Camera works great and the interface is user friendly. I needed a little extra time setting up as there were no directions in English but I finally got it. I'm very pleased with the product.

The camera itself looks very sleek. I love that it’s on the smaller side and blends in nice with interior settings. It has voice commands. It did not come with any instructions, although I was able to find some on YouTube. I had a-little trouble getting it to connect to wi-fi. But was able to get it fixed. It has a lot of really cool features, like baby movement and room temperature. It auto saves for 3 days under the free subscription.

this product can connect to your home thermostate which i have not been able to do yet. i think it may depend on how new your home thermostat is. it is perfect since it can connect to wifi and you can check on your home any time online.

Egloos Cam S4 model is operable from your smart phone and is quite multifunctional. This can be used to watch the children, keep an eye on your front yard, and even adjust your smart home settings such as temperature. It's motion detectable, you can share live videos, an has two way communication via your smartphone. That's also a slot for an sd card to record what your camera is seeing. When I first received this I had a rather difficult time getting my wireless to connect. The box came with no instructions and the app had a YouTube link to help set up the camera but it wasn't in English. This made things a bit difficult trying to troubleshoot what I was doing wrong. After several attempts I did manage to connect the Camara and found that it works well. Overall this is a nice camera and would potentially purchase more for my home. My only suggestion is that the company should provide clearer instructions for multiple languages.

I love this little camera. Egloo cameras are simple to use and provide me with an extra amount of security for my home. All you do is download the app, plug in the camera, and go. It also is a real-time temperature and humidity checker. You can even control your other smart appliances with it like your thermostat. It would be perfect for a baby camera or in my case, to watch my dog while I'm away.

I loved the sleek design of the Egloo Cam, however I don’t think that it can be used for just a baby camera. I used it inside of my house. To see who is at my door if I’m in another room in my house. I would most definitely recommend this to everyone. However, I think that the app needs to be available to android users as well!!

It provides 1080P Full HD premium quality video streaming, with 142 degrees field of view showing much wider angle video, and clear night video quality like daytime with 6 IR LEDs, also 8X digital zoom to help check more details. The video quality is good for surveillance purpose & it adjust to night vision automatically. It has special function called ‘Baby mode’ for baby's breath monitoring that identify baby's breathing movements through detailed image analysis. It also supports 2-way communication with Full Duplex Audio (Built-in Mic and Speaker (0.5W)), and AEC / Wi-Fi (2.4GHz, does not support 5GHz). QR code was provided on the box for the application on Google Play & Apple Store and can monitor up to 4 cameras at the same time on one screen. The Sound Detection has adjustable sound sensitivity level & has real-time alerts. The Motion Detection can preset up to 8 motion detection areas, has adjustable sensitivity level and real-time alerts too. Somehow I’m having issue with those alerts as the customization was confusing, not very user friendly in my opinion. It supports Recording with Cloud and Micro SD card storage (up to 128GB capacity), however the Cloud service is only for Egloo’s cloud system that available for a fee and there’s no option to use other cloud services. There’s also no preview of recorded events which is time consuming to look through. Overall, it’s a good camera for indoor surveillance, however the app & storage needs improvement.

Hello friends, today I have the opportunity to bring the EGLOO Smart Cam. Unfortunately, I have yet to be able to get it setup. Our internet is less than stellar where I live & I’m hoping I’ll be able to set it up eventually be able to actually use the camera. In the meantime, let me tell you a little bit about this nifty little compact camera. If you have a baby, this little monitor will be a godsend, bt if you don’t, you can use it as a doggie monitor, add to or begin converting your home into a smart home. Here are some of the features: a) 1080P b) sound detection c) motion detection d) multi-user option e) baby breathing detection The EGLOO has full HD 1080P premium streaming quality, as well as wide angle & clear night vision. You also can get real time alerts, to check on baby’s breathing or to make sure your fur baby is not having a separation anxiety. By adjusting the sound sensitivity level, you’re able to monitor in greater detail. You can preset up to 8 motion detection areas, giving more control on what you hold important. You also can monitor up to 4 cameras live at the same time on one screen. Whether it’s kids, aging parents, fur babies, or just to check in on your stuff, this little camera gives you lots of choices. This camera also is compatible w the cloud & will support up to a 128 SD card. My thoughts: I’m a bit bummed I haven’t been able to set my camera up, as I was really looking forward to it! I’ve been a bit hesitant about these types of devices, wondering where all my information goes, it can be kinda creepy having these devices talk to & such, bt on the other hand, the connivence is very nice! I wanted to set it up to watch my Pom, Lola Francine. She suffers from severe separation anxiety & I wanted to see how she copes while left alone. Hopefully I’ll be able to see that in the near future. All in all, this little camera has big options & I’d recommend it to others!

With a grandma diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease living at our home, my parents and myself, as caregivers, were ready to purchase a baby monitor for my grandmother’s room. Thus, when the opportunity came along to try this camera and security system out, I went for it. That being said, here are my thoughts and what I have experienced. The quality of the camera itself is good for the purpose it’s serving and the fact that it adjusts automatically to night vision is perfect because that’s when we really need the camera. The speaker and microphone are pretty strong and it’s pretty cool that the camera supports two-way communication, although I haven’t had the need to use it yet. What I am a bit concerned about is how well the “event” function and notifications in the app work. I had a hard time figuring out how to turn the “event” option on in the first place. The problem with this is that due to the camera system being an app on my phone, I need a notification of some sort to draw my attention to the app to check and see what’s going on. In a baby monitor, you’d have a speaker and monitor always on and could hear alarming sounds immediately. Furthermore, the only two options to save the content being recorded are on Egloo’s cloud system or in an SD card. I think they should offer the option to use other cloud services. Thankfully, I don’t need to record anything, so this doesn’t bother me, but for others, this may be a big drawback. Also, in my opinion, the cord length should be longer. In conclusion, I think some of the functions within the app need improvement, but currently the camera works for my family. Conclusion: It’s definitely a good camera, but I’m not sure if the functions are all there.

I got this wireless smart home camera at a discounted price of $5.99 from EGLOO brand through 0.8L app, thanks a lot for this great deal! This camera helps me a lot as a mom with babies at home. I want to be with my them all the time to make sure they are well-protected but I can’t. That’s why I want to start by just monitoring their movements; by checking what they do when I can’t be around them or when I need to do something real quick. This EGLOO Cam baby camera is so useful , easy to install and connect to wifi. It can perceive movements and even sounds within the area which helps us to be aware with our children’s activities. It covers wide viewing range, clear visuals, night vision and can notify your phone whenever it sense something in real time. This is a great support to a parent like me that can put our mind at ease by knowing that our kids are safe while they are away from us.

I bought this product discounted at 5.99. Thought it would be perfect to add to our girls play room. So I can see and communicate with them without running up the steps every five minutes. But I can’t get the product connected to WiFi. I keep getting an error. I’ve been trying for weeks. I really wanted this product to work and had high hopes for it. This camera has got great features. It’s easy to set up and use. It can detect motion and sound and would notify you. It also has a clear 2 way audio so I can talk to my son if I’m not able to get to him quicker. My favorite feature is the fact that it has the ability to accommodate multiple users. The video quality is excellent and with a wide range of coverage.

I would definitely recommend this tiny but mighty camera to anybody in search of one to monitor their home and/or baby. I use this to keep track of my mail coming in and it’s cool that I have access to call for help in case I see someone trying to steal. The baby setting is great as it also can track the baby breathing. This is perfect for any mom in worry.

These camera is so small that I was skeptical when I received them, but they have a very good viewing range. Super easy to set up and connect. Enjoying keeping an eye on my house while at work!!
