This is only one of their three varieties. I love seafood so the shrimp and seafood flavor of the seaweed was great and I love that it is healthy. The sodium content,for seafood, was not unreasonable at 10% Recommended Daily Value for the whole package. Included in this is 5g of protein and 0 trans fat and cholesterol. Only 118 calories per bag was great too.
