This is a beautiful brown eye pencil. I am very picky as fas as eye liner or eye pencils are concerned. This sister Ann double effect pencil is really very soft, doesn’t tug on the skin at all, glides in the skin very smoothly. It stays on for a really long time, even for someone who has oily eye Linda like me. This really is quiet waterproof and has a really long staying power.

The product's packaging was quite good and there was enough quantity which will last for about 2 months. The Eyeliner has tiny sparkles that keep smudging all over. The Eyeliner caused a burning and tingling sensation in my eyes. I will not recommend this to those who have sensitive eyes.

heard a lot of sister ann waterproof eye pencil and finally get to try it! i must say i really like it cos it easy to apply and definitely waterproof for me! usually i will encounter smudge on my upper eye link due to my slightly hidden eyelid but surprisingly this eye pencil doesn’t smudge alot or at least not obvious to my eyes. the another plus point is that i love most of their colors and hope to try each of them out for create all kinds of different looks 😊

The pencil is designed such that I could easily turn the end of the pencil to push more of the tip out. The subtle colour complemented my eyes and I love how waterproof it was. I chose the shade 06 Baby Peach so that I could use it as a eyeshadow for daily wear or even apply it undereye for a sophisticated evening look. Not my first time getting their eyeliner and will not be the last. I am still very impressed by the eyeliner. It glides really really and the colour payoff is good. If you want to use it as an eye shadow, just shade and blend using your fingers. If you want to use it as an eyeliner, just give it some drying and it stays put. See that patch that I tried on my hand, it stayed there all day and night until I washed it off using a waterproof makeup remover. However the one on my eye lid didn’t survive as long as I tend to rub my eyes a lot especially when I’m tired or if I stare at the screen for too long, which happens on a daily basis. If you don’t rub your eyes the rate I do, it last really long! But its so easy to just draw it back! It did last through me walking to my food and back. Considering the recent weather, I think it is working well for me.

Now, I'm not in the mood of returning to work 😒 Sharing a product that I've been spamming during CNY -- sisterann Double Effect Waterproof Eye Pencil. This product has been appearing in my IG ads since 2020, quite on hype, and I've restrained myself from trying until 2022 🥳 For those considering this product, my verdict: 💜 colours are really easy to apply ❌ unfortunately have to be careful of strength to prevent tip from breaking a chip 💜 colours dried off almost immediately, doesn't melt on vigorous rubbing or rinsing of tap water ❌ need to apply correctly and rely lesser on blending the colours using fingers after application.
