Sesame oil is believed to have some important health benefits, like providing heart-healthy fats, combating inflammation, and protecting skin from sun damage. Using sesame oil on your scalp and hair may help reduce dandruff, which is often caused by a fungus or bacteria. Sesame oil has some occlusive properties, so if applied to a clean scalp, might help the skin stay moisturized. This can help to prevent and treat scalp dryness, flaking, and itching
DesireeDomingoMcFall 협찬SNS 리뷰재구매 의향#sponsored | iroun.mulgyeol 🌾 Thank you, @iroun.mulgyeol and @0.8l_usa, for the gifted opportunity to express my honest review. Hi friends, it’s #tryitthursday 🍽 have you ever eaten or used Sesame Oil and Seeds!🌾 Sesame Oil, when made from raw, pressed Sesame Seeds, has culinary, medicinal, and cosmetic benefits. Sesame oil is full of antioxidants, vitamin E, K, phytosterols, lignans, omega-3, omega-6, and omega-9 fatty acids. Sesame Oil helps fight free radicals in your body, reducing your risk of developing chronic diseases, especially heart disease. Sesame Oil has skin and hair benefits; it is used to protect your skin from harmful UV rays and prevent darkening. You can mix one to two tablespoons of sesame oil with water and drink twice a day or rub it in your scalp for shiny, healthy hair. But you are probably wondering about the taste! 👅 Sesame Oil is a thick, golden oil with a nutty delicious flavor and taste! I use it in noodles, soups, stir-frying, and a dipping sauce. The Queens Bucket oil and seeds are roasted for a deep nuttiness that adds a great Unami flavor to your dishes! 🍜 Swipe to see my favorite Shrimp Ramen dish; the recipe is below! Kdippy 협찬SNS 리뷰재구매 의향I hadn’t heard of or tried Perilla Oil before. I make dishes everyday for my household and was excited to give it a try. Perilla is a plant that is in the mint family and cousins to the Japanese Shiso. It has the highest Omega-3 from any plant source, including flax and chia seeds. It can be used in place of an oil and sautéed, fried, dressed, baking ect. It’s similar to sesame seed oil but it has more of a nutty, minty and anise finish to it. Same with the scent. Very refreshing and flavorful. Really enhances the dishes. It’s infared roasted at lower heat to take away the bitter aftertaste. Packed full of health benefits.
jlookbook 협찬SNS 리뷰재구매 의향Sesame oil makes everything taste better. I use it for noodles, in soups, for stir-frying, and even as a dipping sauce. I love the aromatic, nutty flavor of the Queensbucket sesame oil. Today's menu: spicy gizzards dipped in sesame oil with a little bit of salt and pepper. Thank you also for the added gift: Queensbucket light roasted sesame seeds. Perfect for garnishing any dish.

mochiandblush 협찬SNS 리뷰재구매 의향 #sponsored Review @0.8l_usa @iroun.mulgyeol Perilla Oil Perilla oil ( 들기름 Deulgireum) is a vegetable oil derived from toasted perilla seeds. It’s really popular in Korean cuisine and is often used for cooking, as a flavor enhancer and seasoning. Perilla oil is also known to contain a high amount of alpha-linolenic acid (polyunsaturated Omega-3 fatty acid). As much as 54-64%! Omega-3 fatty acid is a heart healthy oil and has many health benefits. So that’s a plus! We also recently found out that my daughter is allergic to sesame oil, so I wanted to find an alternative to seasoning her food as we use a lot of sesame oil in Asian cooking. Perilla oil has a milder profile from sesame but is still very flavorful and nutty. It’s a very smooth, fragrant oil that is quite wonderful in dishes like a cucumber salad or a cold noodle. I basically use it in replacement of sesame oil. It doesn’t have the robust nuttiness of sesame but is still really good and adds a lovely depth to dishes. 😍 So I’m really glad it works! @0.8l_usa has quickly become a great place for me to discover cool health foods Korea. 😍 Swipe to watch a short reel of the texture. 😍 Have you tried perilla oil? What’s your favorite way to use it? *Product was gifted from @0.8l_USA in exchange for my honest opinion. #08l #08liter #wellness #detox #naturalenergy #healthyliving #healthiswealth #mochiandblush #under5k #beautybloggerus #powerfood #healthfood #hearthealthy #omega3 #Sponsored

Biancardi 협찬SNS 리뷰재구매 의향Iroun Mulgyeol Perilla oil (courtesy of @0.8L_USA) What is perilla? It is known in the USA as Chinese basil, but It is part of the mint family, closely related to shiso, so if you eat Japanese food, this is very similar. Perilla leaves are used to eat with meals, wrapping food inside ~ similar to how lettuce is used. Koreans also make Kkaenip-kimchi 깻잎김치, perilla leaf kimchi as well. The oil is made from the toasted seeds of the perilla plant. Since I have never tried perilla oil before, I will be comparing it to sesame oil, as that was the first oil I thought about when I received this oil. The taste of perilla oil isn’t as earthy or pronounced as sesame oil, nor is it as thick. To be honest, I think I like perilla oil taste more than sesame oil as it has a nutty taste to it that reminds me of walnuts & smells like it too! It should be a light golden color and can go rancid faster than other oils, so I keep mine in the frig. Perilla Facts 54 to 56% of perilla oil contains alpha-linolenic acid (polyunsaturated Omega-3 fatty acid) compared to .5% olive oil Omega-3 fatty acid is also found in vegetable oils, tuna, salmon & mackerel. It is known to lower triglycerides, increase the good cholesterol of HDL and reduce bad cholesterol of LDL. I think both Perilla & Sesame Oils are great healthy choices as sesame oil has different health bennies than perilla oil ~ sesame oil has 82% unsaturated fat, 42% of linoleic acid & 40% of oleic acid. The tastes & aroma are very different as well, I find Perilla to be lighter & more nutty and Sesame to have a much stronger, distinctive aroma & robust in flavor. Perilla lends itself nicely to cold dishes or as a finishing oil, although it can be used for frying as well. #unboxingbeauty_kfood #perillaoil #sesameoil #cookingoils #koreanfood #review #recipe #kfood #deulgireum #들기름 #health #goodfood I made a Cold Soba With Perilla Oil Dressing (from https://food52.com/recipes/86501-soba-noodles-recipe-with-perilla-oil-dressing) and it is very quick & easy to make. I am sure many of you have these ingredients on hand. This makes 2 servings 2 dried soba noodle bundles (3 to 3.5 oz) 3 tablespoons perilla oil 2 to 2.6 tablespoons soy sauce 1 teaspoon unseasoned rice vinegar 1 teaspoon sugar 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds 1 sheet roasted dried seaweed, unseasoned ~ Korean gim or Japanese nori. I heat mine on a pan first Optional cucumber, julienned Optional shredded cooked chicken Boil water for soba & cook soba for only 4 minutes. Dump in a bowl of ice water & rinse, drain. Repeat 3-4 times until the water is clear. Drain noodles Sauce: mix oil, soy, rice vinegar, sugar together well. Grind sesame seeds (I didn’t do this as I don’t have a mortar/pestle) Tear up nori Transfer soba noodles to sauce and mix well. Divide up into 2 portions, with all of the sauce! Top with sesame seeds, nori, cucumber & chicken. Toss it all together and enjoy!

JamieChaw 협찬SNS 리뷰재구매 의향#Sponsored First time trying Perilla oil... 🌿 Koreans use a lot of Perilla in the form of it's leaves and oil! There are tons of health benefits to it, just goggle and u can read the long list 😅... The taste is very similar to Sesame oil but with a deeper, bolder and more flavorful robust taste. With an additional hint of mint and licorice taste to it! Made a quick chicken dish and this momma usually add sesame oil at the end but this time tried perilla oil instead.. Didn't wanna try something new or out of the ordinarily since it's my first time. #SiennaSkyler n their cousins approve of it! They finished their plates clean 😋👌👍 Next time, gonna try to attempt making a Korean dish using Perilla oil. Korean Perilla Oil Noodles aka "Deul-Gireum-Mat-Guksu". Looks simple and healthy too. Plus the ingredients are easily available in my pantry already 😁! Wish me luck 🤞 #KarMieCooks Thank you "Kamsahamnida" @iroun.mulgyeol for sending this K-food all the way from K-land...
