I have been working from home since almost one year now and I never thought the quarantine would extended this much so I initially never bought any office chairs or desks which lead me to have some back and neck pain because I was using my dining room as office even though later I bought an ergonomic chair and stuff the pain did not go away so I started taking baths and stuff so that help but when I tried this Isospine, it was a game changer because It help with my posture, digestion and the best part is just getting on it helps to relax my back (I’m not laying when I said the first time I used it I was almost ready to sleep on it) . I love the fact that is already built so you can just use it, it is BPA free and I have noticed a difference on my neck and back. Tell me in the comments how do you deal with back pain?

I've been training my spine for a good 4 years now and I've used many different methods and devices but this one! ISO SPINE is just beyond anything else I've tried. This is a little different of a post for me. This is the Isospine Neck / Back Traction Device. In the past I have had back issues so I was happy when I was picked by 0.8 Liter to try this product out. It comes put together so there isn't much to do to start, they also provide an instruction booklet. You lay it down and then lay on it, it does feel a little strange at first. They recommend if you don't feel comfortable with it at first to lay a towel down. I myself did that until I was more comfortable. This is a device to help you stretch out, I think it would be helpful if you have done Yoga. It is a very hard plastic so it might take you some uses to feel the benefit. I started out just laying on it and doing a few of the stretches and then working up to more. Of course if you have back or neck issues, I would recommend checking with your doctor before using. One of my goals for 2021 is to get back into Yoga and I think this will help in my stretching.

My spine had a great massage every single time I used this product. This is my first time using an spine device. The material is high quality and durable. Since you have to put your entire weight on this product, it has not break or scratch whatsoever. So no worries on that it’s very resistant . My mom needs to try this one. Great after every workout too. Moreover, When I need a quit deep back fit. I come from work sometimes with back pain because the way I’m sitting so this is helping. It absolutely works. Okay guys... I must RAVE about this product that I received from 08liter! This is the @isolife_gram IsoSpine Lumbar, Spine Traction Device. When I first saw that I was chosen to test this product, I wasn't very excited or anything like that. BUT, when I finally got the device and actually read the instructions and started using it... OMG 😱 The IsoSpine is like a deep tissue massager for your back, lower back and shoulder area🥰 It feels incredible!! The device comes already put together so no need to get your tools out. There is an adjustable bar on the back that can be moved from the lower back of the device or the upper part. You simply line your back up with the device, and lay down onto it. You will immediately feel the pressure of the little prods.( I love the hard pressure, some may not like it) You will want to refer to the booklet that is included in the box. It tells you all about how to use the IsoSpine and which methods would be best for you. There are a few different types of stretching exercises to help tension & stiffness in all the areas of your back! I have used this multiple times just to stretch out and enjoy the fantastic massage! Love these massage devices! Having scoliosis is tough, which is why almost every day I enjoy laying on these beauties. I love that it has the roller which allows to switch the mode and massage the needed part of my back where is pain. At first it was a little bit painful, but I switched to the lighter version and now I’m enjoying it, the devices are very convenient, I can lay down, spending time with my son or reading books, watching movies and getting help for my back.

I only use this for 10-15 minutes at a time, and it really makes a difference. I work on my feet all day, so my back hurts before the end of my shift. I’ve been using it once I get home to just relax on, but it comes with a booklet that shows you different ways to use it. It looks like it would be painful to lay on because it’s made of hard plastic, but once you get settled on it, it’s not painful at all.

I suffer from back & neck pain, but haven’t been able to get to the chiropractor. This device helped to relieve the tension in my back while also providing a deep tissue massage. It has 40 special pins that are designed to hit pressure points and stretch the spine. The alignment of these pins are the same trigger points used in Thai Massage! So good. There are several different exercises that you can do to relieve back pain. The user manual does a great job of explaining how it all works. . Isoneck: This device is use to stimulate the cervical spine. Like the Isospine, there are different exercises which have been laid out in its user manual. I’ve been on my phone a lot more this past year, and I’ve began to develop “tech neck”. Because of this, I have constant neck pain which gives me headaches sometimes. This product helps to not only prevent this, but it also relieves my headache after use. . ✨Final thoughts: Love this! I’m so grateful that received since I’m unable to get to the chiropractor. I was gifted to try the Isoneck Cervical Alignment Recovery System and the Isospine Lumbar Alignment Recovery System. While following the directions in the booklet provided, I could do a back exercise with the attachments that move at the bottom. I was intrigued when I saw the Isospine because I often feel lower back or shoulder pain depending on my activities. They also send the Isoneck, which was very exciting as I get tension & tight neck/shoulder area all the time. I think it’s partially bad posture when at work, I’m always looking down on my computer and it doesn’t help that I'm on my phone a lot at home! . I’ve been trying these out only for a short time, they are easy to use & feel very intense when I do them! I think it’s a combination of age & the actual treatments at work! Using each unit only takes a short time each day & they come with explicit instructions on use, complete with drawings to be sure you use them correctly. The booklet shows how & where your body should be on them & a few exercises to do. I find when I’m finished the tension is gone. . The units are hard, heavy duty plastic with a complex structure to trigger points. Designed to relax tension in joints & muscles, delivers energy deep down & helps with circulation! It’s also noted to start slow as it’s best to make gradual progress. I’m only at the beginner phase! . Isospine: this is a device designed for back stretching, back aligning, back massaging, and back exercising. Isospine contains special pins that have been designed to hit pressure points and provide maximum pain relief. I don’t have chronic or severe back aches or anything concerning spinal alignments so I cannot speak on how effective this device is like how the brand marketed this. I only use Isospine during my home workouts and yoga to stretch and relax my back. This device does the job for me but I don’t recommend this to anyone who have spinal injuries so please ask your health care providers first. Isoneck: I use this to exercise my neck whenever I have a stiff neck due to sleeping in wrong positions or just too much instagramming lol. I lay my neck on this device for about 15 minutes and it helps relieve some aches. Again, I don’t recommend this if you are someone who have or had a history of spinal injuries so please ask your health care providers first.

I get lower backaches for standing more than an hour, so this is perfect for me, and perfect for you if you also suffer from back pain. It is specifically designed to deliver proper amount of energy to facet joints which is prone to stiffness, it helps with neural transmission and systemic circulation. This was something I talked about on my blog - last year was a little rough because just as went went into quarantine I was dealing with a shoulder impingement that was excruciatingly panful and left me incapacitated at times. I was finally able to get straightened out after two months of physical therapy. Since then I still do my PT exercise everyday. I'm very conscious of my posture and am always on the lookout for ways to stay properly aligned. I've been using a neck traction hammock for awhile and recently I incorporated these IsoLife isoSpine and isoNeck devices into my daily routine. IsoSpine is a specialized device that uses trigger point therapy to stretch the back. The device works by placement on the floor with the user laying on it. A series of acupressure massage points work to stimulate, stretch and massage the muscles in the back as well as the areas between the vertebra. The rolling pad on the underside of it can be adjusted for a variety of basic, lumbar and thoracic exercises which are included in the user manual. isoSpine does take a little getting used to because of the positioning and pins but once you are comfortable with it, just laying on it provides and relaxing stretch. I do the basic hand raise and leg twists and hope to get to where I can do the more advanced exercises. I do find it makes a difference since it stretches my back in a way I can't do otherwise. The isoNeck is a cervical neck traction device that has been cleared by the FDA as a medical device. It can be used as trigger point therapy stretcher and massager to alleviate stiffness and neck pain. When you lay on it, the product distributes energy to the the seven cervical vertebrae to improve alignment and posture. You can simply lay on it for a relaxing stretch or follow the exercises in the user manual for a more complete treatment. I tried this, I have back pains all the time due to having to use epidural when I had my children, I personally don’t think this helped me at all, it is very uncomfortable and painful to lay on it, I did liked to use it laying on it on my belly and breathing deeply, it was kinda relaxing but on my back? It hurt hurted so much! I tried to stay on it for 5 minutes but I really couldn’t. I will continue to try and see if maybe I did it wrong and I will try to make it work because I am very interested in using this to “fix” or allow my back to feel better!

I just received this text from 08Liter. So, here i go! . I am thankful to be blessed with opportunities to test products and share my honest review. In the past few months something must have changed in their policy that I missed. . I received for free from 08Liter to try out. I rec'd the Isoneck + rolling pad. Which was nothing like the photo I saw. Come to find out it was in error. I was still going to test it when time allowed. It has a small piece that broke in transit. Not sure if it would affect the integrity of the product. Then I rec'd an email explaining that I had received the wrong item and that the correct item would be mailed out. . When I finally received the IsoSpine device, I was shocked! It's huge!! Way bigger than I expected! The packaging barely survived. Part of it was poking out of the box which made me think it was broken. It actually survived though. . I first have to give a cautionary Warning. These are so hard, I can't imagine anyone being comfortable on them. I also can't imagine attempting either of these while you are alone!!! Especially if you already have neck or back issues. . The actual IsoSpine green device has a removeable rolling pad underneath. It is a hard piece of tubing that neefs to be moved on the device. I can't get it off! Me myself and I, have struggled to remove it. It won't come off!! I planned on giving it a try when hubby is home to help me, but his schedule has not allowed for this yet. . So...how do I rate this??? In the short amount of time I have been given? Do I fail the products, or the company for their errors, or 08Liter for not giving enough time?
