So I would have to give this EGLOO Wireless Smart Home Camera 4 out of 5 stars. That's being generous with all the complications I had setting the camera up with the app. I would probably give the app a generous 3 stars since it does notify you when there is any movement or sound, but the set up process took way too long. I kept getting error after error before I was finally able to complete registration and get the camera to work correctly. It was very frustrating, but I'm glad I finally got it to work. I took a bunch of screenshots of the errors so you can see what I mean. The camera quality is not exactly as HD as I was hoping for, but it's not bad. I really wish it came with a longer cord because I would need an extension cord to get closer to my rabbits cage. I can barely see BunBun in his cage. I have a video clip of a recording from the camera through the app and it echoes like crazy. It even made a weird loud noise as I was recording. I had high hopes it would be amazing but unfortunately there is a lot of room for improvement. Maybe it's because this camera and app is better suited for an iPhone and I have a Samsung, or maybe my wifi is better downstairs than upstairs. Either way, the main reason why I gave it 4 stars is because I only paid $6 for it when it usually costs $60. If I paid full price it wouldn't be worth it, but because it was like 90% off on 08liter it's not bad for the cheap price I paid. If you can get it from 08liter for $6 then I say go for it. Whether you buy it as a baby monitor, pet monitor, for security purposes, etc. I would not pay full price though, not just because I'm frugal, but because it could be better. At the end of the day, I'm not mad at my purchase, and I don't regret it spending $6. Keep swiping to see more pictures, the video recording, and error screenshots. This review is for the EGLOO Cam Baby camera Wireless Smart home Camera. When I saw this campaign I knew I wanted to try it. Although we don’t have children, we do have a pet bird. I thought this would be great for keeping an eye on her if we’re away. I also thought this would be a good inexpensive way to have home security. It took probably 3 tries to get the camera synced with the app. However I did get it working only to find you need a micro SD care for firmware updates. I did have one but definitely would have been helpful to know before. The camera quality is excellent. It has day and night vision as well as a speaker and microphone. The app allows for sound and motion alerts in case of intruders or a crying child, pet, etc. once you get it set up it’s very easy to use. I still don’t know all the features but I’m really enjoying it. Definitely recommend for an inexpensive way to keep an eye on your home or pets.

It can also be used outside of the home . I like that this camera offers crystal clear picture and can be a stationary camera, which it includes a bracket. Or can be sit in different locations. I also find this camera useful, it can be used with iphone iOS by downloading a app . I like that I’m able to hear audio and get great quality feedback from this camera. I purchased the Egloo Cam Baby Camera Wireless smart home camera so that I could monitor my babies, and I couldn't get it to connect to my internet at home, I couldn't get the app to work either I haven't been able to get the product to work at all. it's frustrating because everything is in Chinese I can't read Chinese and the product said it was compatible with android phones but sadly it's not apparently with my Samsung galaxy S20. it seems like such an awesome product I just wish I could get it to work.

I got to try this EGLOO cam and it’s been really helpful since I don’t have a baby camera to watch my little one I was so excited to try this and review it and I’ve been using it for the past month I would say and I love it it’s sooo helpful I can leave the room and watch my baby I can watch him when he’s in his crib tossing and turning this is also a good camera to have in your house or just to even watch your pets it has a lot of features that I was excited about as well one being my favorite is it having a baby feature I know it may not be accurate but it’s neat. so over all it’s a really good camera for the price

I like this camera because its very easy to install , and great quality i got it to for my baby room . And i like how wide angle is. And its send me notifications every time sound or motion is detected.

Received the EGLOO baby camera Wireless Smart Home Camera for a discounted price, as usual for an honest review. The device itself is modern, sleek very lightweight, easy to plug in and out, and transfer to different parts of the house as needed. Installation and registration was easy enough, just got to make a username and password. As for the video capture , I am impressed, for its size the videos are clear , not grainy, sounds are crisp. The night vision mode is awesome too. Even in pitch black rooms, it can still capture a clear video. Motion and sound detection are unparalleled, sometimes becomes annoying when you get notifications one after another for sound detection. It can detect motion and sound very well, even to the point that if someone walks by the next room it will alert you. Used it for my son’s virtual classes, and it helped so much. I imagine this would be great as a baby or nanny cam.

The camera is a good design, sleek and non-obtrusive. Seems to be cloud based, for a fee - I did not realize this upon purchase. Also compatible with micro-sd card, which saves you from having to have the subscription based cloud service. The app is a bit cumbersome and clunky, not the easiest to navigate. There’s no preview of recorded events, you physically have to watch each individual one, which is time consuming being as some have been 10+ minutes due to clouds in the sky and the light changes. If trying to scroll through on the home page, it lags exponentially. The app needs an overhaul. Even with changing the resolution and quality to the best and 1920x1080 the output is mediocre and grainy. I have other cameras that put out better quality.

I am excited about trying this camera, but need to wait until a later date since there was no Android app to support it, only Apple and at this time I do not have an apple phone or tablet. I will however be getting one in the near future and will be happy to report back when I do.

I got this baby monitor for my 6 months old daughter and it has reduced my anxiety level because I don’t have to open the door and check on her again and again instead I can just look on my phone from anywhere. So it has literally made my life easier plus it is very easy to install and use.

I love everything about this smart home camera. It is full HD plus the screen is wide, has a night vision and can also voice communicate and stream it through your phone. The bracket is sturdy and design is nice. The app has a lot of great features which is very helpful specially when you have kids in the house.

This camera is a 1080P Full HD premium quality video streaming. The field of view is 142 degrees, showing a wider angle video than other cameras. I use it outside my yard to see if my mails come haha. You can view live events on the app with it but it’s only a trial. I have a1 month trial. Once the trial finish you still have to purchase a card to see the past event which I honestly doesn’t really like it that much. Others are fine.
