Love this K-Tape! I’ve been needing to get some for awhile and I’m so glad I found this one. I love the colors they have and love the tattoo looking design on it! Just applied this to my daughters leg to help when she’s resting from wearing her brace (like a day on the weekend). This is very comfortable to wear and looks very cool 👍 I’d definitely give this a try if you wear K-tape as well and would love a change of the plain colors carried at most stores because these come in cool colors and cool tattoo looking design!

I’m a fan of KT tape for years. And I stumble this Spol Kinematics Tex here and I need to try it for sure. My neck and feet have been bothering me for days and good thing I have this to try it out. This kt tape is use to support and relieve pain in muscles, joints, and/or ligaments. It reduces swelling, increases mobility and enhances recovery. You can shower with it but this brand doesn’t last that long I’ll say 2-3 days it started peeling off but the support to relieved some of my pain helped me a little bit. Tonight I’m gonna try it for my lower back pain. I know I’m old!

I received SPOL Kinematics Tec Tattoo Kinesiology Tape and this is an excellent modernized bandage for those with a slight sprain, pulled muscle or a deep bruise. It has a colorful design so as not not be a noticeable boo boo. I enjoy this product because it is not thick so your skin can breathe and it doesn't apply to much pressure that you are constantly taking it off because it feels to tight last but not least the stick is just enough so when you take it off it doesn't hurt. All that being said SPOL Tape is definately keeper.

So l would have to give this Spol Kinematics Tex Kinesiology Tape a 5 out of 5 stars.🥳 There's no ingredients to worry about and I actually gave this product as a gift to my dad. He needs it more than me so if you see a hairy arm it's not mine lol.🤣 I didn't end up taking a picture holding it before I gave it to him, but nonetheless here is the review. My dad really enjoys the tape, and if he's happy I'm happy. He has used a lot of kinesiology tape in the past and this one is just as good if not better. This one has a cool design on it and I got it at a great price. I also love the fact that it comes with a pamphlet with a guide on what to do for certain areas on the body. The tape also has a guide for when you are cutting specific lengths and widths of the tape. It's a decently thick roll of kinesiology tape that will last a while. It's like they thought of everything. It might not be magic but this tape works. It helps my dad out which is awesome. Keep swiping to see more pictures and the big pamphlet guide it came with. Thanks to @SPOL for choosing me to try your product. didn't know what to really do. my hubby had to show me how to use it. He had some issues with his shoulder he asked me to put it on him which I did. He then went to work out while it was on he said that he felt instant release usually he would feel paying while working out in his left shoulder but he said that it seemed to Have taken the pain away possibly lifting over the issue or helping with the elasticity... he now keeps it in the gym.. and says he is gonna be using this more often.. I also noticed how sexy my husbands arm was while wearing it🤪🤫 easy to open and pull apart...you need to use scissors ✂️ to cut

The SPOL kine matics tex tattoo kinesiology tape helps with muscle injuries, joint pain, and soft tissue damage. It is waterproof and has an 140% stretchability. I really appreciated how it came with a manual on how to use it and exactly how to cut it for a certain body part. Just remember this is very stretchy and you will end up needing less than you think. The tape itself stays in place very well but it will pull all your hair out once you remove it, so I recommend shaving the area before placing the tape on it. It can also increase your athletic perferomace and reduce pain and inflammation. I used this on my back and it did help it a lot but I did need a second person to help apply the tape and I did also pull all thr hairs out of my back when I removed it. Other than that it stayed in place the entire time and wasn't uncomfortable until I ripped it off. I think this is a good way to help pain and like I mentioned I really appreciated the quide that came along with it. This sports Tape is excellent! It comes in many different colors and looks. They kind of look like Tatoo Sticker Tape. It comes in a small box and a booklet with instructions on how to apply it. This tape can be used in many different ways. If you're anything like me with having multiple conditions, this Tape is very useful. It works to aid the healing process of Muscle, Joint, Bone and Soft Tissue injuries. It even has directions on how to use it for Nasel Congestion! I've used it for my Carpal Tunnel by wrapping my hand and wrist. I also used it for Nasel Congestion at night and it works! It helped my Carpal Tunnel really well too! I have chronic pain. I also happen to be allergic to all the fun drugs. So, I was really skeptical about this doing anything at all for me. It just so happens, being the walking accident waiting to happen that I am, the day this tape showed up, I had smashed my finger in the fridge. Yes! It hurt like a beast with an arrow in his privates, but I do have to say that the tape did help a bit. It stablized my finger more than anything else. I am ecstatic that I was sent blue tape and not green. No one really looks good in green other than plants and animals. I am going to try it on some muscles if I can get my husband to help. Wish me luck with that! I am not expecting amazing things. The research I have done points to this kind of product not being better than any other. All I can say is that it doesn't smell like all of the muscle rubs do so, I pick this.

I honestly didn't think this would work I had my doubts. I was so wrong. I had a pending headache so I thought I would give It a try and after a little it went away! I was impressed! Then I ended up have a little shoulder pain so I decided to try it again. and the pain was gone after about 45 min to and hour!! I really liked this product but the one thing I didnt was how bad it hurt taking the tape off. It was ripping the hairs off me. Other then that it works!!

Hey hey hello everyone, I was given the opportunity to try SPOL Kinematics Tex Tattoo Kinesiology Tape by 0.8 Liter. The tape came in a bright cheerful carton and inside was the tape. It was hot pink with a cool black design all over it. I have asthma, so I also have a great deal of sinus trouble with sinus headaches. I decided I would try the tape for my headache. I saw on the back of the tape strips are guidelines for measuring and cutting. I followed the directions and then put the tape on my forehead, nose, and below the eyes on cheekbones. Remember when cutting the tape it stretches out a lot when you apply it so what you cut will be shorter than what you actually think you need. Takes some practice, but I did okay. The tape has been used by athletes since the 1970s. It is meant to hanger the way our bodies receive pain receptors. It did help my headache and I did not believe it would work at all. This tape is great! It works on my back as well!
