This product was very bitter however I did notice a big change in my energy levels. . The taste is very very very bitter . But I drink water to Chase behind its. I have been using the Korean Red Panax Ginseng Extract for 2 weeks now and I think it hasn't been long enough to give a fair review on its effects,but I can fairly say I really like this product,the texture is very smooth and thick, so I added a spoonful to my hot tea,and to my pleasure there wasn't a huge difference in taste,just slightly sweeter. The bottle it came in was so cute,and what was even cuter, was the little wooden spoon that comes with it,I think I got more excited over that! I'm hoping that within a couple weeks I'll start feeling the effects that red ginseng is known for, such as,weight loss,aid in reducing stress,enhance brain function & fighting fatigue. I think if it does all that,then ill continue using it.
