I'm so glad I received this #SPOL Kinematics Text Tattoo Kinesiology Tape from #08L in exchange for my honest thoughts and review. I have been using this for my Achilles tendinitis and it was amazing. I have very sensitive skin and react badly to most adhesive so I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t have any issues with this tape...When I finally figured out the right way to apply them I am glad that I received them. I don’t know the science behind these kinesiology tapes, but apparently they work. They claim to provide support, relieve pain, aid in recovery, and can be used on any part of the body. I got a spool for my dad for his bad back a while back, and he says it has helped with the pain. Says he notices a difference when he wears the tape and when he doesn’t. So of course when this was offered as part of @0.8l_usa’s TryNow promotion, I jumped on it.    The SPOL Kinematics Tex Tattoo kinesiology tapes are made of 96% cotton and 4% polyurethane, stretch up to 140%, are water repellent, and come in solid and fun prints. Each spool comes with 50 meters of tape. It also comes with a taping manual with both written instructions and pictures on how to apply the tape.  How cool that something as simple as tape, when applied purposefully, can aid in healing.

SPOL Kinematics Tex Tattoo Kinesiology Tape is such an awesome deal! Unlike with other Kinesiology tape, you get a huge roll of high quality tape in a fun pattern, enough for an absolute ton of uses. This tape sticks perfectly to the skin, it's not so adhesive that it irritates the skin or is painful to remove, but has enough grip to stay in place. I love how bright and colorful it is, its a lot more attractive that the plain tape I usually use. It also comes with a handy guide to tape placement, so you can get the most benefit out of the Kinesiology tape as possible. I find that using this tape provides gentle pressure and support for subluxations to coax them back into place, which is an absolute lifesaver with Ehlers Danlos syndrome, a connective tissue disorder that causes abnormally loose joints. This tape helps me stay moving, it's such a great tool for pain management! Definitely give this a try if you suffer from joint problems, or participate in sports--your connective tissues will thank you!

I received my roll of SPOL Kinematicd Tex Tattoo Kinesiology Tape for a steeply discounted price from 08liter in exchange for my honest review. I was fortunate and received the color I actually wanted (pink) even though color selection was random. Each roll of tape is 5cm x 5m, with markings on the peel off backing to enable easy cutting to fit any part of any size/shape body. This tape is made of cotton and polyurethane, with an acrylic adhesive (for me this was the only drawback, as I am allergic to most adhesives. I was unable to wear it for very long.)My husband, however, has no such allergy, and will be able to use this when his knees are giving him problems. Each roll of tape comes with a copy of an "Easy Taping Therapy Manual For Beginners" which shows via diagrams exactly where to place strips of tape in order to treat which injuries. Pay close attention to the width of strips used in the diagrams, and cut your tape down accordingly. Kinesiology tape is one of the most popular self treatmeants for sports injuries, as it not only relieves pain, but can improve performance.

For $3.99 I was blessed to test this kinematics tex a special kinesiology therapeutic muscle tape for my unbiased review. This is not the first I’ve tried this kind of product. I use to do it on my foot when I had heels spur. Which really helped a lot. Aside from the cool design this tape feels very comfortable. Im usually sensitive to tape but this doesn’t feel itchy at all. Its stretchy and holds into place where you need it to be. It also comes with instruction manual for how to use it. Not like the pharmacy ones I’ve tried. I remembered the first i tried this I had to google how to use it so I don’t hurt myself more. It even have a guide at the back to help you know where to cut. Will I buy this? Yes! Definitely! It is well made with very good quality material.
