I love it neat straight from the sachet as it has a pleasant milky, cream taste. The powder melts in the mouth easily & quickly so doesnt need any water to wash it down. I prefer to consume one sachet before breakfast with an empty stomach for best results. Its tastes a little milky fruity taste and pleasant to take.
