[K-doraji] Omija Berry Drink–80ml pouches of Bellflower Root Concentrate with Omija Berry

Today I have a different type of review for you. Anyone who knows me knows I’m obsessed with tea so I decided to try @doraji Omija Drink for $3.99 thanks to @08 This drink contains Doraji which is bellflower root that’s considered a health remedy for cough and sore throat. The drink also contains fresh Omija berry extract. The flavor was light and slightly bitter and a little sweet. Unfortunately I was not a fan and the bitterness was just too much for my liking. The drink is caffeine free and sugar free.

I got to sample a Korean premade drink that came to me already prepared and in a convenient pouch that you can either pour it into a glass or drink right out of the pouch. I honestly tried it both ways and found it kinda neat to drink from the pouch. lol made me feel like a kid all over again. I would definitely recommend this drink to others looking for a nice different refreshing drink, something new to try.

This is my first time trying K-doraji Omija Berry Drink, and I liked it. It tastes fruity and fresh. I poured the whole package into my wine glass and mixed it with ice. It tastes like cranberry juices. I enjoyed it.

You can drink this straight or mixed in a 1:1 blend with water. I find it tastes best served over ice. It tastes similar to cranberry or pomegranate juice and has a slight bitter aftertaste. I found this to be a very refreshing drink and really liked the flavor of it. Dojari is also known as bellflower root and is used as an herbal medicine to help relieve sore throats,cough,and other respiratory issues and for internal inflammatory problems. It has good flavor and health benefits. I would definitely purchase this item again it helped with my allergy issues over the summer and I'm sure it will really help with sore throat during the colder months. I also like that it has a mild natural taste so there's no need to add sweetener to your drink. I'm diabetic so I'm always ISO drinks that taste good that are low sugar or that you don't have to add sugar to. I really liked this drink from Dojari even more than I expected to. It was a refreshing and nice tasting drink that was very enjoyable.

I thought the K-doraji omija berry and beet root concentrate juice was interesting. I had never heard of either of the main ingredients before so I was intrigued to try them. I love berry juices and this one tasted kind of like a black cherry but with a little bit of tartness like a cranberry which is fine with me. I enjoy the tart flavor. it was actually pretty mildly flavored but it was nice served with ice. Especially for a summertime refreshment. This drink is also very medicinal as well because the ingredients offer a wide range of health benefits. Omija berries are antioxidants and adaptdogenic which is fancy talk for saying good for body and brain function. It is reputed that they help everything from kidney function to menopause symptoms. The bellflower root has lots of nutrients and vitamins like B9 and magnesium. It is also enjoyed commonly as a tea. It's definitely worth trying just for the health aspect alone.

The packaging is the right size and can be easily taken with you to work and exercise to drink. It’s a “Served Ready-to-Drink” in a handy individual pack but I like to mix it with water for a 1:1 ratio over ice. If your out and about then the serve ready to drink is good either way. This has a nature sweet taste so there is no need to add sugar. About the “Doraji,” it’s commonly known as a bellflower root or platycodon, has been a herbal medicine to relieve cough, sore throat or respiratory health like a ginger or lemon tea and internal inflammatory problems.

I was super excited to taste this new drink. I was a little worried that I wouldn't like it but I did!! This drink comes in a handy pouch that's easy to open and pour. It tastes great on it's own with some ice. It also tastes great mixed with other drinks. This drink has a Berry flavor that's light and not too sweet. It tastes almost like a Berry flavored tea mixed with water and a little Berry flavored juice. It's actually really tasty and I definitely recommend it!

This drink has Bellflower Root extract and Omija Berry juice. The claim to fame is the multiple benefits for respiratory health, sore throats, etc. It comes in a pouch, ready to drink. I was actually pleasantly surprised with taste! It has a pleasant berry taste, kind of a cranberry flavor, with a slightly bitter aftertaste, due to the Bellflower Root. Drink it on ice!😋 Can be diluted with water as well! I received 3 pouches to try. I can't comment on the health benefits personally. This is something I think you have to drink daily. 🌷This drink is caffeine free. In addition, it is free of artificial chemicals and sugar. It claims to be able to help soothe sore throats. Apparently, singers really enjoy using it.🌷 🌻You can drink it alone or add water. I like it better not 1 to 1 with water, but 1 pouch to 1/2 pouch of water and then on ice. I have a natural sweetener that I put in it and it takes any bitter flavor I can taste right away.🌻 🌸I have an auto-immune condition that causes serious chronic bladder pain. Unfortunately, citrus, soy and some other things irritate my bladder. This will cause me to go into a flare of intense pain. As I'm sure you can appreciate, I was nervous about trying this, but I was really curious. I am very happy to report that it didn't cause me any pain. I also was extremely surprised that it helped with a scratchy throat. I didn't even realize my throat was soar until I drank one of these and my throat felt so much better. Why Bellflower Root root ? – A food for thought over new root tea. I also tried it on its own and it taste good too. Not too sweet. Taste a bit like pomegranate. But I prefer it with the smoothie. While doing this review I was asked why I preferred to try this? And my reason is for it’s benefits. With the limited time given and the limited supply I can not really give an honest review on its health benefits but only on taste. I am happy to review this favorite drink in Korea that I receive at a tryit price for 3.99. This drink is free of artificial colors, sugar free, and it comes from organic farming and is caffeine free. Doraji Omija Drink is a good fruity drink that contains doraji (Bellflower Root) concentrate, omija Berry syrup, oligosaccharides and fresh omija extract. It has a mild sweet taste with delicate a herb flavor and slightly bitter aftertaste due to balloon flower root's unique taste. I thought it was going to be really bitter which I am use to from vinegar but it is actually a nice mild taste. It is used by singers for sore throats as well as just drinking for enjoyment. Great benefits and I highly reccomend. Its recommended to drink cold which I drink mine over ice or you can also mix with water 1:1

This isn't the first product from this brand I've tried, and I hadn't heard of bellflower root at all before trying this particular product. Delicious chilled, would be great with club soda for a refreshing, sweet but not too sweet, mocktail of sorts.
