said ,they really helped his calves & just made his calves feel so much better! I then of course, wanted to see if they worked for me & I was rather impressed too. I put them on before I went on my walk & my legs were comfortable throughout the walk & after it was done, I left them on for an extra half hour. I had no e tra pain or irritation, in my muscles. Due to my health, I dont get out & do as much, because I'm always in so much pain. Dont get me wrong, it's not a cure all, bt when you're dealing w extreme pain, any relief is welcomed & makes a difference. Whether you're active in sports or recovering from an injury, Wavewear might be exactly what you're looking for! They're a high quality product, well made & easy to use. I bought this Wave Wear Kinesiology Elbow Sleeve. The box came with one sleeve, a friendly note and some chocolates which was so nice. The product itself is just okay. It's not as compressing as it could be, but I might have gotten the wrong size. It stays put though because of the nice silicon adhesive on the inside (see first photo), and the design is very nice looking. I absolutely love this arm sleeve and am so glad I got it at a disxount through 8liter.com. I have problems with my circulation and swelling when I type and its difficult for me to find a comfortable sleeve. After searching forever I foumd this one and I love it. My pain is highly decreased, swelling in fingers and wrist is no longer an issue and it fits great. I highly recommend rhis sleeve if you are looking for relief and comfort.

No fun, we all know. 😞 I’d say approximate 2-3 years ago, my elbow was hurting inside the joint & bones, so I went to see my regular Dr. she referred me to get an MRI, which basically said I had tendonitis in my elbow. I basically did some PT, and it eventually seemed better, until the past month. It hurts constantly now, and most nights I feel the need to sleep with my arm straight. So I was very happy to try out this @wavewearapparel kinesiology taping elbow sleeve! 🙏🏼 This can be great for those who play sports, and need compression wear. It helps with performance, whole also helps healing. I got a size Small, which fits pretty snug, but it’s to be expected because it’s a compression sleeve. It fits along the length of the arm, and as shown in the photos, the silver circle ⭕️ is worn directly over the elbow area. The sleeve stops toward the top portion of the arm, which I did notice is where it feels more tight on that part of my (fatty) arm 😆. I wear this sometimes during my daily activities, or at night before bed. It’s both stretchable & flexible fabric. The Wavewear Elbow Sleeve E1 Sports Taping Compression Wear is said to help decrease muscle fatigue by 35%. The sleeve moves with you, in multi-directions. Even though this sleeve is compression wear, it’s still 81% breathability on BWAS comfort-compression fit. I will continue to use this as needed, and actually have another Dr appointment to see what’s going on with my elbow. This time I tried the Waveware kinesiology taping CALF & ELBOW sleeve black sports compression wear in one work out. I was not disappointed. It allows you to sustain longer worker outs and your muscle don't fatigue quickly. . CALF The suggested use was for the calf sleeve was bicycling and running. I used on the elliptical machine and it worked extremely well. The lower part of my calf did not get irritated as it usually does. There were two calf sleeves in the package which was very nice, because I did not have to choose. ELBOW I used the elbow sleeve for weight lifting and was impressed that my muscles were not sore the next day. Plus, it allowed me to push through longer through reps. There was only one elbow sleeve. I used on the elbow that I have the most shoulder problems with. This is the Holy Grail, my shoulder did not have pain. . Wavewear claims this product is the world's first ergonomic performance wear. The fabric is highly breathable, stretchable, and flexible. This fabric will decrease muscle fatigue by 35% and has 81% breathability for a comfortable compression fit. This knee sleeve supports muscles and joints to prevent injury while being comfortable to wear. Wavewear provides the minimum amount of compression which reduces discomfort and maximizes blood flow. Wavewear has safe Bio-adhesive silicone and has been tested for skin irritation and cell toxicity. This product passed their official washing test. The semi-permanent adhesive taping wear is washable for many cycles of washing. My first impression with trying this elbow sleeve is the fact for how perfect it fits and how comfortable it is to wear. I have used numerous different types of braces/sleeves due to arthritis and bone degenerative disease. Over the last few years my condition has worsened and it doesn't take much to have painful joints. My right knee actually had the first and so far only surgery. I wore this product for several hours during one night due to pain in my left elbow. I am thrilled to say that I did not experience extea discomfort or problems wearing this elbow sleeve. I ordered a size small and it fits perfectly. I hurt my shoulder months ago, lifting heavy items, and I'm worried about doing upper body workouts. I like having something separating my skin from the gym equipment, which can leave bruises against the skin. The material is high quality. It's stretches and is not too tight against the skin, so you don't have to worry about circulation being cut off. I am wearing medium. I'm self conscious about my arms because I think they are too muscular...even without working out, but I could have fit into a small, I think. But the medium works as well.

Review time! 👏 Parents - if you have a kid in sports and are constantly using K tape on their arm, this is a great solution! it's a tight fit yet still allows flexibility. The band offers extra support around the elbow, which in our case is where my daughter is battling tendonitis. They also offer larger sizes for adults, but my team is not a fan of K tape because she hates the pain that is sometimes involved in taking it off.

Wavewear Sports Taping Kinesiology Elbow Sleeve was sent to me for a discounted price in exchange for my honest review. There is one to a package. Fit can be determined by buying your size or going down one for compression. It slides on easy. The gray tape area goes over the elbow and there is silicone inside that acts like tape. This sleeve is washable and keeps shape. So that means it can be used over and over again. I had a good experience wearing this so far.
