This is the first time in a while that I have done a makeup review. I received 2 of the Sister Ann Double Effect Waterproof Eyepencils through @0.8l_usa at a discounted price of $3.99 in exchange for my honest review. I ordered the pencil in 09 Choco brown, which is a matte reddish brown shade, and also received 06 Baby Peach, a peachy-pink shimmer shade as a bonus. Sister Ann describes these as a 2 in 1 eye shadow and eye liner, that is easily blended. The formula is “super multi-proof” and has a long lasting formula, so it is intended to stay in place (water/sweat/oil resistant) all day long. I used the Choco brown as both a eyeliner and shadow. It has a creamy get texture and is easy to use. I did find I needed to blend it quickly when I used as a shadow as it did set pretty quickly. I mainly used the Baby Peach as an all over shadow, applying on the entire eyelid, and blended with my fingers. It has a nice shimmer and brightens up my eyes. I also used it in the inner corners, and it stayed in place with no smudging for about 8 hours. I think these pencils are great for a fast, easy eye makeup look! I’m definitely going to purchase more colors. They are available at a retail price of $12.90(Amazon) and come in 11 colors. They come with a mini sharpener which is nice and convenient. This is a 2 in 1 / Eye shadow + Eyeliner, so easy to use, when I tried it as eyeshadow I just had to apply it and blend it to create a nice intense effect. It is water-sweat-oil proof, so it lasts all day long without fading, smudging or transfering to my lower lids and It did not cause any irritation to my sensitive eye area. I am extremely pleased with my results from Sister Ann Double Effect Waterproof Eye Pencil. It glides on my eye lids effortlessly and blends easily. I am so in love with the colors I have used. The pencil is twist up so I don't have to worry about having a sharpener on hand. It's easy to slip in my purse and carry with me.

This review is for the Sister Ann Double Effect Waterproof pencils in Matte Brown and Glam Latte. I chose the matte brown and got the Glam Latte as a surprise color. The matte brown goes on a little rougher, but still easy enough to apply and the color payoff was stellar as well as the staying power! I actually had to really work to remove it. 🤣 The Glam Latte went on smooth like butter! The staying power wasn’t quite as good but still stayed on all day no problem! I combined both for a fun eye look. Definitely enjoyed trying these out!

👋HEveryone!👋  I purchased SisterAnn Double Effect waterproof  eye pencil in black and navy for the reduced price of 3.99 in exchange for an honest opinion from 0.8l Silly as it sounds, when I get eyeliners I get crazy!  I think it's a toss with mascara which is my favorite to use.  So here it goes!  It's a really nice eyeliner.  Decent color payoff with minimal effort.  Very creamy and glides nicely.  Color is even. It can be used as eyeshadow before it sets by just blending it out.  Even with my old droopy eyes I was able to get a smooth tight line along my lashes, my preferred way to use on top.  I did the same to the bottoms then I smudged it abit and went over it a bit more to get a little into the water line.  It stayed put even with my packing up and getting sweaty.  I'd rank this with my Doll10, Mally, and Laura Gellar for ease of use, pay off, and durability.  For me to say that about eyeliner, it's giving it a golf star.  I really enjoyed using this eyeliner, and highly recommend it to anyone 50+.  I would like to try more of thier products. Sister Anne Double Effect Waterproof Eye pencil goes on smoothly and creates a deep colored pigment. The lasting of this eye pencil is incredible! it lasted 8 hours before I removed it. It easily sharpens. I really loved it! The price is a deal because you get 2 long lasting eye pencils for the normal price of 1.

I received and tried Sister Ann Double Effect Waterproof Eye Pencil. This 2 in 1 eye liner creates a beautiful look allowing you to line the eye and smudge. After a few moments the liner dries and becomes smudge free and is waterproof! No worries of sweat or oils from your face ruining your look! I received two colors one was Midnight Black, which is a lovely black liner, and Dark Rose, which is a rich chocolate brown. I really enjoy these liners and their features. These glide on easy to create a smokey or clean edge eye in a beautiful pigmented color with a hint of glitter. They also come with a built in sharpener for convenience! I would purchase these because they're so quick and versatile! Perfect for on the go also so you can create a liner/ eye eyeshadow look with one product!

I love the colors of these pencils. They are long lasting, waterproof and don’t smudge making them ideal for wearing all day. They glide on smoothly and the twist up is super easy to use. These are very high quality eye pencils and the pigment is so strong you don’t need to use much to get a great result.

I received these lovely eyeliners from a K-beauty brand called Sister Ann. I picked the shade Coral Brick, which is a pretty coral-orange, and they sent me Matte Black as part of their BOGO promotions. These liners have a vibrant payoff and a creamy formula, and can be used as eyeshadows when blended out quickly. Once they set, they don’t smudge or budge at all! I highly recommend these and thank @0.8l_usa for sending these to me!

I received this eyeliner in two shades: Coral Brick (which I picked out) and Matte Black (which was given to me as part of the BOGO offer. The pencils are very creamy and have excellent coloring and payoff. It’s also possible to blend them in akin to cream eyeshadows before they set. But once they set after a few seconds, they don’t budge at all! I highly recommend them and thank 0.8L for gifting me these awesome eyeliners!

I really like these eye pencils, they are so smooth going on and last all day without smearing or wearing off. They do remove easily at the end of the day with a makeup removing cloth. I will definitely buy these in the future, only drawback is that they need to be sharpened. I normally wear black, but there is a nice amount of different colors.

This is the first time I’ve used an eye pencil with this type of formula. I think that it’s a fun new little way to be versatile with your makeup. 〰 I had such a pleasant surprise when trying this out. It was a creamy eyeliner that will blend nicely if you want it to. When it dries down, it turns to a nice waterproof, smudge-proof eyeliner. Cons: The tip would get blunt quickly. You can blend the eyeliner and fix that with the smudged cat eye look. If you mainly use it for eyeshadow then it wouldn’t be a problem at all, but I guess this is the downside with 2 in 1 products. 🚿 After a few minutes, it’ll be super waterproof and won’t move throughout the day. The nice thing is that it’s can also be easily remove with makeup remover or oil cleanser. No need to scrub and irritate your eyes. 🖊Bonus review: I tried the Coxir ultra hyaluronic oil cleanser with the eyeliner. I found that the consistency is so thin that when you use it to remove eye makeup it would inevitably get into your eyes. Other than that it works great.
