It is always a pleasure to get a chance to review any products, especially snacks. This time around it was a Korean Crispy snack by @hanbugak, unfortunately i was not a fan these chips, maybe its just my taste buds but it wasn't for me. I'm not sure if the process of being cut, boiled, dried and then fried in small batches with locally sourced ingredients. Though they were crispy, non greasy and had a unique taste but to someone that has mainly eaten South American and North American Chips, they tasted stale, they had an odd sweetness and taste I couldn't put my finger on but not salty enough to taste like a chip yet high in sodium for a kettle chip. I really wanted to like these, I even tried them with dip but there was no mix that made them taste any better for me. Maybe if i had gotten one of their other flavors 🤷‍♀️. Another treat sent to me by @0.8l_usa! First off, I love that it can be resealed. I wish all chip bags came that way. These are light weight and crispy. You can definitely hear that crunch. These potato chips have a slight sweetness to them at first and then transition to a savory taste. Not overwhelming at all. Nice balance of sweet and salty. Not extremely grease, so doesn't leave oily fingers. Overall a decent snack. I'm not use to having slight sweetness to my potato chips. When I grab potato chips, I'm usually craving something more savory. These are not for me but thankful to have gotten the opportunity to try these.♡

🥔😋 It’s always fun to do a food review, so we were really excited to try out Han Bugak Korean Premium Crispy Snacks. In particular, the potato flavor, which is very much like kettle-cooked potato chips we find here in the US. They’re made with simple, locally-sourced ingredients, and fried with only a very small amount of vegetable oil.🧡 Although mailed in just a soft, resealable plastic pouch, I was pleased to find that all of the crisps were intact. At first bite, my boyfriend and I both noted how extremely crunchy they were, and the lack of greasy, oily residue on our hands. The taste is certainly unique, and strange for anyone who’s only had American chips before; they taste rather sweet at first, and then become a slightly more savory as you chew. Odd as it may be, we found it really refreshing to have a crispy snack that wasn’t completely loaded with salty flavor! However, the overall sodium content is quite a bit higher than your average kettle chip.🧡 Bugak is a traditional Korean deep-fried dish, usually eaten with rice or as a snack with alcohol, and is made with all sorts of vegetables and seaweed. In fact, Han Bugak offers several other varieties of this snack as well, including burdock, carrot, pumpkin, seaweed, and chili pepper. The small pouch makes it an extremely portable treat and helps with portion control, but I think it’s a bit expensive for the size based on the current Amazon listing. That said, it’s really fun to try out foods from around the world on occasion, and they were interesting and delicious, so I’d highly recommend giving them a try sometime if you’re feeling adventurous! 😋🥔

Han Bugak Korean Premium Crispy Potato Snack I love to snack and glad to try this Korean potato chips for my honest opinion. This 35g/1.2oz/173 calories bag of crispy potato chips is not super thin with a semi-firm texture. The texture retains the potato flavor as I find super thin potato chips lack the potato flavor. The was expecting it to be salty but was surprise that it has a hint of sweetness. The saltiness and sweetness is just right. I glad it comes in a small bag for portion control.

Tried these amazingly sweet, yet savory Han Bugak Premium Korean Crisps + they were delicious! These are a healthier snack option than your typical potato chips. These chips are top local Korean agriculturally sourced, aged, then fried in a low fat oil. Some of the main ingredients in these crisps are potato, red pepper, burdock, carrot + pumpkin to name a few. What an awesome snack alternative!

These are tasty potato chips! They have a bit of a sweet and salty taste to them. They are light and crispy, so easy to eat. This bag is perfect to take on the go or head on over to the couch with it while you watch your favorite show.

So let's talk about Han Bugak Korean Premium Crispy Snack. I was sent a bag of these kettle cooked styled chips to try in exchange for my honest opinion. These chips are made during a 3-4 day process from ingredients that are sourced from local Korean farms. Some flavors include Potato, Carrot, pumpkin, and burdock. They're less greasy than your typical chip and come packaged individually in a resealable bag so that you do not overeat. We all know how easy it is to overdo it with a huge bag of chips, so kudos there! Although I found them pleasant on the taste buds with a sweetness that turned into a salty crunch, there's a few things I didn't care for. Upon shipment the bag must have been tossed around a bunch and unfortunately most of the chips were crushed into tiny piece aside from a few that were mostly intact. They were mailed in an envelope and not a box. Better packaging for shipment could have avoided this. Also the price is quite pricey running just a little over $12 a bag on Amazon for one small serving. I would have been extremely disappointed if I had purchased these to have then arrive in that condition. Overall, they're extremely tasty and lighter on oil which I like but I would not purchase these due to the high cost and fear I'd end up with crumbs again.
