The boxes have information in Korean and English, and the bottles only have information in Korean. MY THOUGHTS:  I use both of these in my evening skincare routine. I apply the toner with cotton pads all over my face and neck, then I apply the serum on my face and neck with the eye dropper and rub it in with my fingers. My skin absorbs both of them easily. There is no stickiness and my face doesn't feel oily afterwards. It does moisturize and brighten my skin. There is no difference in my skin texture as of yet, but that will take time. I got the opportunity to try out this duo of toner and serum these past few days. The packaging is eye catching and claims it is brightening, helps promote smoothness, and treats wrinkles. I really like how it is vitamin c based to promote better looking skin. I used a moderate amount of toner on a cotton pad after cleansing. It made my skin feel refreshed. My skin was very moisturized and glowy. The only con is that the toner has a very strong citrus smell thats lasts a while on the face. I tried it more days to see if it would get less strong but its the same. I would not recommend it for someone who is sensitive to smell. They are great products for dry skin. The Some By Mi Natural Pure Vitamin C Glow Toner and Serum is a wonderful glow combo! It is moisturizing and has a non-sticky formula. It is cruelty free and contains no parabens or sulfates.  The toner combines galactomyces and vitamin C, two of the most popular and effective brightening ingredients, to nourish skin back to health.  It does have a strong acidic smell, but it isn't too overwhelming and disappears after a moment.  The serum is also lightweight. It absorbs into the skin and doesn't leave a tacky feeling residue. After a few uses on my sensitive skin it seems to be doing a great job at evening out my skin tone.  I've read on other reviews that this must be used daily as it will oxidize quickly. That is because of the amount of ascorbic acid in it. I would recommend this for acne prone dry skin.
