Happy First! I hope everyone is healthy and safe at home during this quarantine period. Today, I’m reviewing this Somerfield Intense 30-Day Restore Hair Mask. There’s nothing quite like an evening pamper session to take my mind off the horrible things I’ve been hearing on the news. So let’s jump into the review! This hair kit came with 3 hair mask caps and 3 tubes of protein boosters. The process may be tedious, but it’s totally worth it (plus, it’s not like you’re doing this every day). After you rinse the shampoo off, all you have to do is wear the cap, massage the contents onto your hair, leave it for 15-20 minutes, and rinse. Then, apply the protein booster all over and wait another few minutes. For me, I noticed a significant difference in my hair right away. When I was running my hands through my damp hair go get rid of any residue, my fingers glided through easily. As I was blow drying my hair, I also noticed how tamed and frizz-free my hair was. I was #gifted this Intense Hair Mask set from @somerfieldbeauty. Each Somerfield hair mask is pre-filled into a waterproof, lightweight aluminum cap. The hair cap traps heat & moisture inside to create the perfect environment for the delivery of all the nutrients allowing them to strengthen & restore damaged hair. I received the complete restoration kit which includes protein boosters also that deliver other important nutrients in addition to what it already in the cap. The instructions said wash your hair first so I did this in the shower which is a little awkward but I thought the extra heat from the hot water would help (shrugs). Overall, I really did enjoy this cap type of mask. I love that the cap traps the heat & moisture, which is secured by a sticker so it stays in place well. Not my first time trying the SOMÉRFIELD 30-Day Restore Mask Bundle, I used these products before and I recommend them 100%, you can really see the difference after first used!! The hair system kit comes with three hair mask caps and three protein buster tubes. The hair mask protects, volumize, tones, nourish, vitalize, and hydrate hair. The key ingredients are: hydrolyzed silk, avocado oil, jojoba seed oil, honey extract, and royal jelly extract. Directions are esy, after shampooing the hair wear the hair cap, massage gently to allow the cream into the hair, leave it for ten to fifteen minutes, remove the cap, then rinse with warm water. The protein booster, can be use separately, or before placing the hair cap. Either way, hair feels and looks soft and smooth, with more shine, and with less frizz. Directions are the same, apply the cream after shampooing the hair, leave it for a few minutes, then rinse. I know that using these products is a little extra work, compared to other hair masks, but it's totally worth it.

I received the Somerfield Intense 30-Day Restore Hair Mask Bundle for testing and review purposes from 0.8Liter and was very pleasantly surprised once I started using it at how soft and shiny my hair looks and feels. Even friends and family have commented on how shiny and healthy it looks! While most people may think ok cool it made her hair soft and shiny, but the reality is my hair was already really soft and shiny as I take great care of my hair. Once you have been bald haircare goes to another level because you know what it's like to have none and how traumatic it really can be. I would/will/have recommended this product to others especially those that dye their hair often and it's very easy to use with very easy clean up.

I was so excited to try these products. I love hair products and we often forget to take a better care for our hair. Let’s start my the hair mask cap. I have medium hair length right now (about to my shoulder) and it was hard to get all my hair inside before to close the stickers and hold it in place. The instructions says to keep it 10-15 min on but I couldn’t pass 5min. My scalp was itchy, burning and I do not have sensitive scalp or skin at all. I immediately took it off and rinsed. Then I tried the protein booster. I only used half of one tube at the time because it was enough for my hair length. The instructions are unclear and don’t say anything about rinsing after a certain amount of time so I assumed it didn’t need to be rinsed off. But after it dried my hair felt awful, like all stick together. I brushed my hair and went to bed. In the morning my hair was dirty. So I washed my hair all over applied the other half tube of the booster let it on for about 40-45 min and rinsed off. I blew dry my hair and it was soft and bouncy. Would I buy again this stuff again? Certainly not. Neither of these products worked as intended for me.

I was testing the @somerfieldbeauty protein boosters and mask caps for color-treated hair. I've known about somerfield products for about 2 years now but just couldn't spend the money until I got some from @0.8l_usa. having tried this set, I now know I will keep repurchasing it and recommending it to others with dry hair. My hair LOVES these products. I've tried it 2 ways: Protein booster + hair mask cap - loved it. My hair was so soft I actually had a dream about having soft, wonderful hair that night. My hair remained soft for a week or more. Protein booster alone - still good but not as great as with the cap. I would repurchase the set rather than the protein booster by itself. . . If you swipe left, the first picture is of my hair before I used the set and the picture right after shows how it changed the ends of my hair. They we're smoother, more hydrated and just felt softer and less dry. The next 2 pictures are of the section of my hair colored blue before and after using the set. My blue hair was even softer than the purple section. In the second picture it looks more hydrated and the curls look more defined. . . Overall, I really love this set. I saw that @somerfieldbeauty also has a conditioner and I really want to try it!

Ohhh Coco always makes the best faces🐶🐾 She's my vana white for this @somerfieldbeauty hair treatment set I got to try from @0.8l_usa And gurl, this brand is designed in Australia, manufactured in Korea and sold out of the USA 😀 how international. Anywho this set comes with three hair mask caps which feature silk, avocado oil, jojoba, honey and royal jelly, And three protein boosters which have keratin. The hair mask comes in a plastic and foil cap which is quite large and you fasten it with the sticker. The protein treatment comes in little tubes and is quite thick. After shampooing I would apply the protein treatment and then put the mask on. The treatment in the mask was pretty thick and kind of hard for me to get all over my long hair, but I did try something new and that was to fill the cap with water and dunk my hair in it during my rinse off. So imagine you're in the shower with the mask/cap, just remove it and fill with water and with your head down dunk that hair and/or dump it on your hair. Overall I can't say it's as good as olaplex, but it is a pretty good conditioning mask. Did add some more bounciness and smoothing. I feel like a person with more porous hair might like this better. I received this complementary for an honest review. This hair mask with the protein booster left my hair smooth and shiny, and it didn’t dry out my scalp. There’s a lot of goodies in the ingredient list including hydrolysed silk, avocado oil and jojoba oil, honey and royal honey extract though silicone was pretty high up in the list. In the protein booster, there’s avocado, jojoba, camellia, macadamias baobab, sweet almond, tea tree oil, Shea butter, royal jelly and honey extract as well. One of the protein booster can last more than one use.

I liked the mask results because it gave a lot of softness to my hair. However, I did not like the mask structure because it was very loose and the sticker did not help. There should be more obvious signs on how to wear the mask (I.e front and back signs) and how to pull the sticker.

After shampooing my hair and squeezing out the excess water, I applied the Protein Booster all over my hair.
