I was very excited to receive this product because we have been wanting to make sushi rolls at home forever. I was shocked with how many papers came in the one package so we are now able to make them many more times in the future. When I opened the package they were very fresh and smelled salty. We applied our sticky rice, salmon, and cucumbers and then rolled them up. They were very easy to handle when rolling and cutting. After trying them I am happy to say they tasted amazing! I would recommend these to anyone looking for seaweed for sushi!

I've posted about roasted seaweed (or gim) before, but here's another dish I like to make with it - gimbap. I don't make it often because of the prep work involved (easier to buy at H-Mart), but it's so good. Jeong Dam's roasted seaweed is perfect for making gimbap - the sheets are neither too thin (makes it hard to roll/wrap) or too thick (texture is too chewy). We had our gimbap this time with marinated ground beef, egg, radish, burdock, sauteed spinach and carrots, and perilla leaves. What do you like in your gimbap?

I really love sushi rolls and gimbab, these are the kind of foods originally from Japan and Korea. They are so tasty and unique. Luckily, I just received a pack of Roasted Seaweed papers by Jeong Dam, from 0.8L_USA, so I can make my favorite sushi or gimbab and wrap them with these roasted seaweeds. The seaweed has a crunchy texture, which is it so perfect to eat as a healthy snack. Sooo fresh and delicious 😋

I have not gotten to use it to make sushi yet because we are overwhelmed with thanksgiving leftovers. However I did sample it. It has a light crisp seaweed taste. It holds together but is also very thin and flexible. I am sure it will roll into sushi well.

Thank you 0.8L for this opportunity This seaweed is pretty nice. It’s nice and thick so it’s nice to make kimbap out of. It doesn’t rip too easily so when you roll the kimbap, it doesn’t explode. The seaweed is fresh and crisp and I think it would be perfect to use for maki rolls too!

These were very fresh and tasty. The sheets are perfect size for rolling or snacks. I used them to make sushi rolls and they turned out perfect. They stayed together really well and didn’t tear. Perfectly seasoned.

This rice roll is made with good ingredients like sweet radish, spinach, carrots and ham. The texture and taste are quite good. These rolls are not too thick or too thin. It is tasty and has nice roasted taste. I like to eat it as a snack.
