The spinal pins are designed to allow direct stimulation to the muscles rather than using a foam roller. ✨ In the past, foam rollers can be difficult on the waist, but when it comes to use, IsoSpine does not hurt the waist. ✨ Various spine exercises are possible by using the rolling pad, and you can do sit-ups in a position where the burden on the waist is less than the existing ones.

The IsoNeck is a neck massager to align and improve forward head posture, and the IsoSpine is a lumbar spine traction device which “helps restore the natural positioning of your lumbar discs through contraction and stretching.” Both devices come with a rolling pad and user manual.   I especially like the IsoSpine because of its versatility. Depending on the positioning of the rolling pad, the IsoSpine offers a different stretching, massaging, aligning, and exercising experience. The user manual provides both written and drawn instructions for the different exercises and stretches from basic to throatic to lumbar to relaxation. It relaxes, gives a deep stretch, and feels mildly painful (the feels-so-good kind) all at the same time! I love it! For me, it's perfect for relaxing and unwinding at the end of the day.

Anybody else suffer from neck or back pain? I sit at a desk most of the day and look down at my phone a lot, which leads to major neck & back pain. That is why I decided to try this Isoneck & Isospine devices. ⁣ ⭐️ Isoneck: I have been using this device for the last few weeks. I use it every day when my neck starts aching from sitting at my desk or even when my neck aches from sinus pressure. I only have to use it for about 5 minutes and that does the trick! ⁣ The Isoneck works to align the cervical vertebrae and correct neck posture. It can feel a little hard at first, but I got used to it. It includes a piece of foam that you can use to adjust it for comfort and less pressure, especially if your neck is really tight. This came in the mail at just the right time. My neck was hurting so bad. I put this on right away and started using it. It have me instant relief. This is such a life saver, I like it. After two days of use, I was able to see a improvement in my neck pain.
