The Lia-Pong Dirt Vinegar Vitamin Tablet- Lemon Flavor was provided by 0.8lite, free for my review. The taste was a mild lemon flavor. It was not to tart. It did not have an after taste. Was very smooth and dissolved into water easily. It cuts down on bloating. Helps to eliminate the grease and carbs after my French fry binge. 🤣

This is a product that I definitely recommend since from the first time I saw the positive results that I gave to my body and my taste as much as I made it feel so I kept taking, they have a very pleasant taste and it does not fall heavy on the stomach, a pleasant scent and the feeling of energy lasts all day

I received this product as a complimentary gift from Lia-Pong. I am grateful that 0.8L chose me to try out this gift. The instructions were written in a foreign language, so I’m not sure how I’m supposed to use it. After having chewed it up, it was quite sour, I realized it was probably meant to dissolve in water. Lol. Since there are multiple tablets, I will drink it tomorrow. Thanks, 0.8L. After having tried it the right way (I dissolved it in water), it’s quite tasty. I hope to see the benefits soon.

I was surprised at the mild and pleasant flavor. While I love lemon, I was a bit apprehensive about the vinegar part. The tablets dissolve quickly and are effervescent with lots of tiny bubbles and fizz. The drink itself is refreshing and did leave me mildly energized which I attribute to the Garcinia. I did notice my digestion was better when I took this. I suffer from intestinal scar tissue adhesions from multiple life saving surgeries, which slows down my digestive process. In and of itself, just having more regular digestion and less digestive bloat is a benefit. I have only been taking this for a few days but I am optimistic to see some improvement in caloric burn given the energizing effect even before my tea or coffee.

this was a nice surprise to get to try. it's a vitamin c aged black vinegar diet drink in an effervescent tablet form. It includes an interesting ingredient called garcenia which is thought to curb appetite and reduce cravings. Aside from three vitamin c three product claims to; Improves Blood Circulation Weight loss (burn fat) Quick recovery ( Fights against Fatigue ) Reduces risk of aging & disease Beautiful and vibrant skin with Amino Acid Decrease risk for cancer I wish I could have found an English translation of the ingredients. it definitely gave me a boost of energy so i'm guessing there's some kind of mild stimulant like caffeine or b vitamins. I'm really not sure, but if you're planning to try this I would recommend taking it during the day so it doesn't bother your sleep. I love the idea of this product. It is a fizzy drink tablet that capitalizes on two trends in the diet industry-vinegar and garcinia. I am a huge supplement fan. That being said, I was not a fan at all of these. Once it was dissolved, there were white strings that floated in the drink that looked like paper. Also, the taste was horrible. It smelled like lemon, but did not taste like anything not sweet vinegar.

Although the packaging is another language that I can't read so I'm unable to speak of all the benefits and ingredients. I really liked the taste of this, it wasn't too overpowering and it had a nice taste. I got a bit of energy from it also which was great because everyone can use a little energy and vitamins.

The Diet Vinegar Vitamin Tablet is very bitter. I have taken it for a week and diluted in about 20 oz of water. the instructions say for a cup of water but I did not like the strong bitter taste. I have noticed less of an appetite which is great. I did have diareah the first couple of days while taking it. This dissolvable tablet helped reduce my bloating and water intake. I not a fan of the taste but it is bearable. its been a week and I am almost 3 pounds lighter. I started at 150.4 and am currently 147.8.

The Diet Vinegar Gatcinoa Health Drink is awesome Taste sour and I like that it has Vinegar and it does help suppress the appetite and the sugar cravings that I tend to get especially when I stress like right now it is so easy and convenient to use you just get a tablet put it in water and drink it does not get any easier than that so yes it works it curves the appetite

At first I thought this product was a little strange - including vinegar in a food item - but I know that it can have health benefits, so I gave it a shot. And I'm glad I did! I thought that it was the perfect lemon-y flavor to cover up the healthy but less tasty elements. I also thought it was the perfect wake-me-up for afternoons when you're feeling a little drowsy or lethargic. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting a healthy boost to their day with a lemon flavor punch.

I thought this product was nicely packaged and I love the idea of it. The benefits are intriguing which makes me want to keep drinking. I know black vinegar has amazing benefits but is quite nasty. This lemon healthy drink didn’t have a bad taste to where I couldn’t drink it. It’s not strong of vinegar really, it’s a tart lemon taste and still very water-like & there’s no sugar added. This can be added to still water, sparkling water & even alcohol. Effects of black vinegar~ -Antioxidant effect -Skincare -Fatigue recovery -Anti-fat A while after drinking, my body did feel good and I feel this could replace an energy drink. I also enjoy the benefit of it improving blood circulating and the fact it gives you glowing skin with amino acids! Ten huge tablets come with this product retailing for $10.99 on Amazon. Green grape, peach and lemon flavored. I’m not in love with the taste but it’s definitely not disgusting and for all the benefits included, I can deal with it. I most likely would repurchase this product but I would probably try the peach or grape, different benefits! Easy to travel with, inexpensive. I was chosen to try the Lia-Pong Diet Vinegar Vitamin Tablets lemon flavor. So I made a pitcher up, and let it get cold in the fridge. I’m not going to say that it’s delicious because it’s not. It’s not that bad either. It taste like lemon water with a hint of vinegar in it. I’m hoping to loose some weight by drinking this. Will update later.

Lia-Pong Diet Vinegar Vitamin Tablet Drink working as a detox, I believe works well. It has a tart taste to it which I like. It isn't something that you would drink everyday, but just as a detox drink, just temporarily.

I was more than glad to try these LIA-PONG Diet Vinegar Vitamin Effervescent 10 Tablets pack, after trying it few days I was able to feel the difference and I felt with more energy than usual.
