We were so excited to get to test out this pillow. I opened the box and instantly it was stolen by my teen daughter. Lol! i was happy for to give it a try since she has been having issues with her neck and shoulder. She is loving everything about this pillow. It stays cool, is supportive, and most importantly her neck hasn't been hurting!

I recieved the cotton shower door plus insert function pillow. I didn't know anything about it when I got it. I love this pillow. it has different compartments so it keeps its shape. the pillow literally works for anyone because you can change the direction and the fit changes. it is so comfortable and conforms to my shape. this is now the pillow I use all the time.

I like the dual-sided design where one side is designed for sleeping on your back and the other is for sleeping on your side. I also like the contouring that supports my neck. I love that the pillow and not just the case is machine washable. In an exchange for an honest review, I received the @cottonshowerpillow @cottonshower_com Douro Plus Insert Functional Pillow via @0.8L_usa. This retails for ￦79,000 (roughly $72) I was honestly super excited to test this out because I’m always constantly having neck pains, but as I’m reading more about this. I’m not only reviewing the pillow, but the pillow case as well! In a nutshell, the pillow itself has two sides. One side has the “crown support hole” which has a concaving center so you can lie down on your back, and it supports your neck to stay in a “C shape”, the other side is the “Arch Support Hole”, great for “side sleepers” (such as myself) to keep your spine straight and help support your shoulders by keeping them at optimum width. The pillow is also semi-adjustable if you also feel like it’s too high. I’ve been sleeping with this pillow for two weeks and I’ve been loving every angle I’ve been in. Initially I had a hard time adjusting, but it’s been really helping with my posture and neck support (and overall preventing neck pains), and even helping me sleep faster (insomniac here). As for the pillow case (in the 3rd picture), it has a nice durable texture (great for adjusting to ANY pillow) and cooling support. You can also take it with you on the go and use it in hotels and put it on your pillows there for its anti-bacterial support. Overall, I’m really impressed and would love to get another one since my partner keeps taking my pillow! 👋🏻 Heyhey! #selfcaresunday Sleeping well is part of #selfcare right? We spend (give or take) 1/3 of our life time sleeping. We need to do it well. The past few weeks, I was able to sleep well all thanks to this pillow. Cotton Shower Douro Plus Insert Functional Pillow My neck was sore and painful before I started using this pillow. Now that it has been over 3 weeks, my neck doesn’t hurt anymore and I get my well deserved restful nights. This pillow is pretty cool, it accommodates side and back sleepers just by flipping the pillow. I’m both kinds of sleeper but the back sleeper side works for me. It engulfs my head gently while aligning my spine. I’m petite so the neck area was higher than I wanted but that’s adjustable. It also comes with a breathable pillowcase that isn’t as soft and silky as I’m used to but it’s okay. I also really like how it can hold its form after cycles of washing and drying. It also claims to be hypoallergenic which is so important to me since I’m allergic to dust(mites). So my sinus thanks @0.8l_usa & @cottonshowerpillow for gifting this to me in exchange for an honest review. What I don’t like is I don’t know what size the pillow is 😂 it says there are two sizes and it is chosen based on weight. But still I’m really considering getting a few for everyone in the fam.

I love this pillow, after using this I woke up feeling refreshed and my quality of sleep had really improved. I have neck pains every now and then but this really helps me feel comfortable and also gives proper enlightenment to my neck shoulder spine and head. Each side of the pillow has a different purpose and unique shape. The crown hole side is for the back sleeper to have the right posture while asleep. the arch side is for the side sleeper to keep the spine straight all the time. I am a side sleeper and can see the difference between this pillow and the regular ones, I had a better sleep 💤 pattern and was much relaxed while asleep. The great advantage of this pillow is that the height can be adjusted too as per the body size. I was easily able to resize it according to my needs. Side zipper allows to take out the additional stuffing if the need be. ✨As we are in a pandemic situation so I always wash new products before using them and this was easily washed but drying takes up some time, may take up to one day to completely dry. Thank you 🙏#08L for introducing me to this product! I have damage to my neck and shoulder from an old injury as well as knee damage from an old 🏇🏻 riding injury. I also have suffered with fibromyalgia for years and am a diabetic. The combination of nerve pain from fibromyalgia and diabetes is sometimes excruciating 😣. Medication💊only does so much after many years of using it so I’m always ISO other ways to help manage my pain especially at nighttime that’s when it ALWAYS seems to be at its worst. Most nights I have trouble sleeping because of pain and discomfort. I’ve tried $200+pillows,chiropractors,etc but nothing worked that well. Until I tried this amazing pillow! This pillow has a side for back sleepers and one for side sleepers. I’m a combo sleeper so I used the side sleeper side. It provided great support for my neck and upper spine! I slept better the first night I used this pillow and the next morning my pain and wasn’t even half as bad as usual. 😃 This pillow comes with its own pillowcase and both that and the pillow are machine washable. I didn’t use the pillowcase myself but it’s up to the individual if they want to. Another thing I loved about this pillow was it didn’t make me heat up at night. I stayed cool😎 all night long. I even let my hubby🧔🏻try this pillow for a night. He has fractured vertebrae in his neck and was using one of those neck supporting pillows. He said that the Douro Plus pillow worked much better! I’m definitely going to have to get a Cotton Shower pillow of his own. YES! I recommend this pillow to others. It’s well made and REALLY makes a difference in your sleep and pain level. I’d give this #pillow a 20⭐️rating if I could!

I truly believe that a good pillow can really make a difference in your sleep. I have been using cervical pillows for years because I have neck problems. So what's different about this one? It's washable! Yup just throw the whole pillow in the washing machine! Not to mention that it is adjustable too. Cotton Shower studied various types of cotton to optimize it for washing, as well as various shapes and structures, which provides long lasting neck support. The center crater of the pillow reshapes to the desired position to cradle your head and improve blood circulation. Air ventilation created from the middle hole helps prevent night sweats and stays cool at night. The two neck support tubes help maintain your neck’s natural c-curve. The bottom pillows’ dual indentations give your neck and shoulder support for side sleepers. The top side pillow is a little higher than the middle so that it can support your shoulder when you are sleeping on your side. If you're a back sleeper then you would sleep on the Crown side and if you're a side sleeper then you use the Arch side. You can also adjust the height of the pillow by pressing down in the center of the pillow. The zipper on the side of the pillow allows you to remove some of the stuffing if need be. It includes a pillow case. This pillow is really comfortable. I love how I can flip it over depending on which side I am sleeping on. The fact that I can wash it is amazing! I washed it to see how it held up after the washing machine and dryer. It takes about a day to dry. It kept its shape which is amazing, it wasn't lumpy. I am really happy with this pillow. The Functional Pillow from the brand Cotton Shower is so well thought out! Compared to other orthopedic pillows I've tried, this one is wildly superior. Its made up of four seperate pillow compartments filled with Korean microfiber cotton. It's incredibly comfortable, while still holding it's shape and providing support for my neck. It is reversible, with each side having a unique shape to provide total neck comfort & proper alignment. I love that this pillow is washable, and doesn't lose it's shape because of the independent pillow compartments. Every detail of this pillow is perfect! It even comes with a custom pillowcase that has a stretch panel in it, allowing the pillows shape to be retained. After being hit as a pedestrian by a truck several years ago, I've used foam shaped pillows, C pillows, 'bone' pillows, and every other trick my Doctors and Chiropractors had suggested for my neck pain, but none of them have compared to the relief I get from my Cotton Shower Functional Pillow. If you have neck pain and want better sleep, you have to try this pillow out!
