Trying 2 products from the SKIN HOUSE: Lemon Sorbet Cleanser & Aloe Soothing Vitamin Gel.   The SKIN HOUSE Lemon Sorbet Cleanser is a one-step cleanser that melts immediately on skin to provide deep cleansing, retain moisture, soothe, revitalize & brighten skin. The key ingredients are Aloe, Lemon & Rosehip to help retain moisture, soothe, revitalize & brighten skin. Note that it has mineral oil that may clog pores & there’s also fragrance at the bottom of the ingredients list. The texture is like cleansing balm, melts easily & a little goes a long way. It has lemon scent that lingers a while but not overpowering. I rarely use make up & don’t own the waterproof ones, so I can’t speak much on that. However it does a good job in removing sunscreens without double cleanse with oil-based & water-based cleanser. It doesn’t really foam & washes off easily without drying skin.   The SKIN HOUSE Aloe Soothing Vitamin Gel contains Aloe Vera Leaf extract for soothing and 6 kinds of vitamins to provide nourishment and brightens dull & fatigued skin. Note that it has the debated ingredient, Alcohol & there’s fragrance at the bottom of the ingredients list. It could also be used as lotion, mask pack & sleeping mask. The texture is like aloe gel, it’s a little tacky at first but absorbs after a while. So far it works just like aloe gel & I couldn’t tell what’s the extra benefit from the ‘vitamins’. The moisturizing level is like gel, light to medium hydration. It works decently as moisturizer, lotion or mask pack, but I think it’s not moisturizing enough as sleeping mask.

🍋I received the Skin House Lemon Sorbet Cleanser and Aloe Soothing Vitamin Gel in exchange for my honest review and posting on social media. 🍋 The Lemon Sorbet cleanser works great for removing all trace of makeup without the need of adding water💧. 🍋Just a small scoop was all I needed to use on my face. The product melts instantly as it works to removing my makeup, it even works on mascara! 🍋I use tissues to remove it all and then a washcloth. 🍋I then proceeded to do my skin routine: toner, essence, serum, eye cream and moisturizer. I used the Aloe Soothing Vitamin Gel as part of my serum routine. The Aloe gel has these tiny seeds(grains) that are embedded with 6 kinds of vitamin to provide nourishment to the skin. When applying to the skin, it is cool and smooth. The tiny seed instantly absorbs when spread around the skin.

I tried two products recently from the Skin House; the Lemon Sorbet Cleanser and the Aloe Soothing Vitamin Gel. It took me awhile to get to this review as it caused a very bad reaction on my skin. First, the Lemon Sorbet Cleanser, this claims to help retain moisture even though it's thoroughly cleansing the skin and removing all dirt and makeup. This does just that, it's very creamy but also balmy and thoroughly removes makeup, leaving my skin super smooth. I'm not sure if it's the lemon but it does sting my skin a bit and sensitive spots tend to rash but I use this sparingly and its fine. Overall, I love this for removing makeup but it's not the best cleanser for my skin. Lastly I tried the Aloe Soothing Vitamin Gel. I was super excited about this because my skin is super irritated and dry in the winter and this claims to help correct discoloration and create a healthy, vibrant glow. On my skin this felt very sticky but after first use left me with horrible breakouts, they were so painful that I'm still dealing with the breakouts a week later. This left my skin very irritated and angry, so I discontinued use and don't have much more to say about this product, because of this, I absolutely cannot recommend.

I’ve tried several The Skin House products - I’ve bought a handful and gotten a few samples with orders - with good results, so I was stoked to give these a try. 🍋 I’ll start with the Lemon Sorbet Cleanser. It’s a creamy cleansing balm with lemon, oils, and fruit extracts meant to deep clean and brighten skin. 🍋 It’s got a light, pleasant lemon scent. I wouldn’t mind a stronger fragrance, since lemon is one of my favorite energizing scents, but it’s light and totally appropriate for skincare. 🍋 This cleansing balm is thick, but starts to melt when in contact with skin. My pores are huge, and I like to sort of press in the balm before I start to massage to get a deeper clean. 🍋 Overall, it’s a great first cleanse, and breaks down my sunscreen effortlessly. I enjoy the massage and the texture on my skin…it provides my ideal balance of friction and slip, so I never feel like my fingers drag across my skin. It’s not super greasy and hard to rinse, either. My skin always feels incredibly soft, and free of any residue. I haven’t seen any noticeable brightening yet, but I love the clean feeling and that I don’t feel stripped when I double cleanse. I’m drawn by its lime green color dotted with tiny gold capsules. 🌱 It has a light herbal scent I find refreshing. 🌱 Its consistency is similar to aloe gel, but while it is a bit tacky until it’s dry, it’s not as sticky as aloe. 🌱 On the skin, it’s immediately cooling and soothing. It’s fantastic for irritated skin. 🌱 The moisture of the aloe combined with the oil encapsulated in the little beads is very effective. I wear it comfortably on its own with our weather currently hovering around the freezing point without dryness or flaking, though I’ll add a barrier once the extreme cold hits. 🌱 Overall, I find this gel surprisingly moisturizing. It’s substantial without being heavy. It’s calming and doesn’t bead, crack, or any of the other weird things aloe sometimes does on my wacky skin. 🗣 Shoutout to The Skin House and @0.8l_usa for the discount.

Product was late arriving thus the late review. Love the smell and texture of the product and it leaves skin well moisturized. Easy to use and I have had no problem adding it to my daily skin routine

Hey there! I have to say, I am OBSESSED with this brand! All of their products are absolutely fantastic. This Cleansing Sorbet Cleanses so well without leaving my skin feeling sticky or greasy. It works well with removing some of my makeup. Plus it has a lovely texture. The cream is fantastic too. It's lightweight. It has a Water-like Gel consistency with tiny little beads in it. It absorbs really quickly. It doesn't leave my skin oily or sticky. It's super Hydrating and soothing. It actually brightens my complexion to. I definitely recommend it. 👌

I like this cleanser, I don't feel like I need a second cleanse after it. It melts in my hands quickly because of the sorbet texture. The scent is more lemon cleanser than lemon. Overall: thumbs up. The aloe vitamin gel sinks into my skin quickly, is non-irritating, and is light and hydrating. Overall: thumbs up.

This time I’m trying two great products, I was dying to try this Lemon Sorbet Cleanser 🍋 it’s such a delicious balm that it melts immediately when it comes in contact with the skin. Vitamin gel based on aloe and vitamins helps to hydrate the skin, leaving a radiant and revitalized skin. When they’re combined both are excellent, my skin was left with a smoother, brighter, more uniform and firmer appearance after use. This pair works great together, they’re both hypoallergenic and each has a mild, natural scent, I would definitely buy them again.

It rinses clean without feeling dry or tight. It left my skin feeling refreshed. The Aloe gel was very hydrating to my skin 👎Cons: Well i do have an issue with the Aloe Gel it was quite sticky and took a few minutes to finally dry on my skin. ⭐Final thoughts: I really liked the Lemon Sorbet Cleanser as mentioned it cleans and rinses well. The Aloe gel and they are a good price point at $35.00 for both. I am unlikely to purchase these products again. I have similar cleansers that i currently use as participate of my daily regiment. 🍋The Skin House Lemon Sorbet Cleanser 🍋 This balm Cleanser is a favorite of mine and has a very lovely lemon fragrance. It uses body heat to melt onto your skin and remove makeup, dirt and grime. My skin felt very clean and moisturized after cleansing. This balm is gentle for all skin types and did not strip my skin. Formulated with Lemon Fruit Water to rid skin of dead cells, dust, oil and debris. Rose Canina fruit oil to hydrate, exfoliate, boost collagen, reduce inflammation and brighten. Malpighia Emarginata Extract is rich in antioxidants and has great anti-aging benefits. Overall a great gentle cleansing balm that I will continue to use daily. I will definitely be purchasing agian. 🪴 Aloe Soothing Vitamin Gel 🪴 This is a non sticky gel that contains Aloe Vera Leaf Extract for soothing and 6 kinds of vitamins that provide nourishment to your skin. Great for moisturizing dry, flaky skin to leave you with a beautiful healthy complexion. It will brighten up dull and fatigued skin and reduce the appearance of blemishes, freckles and pigmentation. It also feels very cooling when applied and instantly soothes skin. I really liked this gel and how moisturized my skin felt afterwards. It did take a few minutes to absorb and left my skin feeling slightly tacky. I found the fragrance to be very light and a little goes a long way with this gel. My opinion of this gel is that it's very moisturizing and left my skin looking healthier and brighter. I will continue to use this daily too. THE SKIN HOUSE Lemon Sorbet Cleanser. Smooth applying effective makeup remover. Smells delicious like lemonade and you only need very little. 🍋 7 fruit extracts 🍋Aloe I have one problem is that it contains mineral oil. Not a great ingredient. Can cause breakouts by clogging your pores. Because I triple cleanse and tone I did not have this issue. But some may. It is a ingredient I am not fond of.

This Lemon Sorbet Cleanser from The Skin House is fabulous! I love a good balm cleanser for my dry skin & this one really does impress from melting right away into the skin,to melting away makeup,primer,sunscreens along w/it as you gently smooth it across your face & massaging it in.Then take some warm water on your fingertips massage onto your face you'll get a milky emulsification. Wash off & all the dry skin cells & debrie comes out of pores.My skin feels soft and pores look tighter.I love it. There are 7 fruit extracts, aloe vera & nutrients to help moisturize & cleanse. Another The Skin House Home Run I will continue to use this all winter it's not drying at all to my skin. Next is Aloe Soothing Vitamin Gel it's to refresh & revitalize skin, give a healthy glow.With consistent use it will help fade dark spots & discoloration(hyperpigmentation) Soothe skin.I found keeping it in the fridge makes it really soothing when you use. But don't apply too heavy that's when you get a sticky feeling or it takes longer to dry. I am actually seeing it FADE! 💃🌟So yes its working with consistency.My only negative is this contains alcohol which destroys my skin b/c its so drying.But I like the results I'm seeing! So I have been using my heaviest moisturizer with this & only apply on area where needed. Its not just for face its a great soother/ brightener for body also.Knees, elbows, underarms it will help brighten or soothe. I'm sure oily, regular skins would love this.Don't get me wrong I really like this alot but just every product isn't always a perfect match. The lemon sorbet cleanser worked great to get rid of my makeup and I didn't need to use much of the product. I love the texture and the smell of this balm like cleanser. This does leave my skin feeling moisturized. The aloe soothing vitamin gel I feel is a little heavily fragranced and smells a bit like cleaning products. The gel does go on my skin a little tacky at first, but does get absorbed into my skin pretty quickly. This gel does keep my skin moisturized.
