It's my first time drinking this type of tea, I really liked the presentation because it is easy to carry when you travel; It took me a while to understand how it works, it does not have clear instructions, I like to drink it hot at night to relax and with rest my immune system recharges energy. It's not bitter, but it's not sweet either, it has a normal taste, you can drink it without sugar.

Made from only bellflower concentrate at least 70% of all ingredients My thoughts: I wanted to try this tea because of the multiple properties and benefits it brings to my body and health, it isrich in vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber, often used as herbs in alternative medicine, itisused to cure coughs, ulcers and to helpwith bowel movements. The root also contains platycodon and saponin, which are , as well as to relieve pain and reduce inflammation. It comes in a beautiful well packed box containing 30 sticks. I'm fascinated by alternative medicine and the benefits of bellflowers are really interesting.it has been used for its health benefits in parts of Asia for many centuries. I ordered these pouches because I like to carry my herbs on the go. I have been enjoying the taste and I can drink it from the pouch or mix it with cold or warm water. I love to take this drink before going to bed or when I wake up in the morning.

These are great if you like sweet tea that also has a bitter taste to it. Personally won’t drink this straight up as it’s too much for me. I like to dilute it with water. Still, it tastes like watered down sweet soy sauce to me? 😖 But considering the benefits I’m getting, I will continue to finish it and update if my preference will change as an empty post. But presentation is gorgeous & great as a gift!

A nice relaxing snowy Tuesday ❄️ and a nice relaxing cup of bellflower extract tea. Bellflower extract is supposed to be good for coughs and sore throats, so perfect for this cold, dry air. It has a pleasantly mild, malty flavor with a touch of bitterness at the end. Do you like a cup of tea?

This is a Korean herbal drink which is good for various ailments such as coughs, pain reducer, inflammation, boost immunity and contains alot of fiber which is good for bowel movements if you are struggling. This contains no chemicals or pesticides. 💜Results I found this to be bitter. Nonetheless, I would drink this because of all the benefits. Make this into a hot or cold drink. You can also drink it straight from the pouch. The individual pouches makes it easy to carry in your handbag.

I tried this new Korean drink concentrate based on bellflower root. The small pouch makes it really easy for me to carry it everywhere on my backpack. I just add cold or warm water when I get to my desk at work. It has sweet taste and a little bit bitter aftertaste to me, but it’s not necessarily a bad thing. It is rich in dietary fiber which helps with bowel movements.

I was impressed with how beautifully packaged these Bellflower Root Sticks were! The packaging was gorgeous and I love that it came with three boxes of Concentrated Sticks. The taste is a bit bitter, but well worth it considering the health benefits of Bellflower Root--it helps not only with respiratory congestion, but also pain and inflammation.
