This is a really good product to have. honestly, it's not the best tasting, but I can HONESTLY, about 15 mins after I drank it, I felt a healthy wakeup & was energized all day long. in a healthy way. no crash. I haven't used this long enough to see other effects

This came packaged very beautifully. I love that it’s a three box set, with each serving being individually wrapped. Each stick contains just the important ingredients, no added sugar- which I especially enjoy. Easy to make and has a nice flavor (tart and earthy). Great to toss a couple in your purse or pocket for on the go. And gives you energy without feeling caffeinated or jittery. Makes you calmer and have more mental focus. Pomegranate’s are really good for antioxidants. And Red Ginseng is harvested at a longer age of 6 plus years, as opposed to white ginseng at 4.

I was surprised how decent tasting this was. I assumed it was going to be super herbally and healthy tasting but this tasted pretty good. I would say it taste more like pomegranate juice than herbal. I had to dilute it because it was kind of too strong when I try it. There is a slightly strange after taste that goes away when you drink water. I share this with my family and they like it too. We take it in the morning to help boost our immunity and energy. I take it at work too because I am always tired after 2pm, and this kind of brings me back alive to handle the rest of my day.

It's a very nice way to consume vitamins. It is so delicious. I mix mine with water and enjoy it cold. Very delicious. It also helps with our hair Highly, skin and nails which Is perfect.. Highly reccomend.
