협찬I didn’t care for the seaweed taste and the fishy smell. It’s just not a snack for me. If you’re into healthy snacks and like seaweed snacks so this would be perfect for you.

I like to eat them as a mid-day snack or crushed over a salad. Black & Black comes in 3 flavor varieties including Buckwheat + Seasame, Coconut + Sunflower Seed and Almond +Seasame. My favorite flavor was the Buckwheat and Seasame! They are 150 calories and under per bag and gluten-free.

These Korean Seaweed Snacks were surprising. I liked them much more than I expected to. They are low fat, low Calorie and perfect for snacking at home or on the go. There is a faint smell/taste of shrimp which I'm not into. I'm still compelled to eat them because they are full of nutrient rich seaweed, the super food of the ocean. the packaging is recyclable which is another plus.
