This product is not working. I sent messages and I didn't receive help. I'm not going to post my bad experience on my instagram, because I usually love all the SEVIZ products, they are really good. That's why I'm giving 2 stars.

I'm so glad I was given a opportunity to try the Seviz Beat Gun MG16. I never knew how a massage gun can help relieve some muscle stress. It's amazing how I can just massage myself whenever. This massage gun has 5-6 hours run time, with 6 massage heads, has 10 level intensity control, with just little to no noise! This can come in handy as I can also store and bring all of it's accessories in the case that's provided. Very light weight and convenient! The best part is my whole family likes it! It's available on Amazon, at a very affordable price compared to other brands.

I had the pleasure to review this product for Seviz This beat gun massage gun is amazing it has 10 speeds six different heads and the battery lasts a good while it is so relaxing each head massages different parts of your body but I think it comes in handy for someone who deals with bone pain a lot like me and people who work out sometimes we don’t sleep right this has been amazing for me and my husband and our teenage son. I definitely would recommend this product.

This massage gun is amazing! It works so well and makes my muscles feel relaxed. I am glad to have gotten this. The five different speeds/pressures are also a great feature and it comes with many different heads to put on for different uses and parts of the body. I received the SEVIZ Beat Massage Gun MG16 instead of the MG17 free for review from o.8l. It comes with a carry case, charge cord, instructions and 6 different attachments in a velour bag. I fully charged it as soon as I got it. Inserted an attachment and tried setting a massage level. Sadly mine is broken. It does charge and holds the charge. When you try and set a level it makes a low hum a very low intensity pulse then resets back to a zero. It will not cycle up through 10 levels either. I was very excited to get this and very disappointed it doesn’t work. The overall look is nice and sleek. I really wish this had worked. I tried contacting SEVIZ but the email is invalid. Unfortunately my experience was not very good with this product.

This is too useful, massage those areas where you need it, if you have any inflamed muscles I assure you that this will help you with that. I love it, especially my husband, because of the heavy work, is in a lot of pain and this is going very well for him. 100% recommended.

Just received an amazing product from SEVIZ it's the Beat Massage Gun and I'm in love ... OMG this thing can get those tough knots,cramps and ease ur muscles with the many different attachments. There's also a digital screen so know exactly what level you are on. If you work out this is for you and if you don't work out this is for you!!!! It's for anyone that wants to feel like you are getting a massage in the comfort of your own home. This company has made so many wonderful products and I can't wait to see what else I can get my hands on 😉

I received Seviz Beat Massage Gun MG16 Grey in exchange for my honest review; as they were out of stock of the MG17 and even extended my review time because I had not received the product yet. This massage gun has 5 different attachements to target specific areas as well as 10 speed levels for your preference. I am on my feet 8 hours a day consistently and suffer from extreme back pain; since receiving this product I've used it a few times for instant relief on the 3rd speed level. I've even noticed it activating muscles in my calves that aren't used much when massaging. I've never owned a massage gun before so this was a new experience for me. 10/10 would recommend.

Although this review says it is for the MG17 Black model of the SEVIZ Beat Massage Gun, what I actually received, and am reviewing here, is the SEVIZ MG16 Gray model. I originally won this same model in a TryFree several months ago, and received a model with a design flaw. They said they would go ahead and send me the MG17 instead, since I had also applied for that TryFree. I waited until the timer ran out... twice... no beat gun. Then last week I received an email that the MG17 was actually out of stock and they would be sending me the MG16 after all. It finally arrived yesterday, as the timer they reset the third time counts down it's final day, only for me to discover it has the SAME manufacturing issue as the original beatgun I received months ago. I fully charged the gun until the light on the charger turned green. I attached the attachment I wanted to use (the big ball, great for my shoulder), turned the power switch to "on", turned on the touchscreen, turned the dial to "1"... nothing, aside from a slight "thunk", a vibration, and the dial reset itself to "0". I continued to do this through all of the dial settings with the exact same result each time. No joy, lots of frustration... UNTIL!!! *DRUMROLL PLEASE* I turned the dial up to "4", and manually grabbed the ball head attachment and began to push it in when I felt the piston try to engage, and after just a few push/pull maneuvers, I got the piston to engage, and the gun started up. You can literally hear it gather momentum like a sewing machine! Once I had the gun running, I reduced it to the "1" setting again and began applying it to the muscles in my shoulder and neck...oh my gosh!!! Just a few minutes of use, with no help from any other person needed, and I was actually able to get a full rotation out of my previously almost locked up shoulder! I was almost afraid to turn it off, as I wasn't positive if it running was a fluke, but I need not have worried. After testing it over the course of the last day, I have determined that if you completely power it "off", and allow the motor to fully "cool down", you will absolutely need to manually engage the piston to restart it. But, it WILL restart. If you simply turn the dial to "0", but leave the power button in the "on" position, the gun starts up with ease on any setting. I got almost 5 hours of run time from a single full charge. which is pretty awesome, all things considered. The gun comes with 6 differently shaped attachments (for use with different muscle groups, shown in an included booklet), a charging cord, and a really handy hard shell zip carrying case. All in all, I LOVE my BeatGun, and would recommend them to everyone, as long as they know how to get them to work. That slight design flaw, along with the EXTREME amount of time it took me to receive this product, (which I then had to find a way to make it work), is the reason for my 3 Star rating. If the gun would just start from a full charge, it would have gotten the full 5 stars from me.

I love how this deep muscle massager has it's own little carrying case that you can pack back up when done in a very organized way. Really gets deep down in your tight and knotted muscle pains!!! I highly recommend this muscle gun!

I was given the SEVIZ BeatGun model 16 because they were running low and having shipping issues with COVID. I was supposed to get the 17 but that’s ok. It was from 0.8L in exchange for my fair and honest review. It comes in a sleek carrying case that includes a charger adapter, the beatgun, directions and attachments. It looks beautiful and I had my hopes up and was highly disappointed. I followed the directions charging the unit for 6 hrs before using. I then attached one of the heads, turned it on using the switch on the bottom then the LED panel. This is where it got confusing. I try to turn it up and it wouldn’t let me. The gun just sort of puttered giving no massage power at all and I even tried it with multiple heads to see if I was missing something. I’m just highly disappointed in this product.

updated 5/20/21 so as you can see from below my review and I was rather impressed 5 months later the product no longer works. I tried to contact them. They state its long out of warranty.... if they can't back their products then stay away! 12/2020 Seviz still has impressed me with this Beat massage gun. This one took a lot longer to receive then the previous products, but I am turning into a fan. I have had neck pain in the last couple weeks and I've been looking forward for this however yesterday my husband got into a car accident and really jammed up his body so last night I found this on my doorstep so it came at a perfect time. This little unit I find to be the most powerful massage beat gun or massager that I've ever had the opportunity to try. The thing that I like about it the most is that it's cord-free absolute must! it doesn't take long to charge and there's a nice little bar that runs across the top and green that tells you the battery power. the unit itself has a strength from 1 to 10 and believe me one is pretty strong so 10 is super powerful. All the different attachments can make this thing pretty fun too LOL 😉 we used this last night and my husband kept telling me to stop pushing hard, this unit does the work, well and strong. It doesn't just vibrate but it pushes the attachment in and out like a beating. Beautiful case for easy transport. I'm honored to have been chosen to try this and look forward to many more in the future. Definitely a Seviz fan!
