The texture is a light balm hence the implied name.  Claims: “Gently melts on the skin . Eliminates the impurities in the pores. Soothing, Maintaining the moisture on the skin.” Free of: Couldn’t find any information  Pros: It melts quickly, love the smell, doesn’t leave any film, and washes off easily. Didn’t irritate my skin despite the ingredient list. It is not a moisturizing product but for sure my skin wasn’t oily or dry. I recommend it for almost all skin types. Only skin type I don’t recommend is for sensitive skin types since it contains perfume.  Con: I wasn’t fond of the thin lid dividing the product from the top lid and the spatula. Not sturdy and hard to get more balm.  Rating: 4/ 5 >The Skin House Aloe Soothing Vitamin Gel Review First impression: I forgot about it haha. It is a small product and doesn’t contain a lot. Interesting color and gold dots. Not too fond of the smell. Claims: “Relaxation to sensitive and dehydrated skin and provides a protective barrier to maintain hydration to the skin.” Free of: Couldn’t find any information  Pros: I like how it hydrates and doesn't irritate my skin. Cons: I actually didn’t like this product that much. Sizing, product amount, and didn’t do much for my skin.  Rating: 2/5

Loved the packaging of both products. I was actually shocked on the quality of the Sorbet cleanser. It smells nice and removes make-up beautifully. It doesn't leave my skin feeling dry. I always double cleanse when I am wearing make-up. The Lemon Sorbet Cleanser makes me feel like I can skip step two although I don't. It emulsifies nicely into an oil when warmed in the hands. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized and revitalized. I also like the texture of the Aloe Soothing Vitamin Gel. It soothes the skin and I love that it protects easily damaged and delicate skin. Also contains vitamins to prevent skin aging and improve elasticity. Too boot, it also has niacinamide to control pigmentation. I am enjoying both products tremendously and incorporated them into my skincare routine.

The Skin House Lemon Sorbet Cleanser *contains Canola oil, Lemon Fruit Water, Acerola Fruit Extract and Blueberry Fruit Extract. To be honest when I saw the dreamy name "Lemon Sorbet Cleanser" I just had to try this cleansing balm out. And I was not disappointed! The balm itself has a thick texture that melts to be oil-like almost instantly when applied to my face. The scent is lemon-y but reminds me a bit of a household cleaner smell. Once in contact with water, the oily texture turns milky and rinses off with ease. I find my skin is left feeling clean without a heavy residue (although I do use this cleansing balm as the first step of my double cleansing routine because my skin is quite comedonegenic). This cleansing balm is super effective at removing makeup, including mascara, glitter eyeshadow and long-wear lipsticks. I have somewhat sensitive eyes lately and luckily this cleansing balm did NOT sting or irritate my eyes. Overall the is a great cleansing balm that effectively removes makeup while being gentle and leaving skin clean feeling. The Skin House Aloe Soothing Vitamin-Gel *contains Niacinamide, Aloe Leaf Extract, Tomato Fruit Extract, Honeysuckle Flower Extract and Vitamin C I was drawn to this gel- cream by its unique and interesting looking texture! The gel itself is green in color with golden yellow flecks. Once applied to my skin the gel feels lightweight but there is quite a strong fragrance, which I'm not really a fan of. Since using this gel my skin looks brighter and smoother (thanks Niacinamide and Vitamin C) while being hydrated. I have a few dark spots from healed acne and I slowly see the spots fading. Overall this would be a great face gel for those looking for lightweight moisturization and a brighter, more even looking complexion.

I received Lemon Sorbet Cleanser and Aloe Soothing Vitamin Gel from The Skin House and I've found these are a terrific duo! The Cleansing melt washes away makeup and dirt without stripping your skin. I found it to be gentle near my eyes and removed my makeup easily! It has a luscious lemon scent and smooth texture. The Aloe Soothing Vitamin Gel helps sooth skin while improving unevenness, hyperpigmentation, and brightens! The texture seems a bit sticky at first but once applied to cleam skin it absorbs in nicely and leaves a healthy glow! I throughly enjoyed using these two products and how wonderful my skin felt and appeared after use!

I received The Skin House's Lemon Sorbet Cleansing balm and Aloe Vitamin gel at a reduced price courtesy of @08L and @theskinhouse. I saw this duo and knew I had to give it a try because my skin is still so dried out. I've only been actually washing it once a day. I've tried one cleansing balm in the past and it left my skin feeling too greasy. For the sake of potential for user error, I was optimistic about the Lemon Sorbet Cleansing Balm. It contains 7 fruit extracts to promote optimal brightness, aloe, chamomile and only has a mild (for lemon) scent. It really did melt even with my subpar body temperature. I just really don't understand the purpose of cleansing balms. It seems they all get almost waxy when the water hits your skin. This one wasn't as bad as the only other comparison i have, perhaps I'm still doing it wrong. The Aloe Vitamin gel was my favorite. The reviews do not do it justice. It is just a water based aloe gel with six added vitamins, tomato and honeysuckle extract. Its ingredient list shows its ultimate goal is to provide nourishment to promote healthy, hydrated skin and reduce dullness, acne and discoloration. My skin feels less tight, more supple and looks brighter after an week of using it at night*. *Note as it is a water based gel, for best results apply a thick layer overnight and as a part of your skincare routine.

THE SKIN HOUSE Lemon🍋Sorbet Cleanser and Aloe Soothing Vitamin Gel 🍊are both great products from this brand. The Lemon 🍋 Sorbet Cleanser was my absolute favorite as it’s delicious smelling balm that melts into the skin on contact. When combined with your body temperature, it quickly reduces into a aromatic cleansing oil that cleans without drying. I followed with their thick Aloe Soothing Vitamin Gel 🍊which instantly firms, tones and leaves no tacky residue. The texture is to die for and the vitamin crystals are simply gorgeous. After using both as directed, my skin was left looking smoother, brighter, more even and firm. This pair works great together, are both hypoallergenic and each have their own fresh, completely natural scents. I would have loved to have seen just a little more moisture in my skin from the combination of products but my skin is extremely dry to start with. This pair definitely works and this was before applying my moisturizer. I definitely would recommend this duo for those with normal, dry or combination skin.
