Dear Klairs Youthful Glow Sugar Mask is a multi-purpose wash off mask that can also be used as a physical exfoliator. This is a low irritating sugar mask enriched with antioxidants from grapefruit and raspberry. The grapefruit extract and kaolin soften your skin texture withouwe anti-inflammatory to soothe your skin. I was gifted this mask for free in exchange for my honest review. I have been using the Klairs Youthful Glow Sugar Mask about 3 times a week for over a month now. I have used it as a wash off mask and also as an exfoliator many times now. I have acne prone skin that is combination being dry in some areas of my face and oily in others. This sugar mask is perfect for someone with combination skin like me because it does not leave my skin feeling stripped and extremely dry like many other exfoliating products tend to do and it doesn't leave my skin looking greasy either. When using as a wash off mask, I dampen my face then apply the sugar mask evenly on my face and neck and leave it on for 20 minutes before rinsing by using gentle circular motions with my hands and warm water. The mask does not harden or get dry after leaving it on. I've even left it on for double the suggested amount of time and it didn't dry out or irritate my skin. After using it my face looks and feels so hydrated I don't even need to use a moisturizer. It leaves my skin looking and feeling so healthy, clean, and deeply hydrated. I've never had such a natural looking glow in my face like this before I started using this sugar mask. The results I get after one use will last easily for the next 48 hours until I use it again and each time my skin is even more soft and younger looking than it was before. It has even helped with smoothing out the acne scars I had on my face making them lighter and less noticeable with each use. Overall, I am definitely more than satisfied with this product from Dear Klairs and I recommend this to everyone no matter what your skin type or problem areas are this Youthful Glow Sugar Mask is bound to help you and give you amazing results just like it did for me. Finally found something that could rival my holy grail Black Sugar Wash-off Mask from Skinfood! What I love about this was that you could control how much you want to exfoliate. I personally gently massage it on a dry face first, before wetting my fingers and massaging again till the little granules melt. It doesn’t irritate and leaves my skin clean and supple! Thank you 0.8L for letting me try this product at a fraction of the price!

Their Supple Preparation Toner is one of my rare Holy Grail products. Since I have super sensitive, dry skin that is prone to rosacea flare ups, I’ve been wary of any product labeled “scrub.” I have flashbacks to almost bleeding skin from products such as St. Ives Apricot Scrub. Hello 1980’s! My skin actually shuddered as I typed the words “Apricot Scrub.” Since I had the opportunity to try this Klairs product for no charge & I do trust Klairs to make high quality products, I decided, gingerly, to give this product a go. ⁣ ⁣ The mask comes packaged in a pretty basic, but clean looking white plastic jar with peach colored writing & a screw off lid. Inside the box with the jar of scrub, Klairs has included a spatula for retrieving the product from the jar. As I’ve mentioned before, I prefer masks to come in a squeeze tube because it is more hygienic, but I don’t think the thick texture of this product would lend itself to a squeeze tube & I appreciate the inclusion of the spatula so I don’t have to dig this out with my fingers. I also think that the shape of the container, while esthetically pleasing, will make this scrub hard to get out as you get towards the bottom of the jar. This scrub is a dreamy light pink color. It has an extremely light, sweet, citrusy, sugary fragrance that is not overpowering or bothersome. The texture of this scrub is a thick, creamy, sherbet-like, balmy paste with granules of sucrose interspersed throughout. The sucrose granules are effective at removing pore-clogging & complexion-dulling dead skin cells, & are more mild on skin than the ingredients in some scrubs. Sucrose is also a humectant, meaning that it attracts & helps retain moisture in the skin. The skin-benefitting fruit extracts contained in this mask are derived from grapefruit & raspberry & are listed in the top half of the ingredient list. Also high up on the Youthful Glow Sugar Mask formula’s ingredient list is shea butter, a great moisturizer for those with sensitive skin. You can definitely feel the shea butter in this product. I love that, in addition to serving as a low pH cleansing balm & an exfoliator, this product can also be used as a nourishing 10-minute mask. I have not tried this product as a cleansing balm & do not have any plans to try it as such. I always apply this product to clean, slightly damp skin. I love that this mask is cruelty-free, low pH, five free (i.e. it doesn’t contain Ethanol, Silicone, Steroids, or Artificial fragrance & colors) as well as being vegan friendly. ⁣ ⁣ Because I tend to have super sensitive skin, I applied this scrub to moist skin & avoided rubbing it in a ton. I prefer to use this product as a nourishing mask, but feel that those who do not have sensitive skin would love using it more as a scrub. I would describe the sugar granules contained in this scrub as medium; they are not fine & they are not overly coarse. There are also not a ton of granules which is perfect for me, but if you tend towards oily skin or wish for a deep manual exfoliator, this might not be the product for you. I love the way the balmy textured scrub melted into my skin with my body heat & a touch of water. ⁣ ⁣ This scrub does not make my skin feel stripped, irritated or raw after I rinse it off. Instead it helps to give my skin a smooth & hydrated youthful glow. My skin actually looked & felt moisturized which is shocking for any product boasting exfoliating properties. It left my skin looking brighter & livelier, helping to eradicate dull, dry patches. This product is gentle enough that I could use it a few times per week, but because I test a lot of different products, I will be lucky to get this on my skin a few times per week. I do like that even though this mask contains kaolin, it is at the bottom of the ingredients list. I find that it is getting increasingly difficult to find wash off style masks that do not contain a clay derivative which is too bad. Not that clay is bad, but us sensitive skin gals don’t need to use it frequently. I love a good wash off mask while I am enjoying a cup of tea ☕️, but I like them to add something to my skin, not take away all the natural oils... but I digress. I definitely did feel that this product added moisture & suppleness to my skin. I can almost go with a light gel-type moisturizer after using this product because the wonderful oils in this scrub leave my skin conditioner & nourished. ⁣ ⁣ Thank you Klairs. Klairs products have been consistently good for my skin, so I was excited to receive this mask in exchange for my honest review. First off, the mask has a fruity smell to it. It isn’t as harsh as most scrubs, it’s more of a scrub/cleansing balm consistency. It wasn’t overly harsh on my skin, and left it feeling smooth and soft afterwards. I believe you can also use this scrub as a wash off mask, so that’s my plan next time. Overall, a typical scrub but works nicely on my skin.

This is a review for Klairs - Youthful Glow Sugar Mask. I like the density of the mask. As you can see, it’s very dense and thick. It makes it easier to end the routine with a gentle scrub to remove dead cells and to make skin smoother and glowing. It helps my skin stay smooth and hydrated. I use it after cleaning my face. It’s a little bit dry so I begin with spraying my face with toner. End it with circular and gentle motion for about 2-3 minutes, I don’t want to overdo it. A little bit of a distraction is the smell of the mask. Not so sure if it’s because of the time it was packaged or not. It doesn’t smell fresh. Thanks to @0.8l_korea for the TRY NOW campaign. Klairs youthful glow sugar mask can be used numerous ways. From a treatment scrub, daily exfoliant to a cleansing balm! This smells faintly fruity and is very intense! I highly recommend using after splashing your face with water or after using a facial mist. I’ve used this as a mask and it provides intense nourishment. As a cleansing balm it’s hard to say because I like balms when I’m wearing heavy eye make up but this has sugar in it so I don’t feel it’s as effective since it cannot be used around the eyes but this definitely provides an amazing deep cleanse! Overall I thoroughly enjoyed this, you don’t get a generous amount but it makes my skin feel baby smooth! ***I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion.

I was sent a Dear Klairs Youthful Glow Sugar Mask to review free from 08liter! It’s an Exfoliator, low ph cleansing balm, and rich moisturizing mask, a 3 in 1. I used it a few times in the shower as a cleanser/Exfoliator and once as a mask. It leaves my skin clean and doesn’t irritate my dry sensitive skin at all!I didn’t feel like it exfoliated enough and I still had flaky skin, but it did feel soft. I think it did cause some purging, I had a massive pimple pop up in the middle of my forehead and another on my temple after using this a few times and I didn’t use any other new products besides this one. Mask went on very smooth and didn’t feel rough at all. Left it on for 20 minutes and then rubbed it in. Although it didn’t look like there was any sugar crystals in it, as soon as you start rubbing it on your face, you can feel the crystals and gently exfoliates your face. Very faint to little smell and comes with a spoon to make application easier. Very nice product and would definitely get again! After rinsing off the mask, skin felt hydrated and not dry at all. Did not feel over moisturized or very drying, enjoyed how my skin felt afterwards.

I use it very carefully, on wet skin and almost do not buff, just wait until sugar will dissolve upon contact with water on skin and massage it super gentle. If you master avoiding that mechanical rubbing you will see, how amazing soft and clean can be your skin. I actually do not like sugar masks, yet Dear, Klairs is always in my drawer, some how and my previous favorite was black sugar mask from the same brand. It smell like marshmallow, work really good if you have dry peeling skin and it will help if not overdone. I use it only once a week or even less, and still with great result. I am testing so many products from Dear, Klairs lately and it make me want to go back and use only their skincare. It was the one that I ordered first, when I started k-beauty and it is still so good and classic now, so solid and trustworthy that I want to stay with them and use it again. Honestly it’s been one of my favorite masks lately. This is the youthful glow sugar mask and outside of the dreamy texture it’s super gentle and luxurious! It can be used as a mask or a quick scrub. It’s natural and includes extras like grapefruit and raspberry. This is a Korean skin care brand and it makes me skin so soft and glowing. Im seriously in love with it! I was sent the Klairs Youthful Glow Sugar Mask free thanks to 08Liter to test and review and I’ve had a lot of fun with this one 😊 . 💕 First Impressions: The scent is yummy and gives me all the summer vibes. It’s made with grapefruit extract and raspberry adding a boost of antioxidants, softens the skin using kaolin, jojoba oil and nourishing Shea butter moisturize and it even has calamine to soothe. . 💕 This mask has multiple purposes. You can use to gently exfoliate or once applied you can leave it on for 10 minutes as a nourishing mask. I also learned by watching a video from the brand this is safe to use on your lips as a scrub. . 💕 My Experience: The first time I used this scrub I exfoliated with it, the texture is very balanced- you can feel all the dead skin being scrubbed off and the oil is just enough to feel nourishing without being heavy. As a mask it’s the same. It does get a little messy but rinses off clean and fast. Unfortunately for me, this made my skin feel dry and tight afterward- even after using as a mask. I was very surprised especially since it feels so nourishing while on. Thankfully I can just continue my normal skincare routine and my moisturizer balances me back out. . 🧐 Overall: I think this will be a good product to use during the hot and humid months here in the south since My skin doesn’t require as much nourishment. I have been using it as a lip scrub quite regularly and really like it for that!

I tried my Klairs youthful glow sugar mask and it was amazing it left my skin smooth and fresh and you can use it as a face scrub too. I actually put it on like a mask but just before washing my face like after 15 minutes of applying the mask I gently massage it like scrub and then washed my face. I loved the results. It is also very moisturizing because it has jojoba oil in it. I recently received the Klairs Youthful Glow Sugar Mask for review. It claims to be a low irritating sugar mask, and while it didn’t irritate my skin I wouldn’t recommend this for daily use. I used it as a mask, left it on for about 10 minutes and then washed it off with warm water. It’s enriched with grapefruit and raspberry and smells really nice, I tried to be gentle when I washed it off and it did help exfoliate my skin leaving it softer. It’s also moisturizing since it has Shea butter and jojoba.
