It dissolves easily and well in any milk base so easily with a swirl, and all flavours come with texture bites in it! I tried the Sweet Potato flavour which has crispy grain puffs in it. And the Cookies & Cream one has got real cacao nibs in it! Though I find both on a tad sweeter side, it wasn't a deal breaker as I topped it up with more milk when making a cuppa! Love Rawel Protein/Diet Shake from Korea. Cookies & Cream have a nice crunch and bitter at the end. Sweet Potato taste nice too. Do not want to take too much calories at meal times so this is good for meal replacement.
