So I received LIa-Pong diet vinegar vitamin tablet - lemon flavor to try!! I immediately went to my kitchen and got my filtered water pitcher and a glass - dropped in the tablets , which had a nice amount of fizz and smelled so refreshing. After drinking , I was pleasantly surprised that it tasted similar to lemonade but not as sweet and a very pleasant taste - not sweet nor bitter ! I've been researching all of the benefits that vinegar has to our immune systems and the long list of health benefits, so I was excited to try this . I immediately felt very refreshed and after about 15 minutes felt a slight burst of energy. Also noticed throughout the day that I was not having my normal food cravings which really helped keep my diet for the day under control I felt alert and also it kept all of my sugary and fried food cravings away for the entire evening! I am looking forward to drinking the drink daily to see even more of the health benefits it will provide me. As stated before this is very tasty and I can see teenagers, Young adults, adults and older age individuals loving this taste and the benefits that they provide.

I tried these @lia_pong (effervescent) Diet Vinegar Vitamin Tablet in lemon flavor. They are a combination of vitamin C + black vinegar. The black vinegar was fermented for 3 years and they have no added sugar. Simply drop in water or sparkling water and wait until fully dissolved before drinking. ▪︎▪︎▪︎ I concept is great, it's easy to use but I cannot get past the overpowering vinegar taste nor its aftertaste. I need more lemon, its got to be the dominant flavor and maybe I wouldn't have had an upset stomach and wouldn't mind drinking it. Reviewing this Lia-Diet Vinegar Vitamin Tablet. I thought that this was a pretty cool product, I like the idea of a vitamin that is also an effervescent tablet with vinegar. Sadly the rest of the product is in another language so I can’t provide much more details though. I thought it tasted okay and gave me energy.

But I do feel with all the detoxing properties and all around building your immune system the product could be maybe improved by adding a flavor to it. While I won't be purchasing this product in the future for myself I do believe it would be be beneficial to a lot of other people! This is a interesting product made in Korea. I was gifted this in exchange of my honest review. These tablets are made with black vinegar which is a detox, fat burner and promotes energy. It also included garcinia which is also a appetite suppressant. It’s high in vitamin C which is a great immune-boost as well. You get 7 tablets and you add one to a large glass of water. I admit I’m not certain of the exact instructions because I couldn’t find any in English. For me the taste is pretty bad so I broke each tablet into 3 parts to make it milder. While I didn’t notice much of a energy boost or suppressed appetite I have lost a few pounds this week which was pretty surprising. I would be interested in long term results using this.

This Vinegar Garcinia drink is a great way to help lose weight with a healthy alternative to diet pills. It has a lemony taste to it that is pleasant and in hot water is soothing to the throat also. While taking this I tried half heartedly to watch what I ate but still lost 5lbs. on a ten tablet sample of this!!! I recommend this product to people thinking of wanting to lose a couple of pounds. It's not something for long term use but for a quick few pounds I say "Go for it!!" . . . . . . . . . . .

I’d been drinking this for a couple days at night and after drinking it I’m not hungry anymore, so you can use it for a diet, so you are not eating late at night. I don’t get use to the lemon flavor yet and the weird smell but overall I think is a good product if you are seeking to loose weight. I recieved this product from 0.8L for my honest review in exchange for the product. So far, I have been enjoying this drink! I was a little nervous after it said vinegar was one of the main ingredients but honestly, you really cant taste it. It is just a light lemony flavor. I couldnt really find too much information out about the product because all instructions were in Korean but from what I understand it should act as an appetite suppressant and I do think it serves its purpose. I didnt really have any food cravings when I was drinking this drink. I'll continue to use the whole thing up and if I find a large difference in my appetite I will purchase again because its tasty and efficient.

I've been using this product for the last week and I feel great I feel less bloated and my body feels clean which gives me more energy. the taste isn't to bad if just taste more like cider with a hint of lemon. overall I'd suggest this product for a good kick into your diet, it helped with craving and I was able to last longer without snacking.

i can't read the instructions at the back because it's hangul but one thing for sure it's lemon flavor energy drink. it's energy drink as well as a diet drink cause it has garcinia. i just let hubby have and try it or just take a sip to find out how it taste like since i'm not planning to go on a diet. the packaging is great and it has 10pcs inside which is good.

I used this with regular water, and my husband and I both tried it. It has a bitter and sour taste. My husband loved the taste, but for me it wasn’t as great. So the taste is really a personal preference. Overall it’s not bad, it has a nice and compact packaging.

I tried the Lia_Pong diet vinegar vitamin tablets. The flavor was lemon and I thought it tasted good, like lemonade without all the sugar. The vinegar is black and 3 years fermented, suppose to be great for gut health. will update as I drink more. I want to try more flavors.

Lia-Pong Diet Vinegar Garcinia Healthy Drink was a pleasant surprise. When you hear the word 'vinegar' you immediately think of something overly tarte but this wasn't unpleasant or off putting at all and I enjoyed drinking it. It was easy to drink and add to my daily routine. I put in 2 packages of zero calorie sweetener and it made it taste like lemonade. It came with 10 servings so it would be good for someone who is on a fasting diet, cleanse or just wants to get their body in order. I'm currently on a diet and it's a good addition to it, gives me the garcinia and vinegar I need to jump start my metabolism and start my day off well. I'm not able to speak to the ingredients as I believe it's in Korean, but it appears to have a variety of vitamins in it.
