I miss trying out all types of Korean drinks at convenience stores lol I would always buy peach waters and juices when I was living in Seoul. But, I think this was my first time trying a Watermelon Soda! I usually don’t like the fizz in sodas but this one seems to not be as intense. It’s a sweet low sugar, low calorie drink from @soda_joa and SFCbio. It contains less than 45% sugars and 40% lower calories than other fizzy sodas and It’s delicious when served chilled with ice, or as a mixer for alcohol.

SFCbio Fizzy Sparkling drink, Sweet Watermelon Soda up. I was very excited to try this soda. It was definitely something new and different for me. As soon as I cracked opened the can all I could smell was watermelon! It tastes similar to watermelon but is a little too sweet. To be honest I wasn't really a big fan. It's made with 3% real watermelon juice and has 40% less calories and 45% less sugar than soda. I received 2 cans to try out. This soda can be served with ice or mixed with alcohol as well. In an exchange for an honest review, I received the @soda_joa SFCbio Fizzy Sparkling Drink, Sweet Watermelon Soda Up via @0.8L_usa. This retails for $7.50 for two cans but $90.05 (I know) for a pack of 24 on @amazon (check out my Amazon Storefront under “08 Liter Reviewed”). In a nutshell, this is a watermelon-flavored soda using 3% real watermelon juice. The flavor is really delicious (like those Japanese Watermelon dummies), however, I find the sugar content to high for my personal taste. I’ve only drank this chilled on the rocks; the flavor and sensation is definitely addicting, but for my old-age, I can’t drink something like this- however, you can apparently also drink this mixed with beer or soju/shochu (haven’t tried it that way, but definitely something I’d like to attempt in the future). I think it’s great to try out maybe like once or have it once in a while, but this is an overall pass for me (as a standalone drink) as I enjoy unsweetened tea and coffee nowadays. I personally don’t drink soda except for when I have the occasional whisky/soda.

This was pretty tasty!!! I want more!! It tastes like watermelon. Not artificial watermelon either. I drank it alone and also mixed it with some soju. Perfect mix! It’s not overly carbonated, less than a sprite, and about the same fizziness as a milkis (if you’ve had those). I would definitely buy these and will keep my eye out when I’m out to see if my local Asian mart starts carrying them!

SFCbio Fizzy Sparkling Drink Sweet Watermelon Soda Up I love watermelon! So I was super happy to be selected to try this SFC Bio Soda Up Fizzy Sparkling Watermelon Soda. It contains 3% real watermelon juice, and it has 45% less sugar and 40% less calories than a regular soda. I like that it is not super sweet, just the right amount of sweetness. I did a bunch of yard work yesterday afternoon and this was a perfect treat. Even though it says it only has 3% of watermelon juice, the taste doesn't feel anything artificial. It does really taste like the juice from watermelon... you know, when you chopped up a watermelon in pieces, there is always a lot of juice in the bowl afterward; I always drink it, and this soda has exactly the same taste... plus the carbonation, of course... it make me feel less guilty drinking soda. Would definitely recommend if you like watermelon. This is very refreshing. Thank you @0.8l_usa and @sfcbio @sodaup for sending these sodas to me to try. All opinions are my own.

this soda was interesting, it tasted like watermelon gummy candy. it was really sweet. I've tried other watermelon sodas that aren't as good as this. I wish they gave me more than just two cans, I'm gonna try and find them when I go to the local Korean markets.

SFCbio Fizzy sparkiing Drink,Sweet Watermelon Soda Up 3% of real watermelon juice included, it tasts like watermelon soda. . It is perfect to mix with alcohol. My other family members really liked this drink, so I didn’t get a chance to mix it with alcohol and the two cans of drink are gone. Thanks 08L and SPCbio sending us this delicious drink for free. We had really enjoyed it.

I was really excited to try it because watermelon 🍉 is one of my favorite fruits. As much as I can tell it has an authentic flavor thanks to 3% of natural juice, IT WAS TOO SWEET. It can be mixed with beer, alcohol or juice. But I wouldn't even try ot repurchase it. I guess I was expecting a more subtle flavor.
