Three flavors arrived to me to try: 🐢 Almond & Sesame Seeds 🐢 Buckwheat & Sesame Seeds 🐢 Coconut & Sunflower Seeds These snacks are gluten free, natural, non gmo , and are a super food. They are delicious and if you happen to eat a whole bag, you don’t have to feel guilty because all three of these are 150 calories or less each for the whole bag! My favorite one is the coconut and sunflower seed flavor, although I found them all very delicious! The only two suggestions I would make is it is a little confusing that the package says Gluten Free on the front, but the ingredients say they have wheat in them. Also, I would prefer if these had 0 added sugars, but 8g isn’t as much as other snacks I have seen. I normally don't really care for seaweed snacks but these where quite taste. The additional seeds, nuts or coconut that is layered in the middle of the seaweed really enhanced this snack.

Trying Uncle Nick Black and Black Korean Super Snacks. The Super Snack has 3 variants: Coconut & Sunflower seeds, Buckwheat & Sesame seeds, and Almond & Sesame seeds, sandwiched between 2 Korean Seaweed sheets. It's Rich in Minerals, High Protein, Cholesterol-Free, Low Salted Snacks with 150 calories & 0 g Trans Fat per 1 oz serving, compatible with Vegan, Keto, Gluten Free & Low Carb diets. The packaging is quite convenient & protective, with resealable bag & plastic tray protecting them from being crushed in the bag, mine has none broken. Other than that, it's also easier to snack on, no greasy fingers or messy crumbs all over the place. The taste is crunchy, nutty, slightly sweet & a little salty. I like seaweed snacks & think that most of them has too much seasoning & too salty, so the milder flavor here is perfect. The Coconut & Sunflower seeds has more sweet profile than the others, with the roasted coconut being more dominant. The Buckwheat & Sesame seeds was the less favorite, mostly because I'm not a fan of the earthy taste of buckwheat. But the overall taste was still good. The Almond & Sesame seeds has stronger sesame flavor though I can still taste the almond.

The seeds and nuts are actually sandwiched between two layers of roasted seaweed which has been glazed with sugar & soy, so the taste is a sweet, salty & savory mix of flavors. The crisps actually hold up well, as they are carefully packaged in a tray in a resealable bag, so they don’t get stale ~ but if you are like me, you will inhale these quickly, as they are that good. Very crunchy, but they don’t make a mess as the seaweed doesn’t break apart as you bite into them. These are fantastic and I think I like the coconut ones the best, as I love the additional texture & sweetness from the dried coconut, but all three flavors are amazing: The Almond version has that nice sweet nuttiness whereas the Buckwheat has a chewier texture, with an earthy nuttiness. I think that even if you don't like seaweed snacks, you will like these, as I couldn't taste the seaweed at all. I enjoyed all three of Uncle Nick Korean Super Snacks Black & Black Seaweed Snack. They were flavorful and the crispness and crunch make for a great ASMR snack.The Coconut & Sunflower Seed isn't what I'd consider sweet however did satisfy my taste for something sweet. I seldom feel full as most people do when snacking on seeds but this did it for me! I love seaweed so that was my reason to try this and I will order this brand now instead of purchasing something mediocre in store. The packaging and seal kept the snacks as good the third time opening as the first!!! I could eat any of the three daily and hopefully will be doing so soon!

Uncle Nick Korean Super Snacks Black & Black seaweed snack is addicting and healthy. There are three different kinds: buckwheat and sesame, almond and sesame, and coconut and sunflower. My favorite is the coconut and sunflower one. Each flavor was slightly different and had a sweet, savory and nutty taste. I like the flavor mixes. I think the almond one could have use more almond and instead of sesame, use sunflower. I like that each package has a zipper to close so it keeps the seaweed fresh and this is a great alternative to have as a snack as oppose to something too sweet or salty.

Uncle Nick's Black & Black Seaweed snacks are completely craveable bites of seaweed and nutty goodness. The texture is crisp and the combination of flavors are totally delicious. I think my favorite flavor was the buckwheat and sesame seed option, it had more of a savory vibe that I really liked, but all of them were really tasty. I'm definitely going to be ordering these again!

Buckwheat (I tried this first) Pro: very crunchy and fresh. nice proportions. Con: I don't like the taste of the buckwheat. It tasted to heaty? I reached for this the least and ended up giving it to my dad. rate: 1/5 Almost (the average tasting one) Pro: Like the Buckwheat it is still fresh, good proportions, and crunchy. It was the second one I would reach for. I only ate half for times to finish. It wasn't omg I need to eat it all now but I enjoy snacking on it. Con: nothing really. Rate: 4/5 Coconut and Sunflower Seed (my fav) Pro: The combination was really good together. I couldn't stop eating it and will repurchase. The crispy, crunchy, and chewy textures together worked. Had a balance of flavor from the freshness from the coconut, the mild heatiness from the Sunflower seeds, to the sweetness from the seaweed. Con: nothing Rate: 5/5

I love every flavor i try my favorite one buck wheat and sesame seeds . I try before plain seaweed snack and i like it but those elevate taste on a different level . Its crunchy and add great taste depending on a flavor . I like every flavor definitely will be purchasing more of thise on @amazon

This seaweed snack is very unique! It’s sandwiched: the outside two seaweed pieces are super crunchy and a little bit sweet; the middle layer really adds flavors to every bite. My favorite one is coconut. The entire bag does not have high calories and it makes me very filling! Highly recommend!!!

There is also Almond Sesame Seed and Coconut & Sunflower Seed. These have such a unique and delicious flavor. These can be used with your meal or as a snack.and they are very crunchy with a bit of sweetness. I highly recommend and they are low calorie and healthy.

These healthy snacks are high in protein, rich in minerals, slightly salty, crunchy with a touch of sweetness. I was never fond of seaweed snacks in the past due to the taste, but this brand tastes absolutely delicious. I love it!
