If you sleep better, you'll focus better. Personally for me, snoring has never been much of an issue but I do, however, suffer from narrow nasal passages and allergies. My nose tends to always get congested to the point of them being closed--So, having a product that will keep them open is going to be so helpful. Especially during a massive allergy attack where my nose gets stuffed or runny. I've tried nose patches and even those embarrassing (and uncomfortable) head/jaw strap things but nothing really worked for me quite as well as these little nose plugs. I know I'm not the only person that suffers with nose issues like this, some light research concludes that this is one area where the majority of people seemed to have a problem with that there isn't a single solution for. Some products work for some people and not at all for others. Seems to me like they would have found a remedy for snoring that works by now....but I digress. After looking at countless of these "up the nose" things, I figured I would try the one that was packaged to look like some kind of contraceptive :) Seriously though, the other reviews are right, the packaging is really well-done and serves as a storage place for your nose things. I think all the bits about these being able to be fine-tuned are much adieu about nothing. Without someone telling you how much or why to do that, there would be no way for the average person to know to do it. The fact is that this multi-size pack should have a size that fits most folks. I use the medium ones and after the first time putting them in, I really don't have an issue wearing it. In fact, it's become a bit of a ritual before bed to put my medieval nose expanding contraption in. Now to the important part...did these help? In short...yes. Everyone is different but personally fir me, they work quite well. I can't say for sure this will work for you but I like the design, packaged nicely to fit into a purse/bag, it fits well in my nose, is fairly comfortable and for me at least, does the trick. A slight negative is the little connecting ring might look weird coming out of your nose. If you aren't used to having a little weird plastic nose ring coming out of your nose, then it might be an issue. But i do have to say that it's not nearly as unattractive as the Breathe Right strips.

I have been loving these so much because i haven't been snoring and I been waking up with no stuffy nose. I snore so bad to where sometimes it wakes me up but lately it hasn't been doing that. I noticed I can breathe better and im just getting a better Goodnight rest

The medium also ensured easier breathing than small, so ensure the correct size to wear for better results. It is soft and lightweight. Hi beauties! Today I'm excited to share with you guys about the AirLab Yes Breath2 Nasal Dilator. I think God was listening to my prayers because we've been looking for something to help with my boyfriend's snoring. He currently uses nose strips but they don't seem to help or at least not much. This comes with 4 different sized nasal dilators; Small, Medium, Large & Extra-Large. It also comes with an informational booklet but since it's in Korean, I can't read it. The measurement scale is on the side of the box which is meant to help you figure out which size you'll need. My boyfriend first inserted the Small size, figured out it was too small and then determined that Medium was a good size for him.
