absolutely one of the best waterproof eyeliners I've ever used! I literally use this eye pencil every single day for the lids of my eyes to make them dark and it stays almost all day! definitely recommend!

I really love these waterproof eye pencils. They went on super super smooth and had great payoff. I could see myself using a variety of these, and they can create so many different looks. They have are great quality, have high payoff, and long-wear staying power. They are also waterproof.

Both of the colors are very nice. The eyeliner applies easily and blends well. They're gentle on eyes and have a lot of pigment. I love that they sharpen by themselves and feel soft. I use the choco brown almost everyday and use the champagne gold for special occasions or to make my eyes pop and put it on the corners. It could also work as a highlighter pencil. They stay on really well. I would definitely buy them and other colors.

I absolutely love the Sister Ann Double Effect Waterproof Eye Pencil! The color makes my hazel eyes pop and it is so blendable which is great. It stays in place all day long and I didn’t have any smudges or smears after wearing it all day. I love it and wear it daily, the color goes with everything!

Sister Ann Double Effect Waterproof eye pencil goes on smooth with skipping and blends easily. I love the colors. I got blue and black. They look great and most importantly for me they don’t make my eyes watery.

I was happily chosen to try Sister Ann Double Effect Waterproof Eye Pencil. I received two different colors, one of them was dark blue and one more satin pink. I was surprised for the long lasting power and because if you try to pass your hand on it, it won’t go anywhere or smudge. I tried the eyeliner during a warm day and totally worked. My favorite definitely is the dark one but there is a variety of colors. Totally worth and they are available for an affordable price at Amazon.

I received the shades Coral Brick and Champagne Gold. Both of them are smooth and creamy upon application. What impressed me most of all was the staying power. Once they set, they do. Not. MOVE. I'm very impressed!

I was sent the Sister Ann double effect waterproof eye pencils in Midnight black and Matte Black from @0.8l_usa to try for an honest review. There were 12 options to choose from. They are called double effect because they can also be used for eye shadow. The pencils were very creamy! They are also waterproof. I love that they have a built in sharpener too. The Midnight black is a soft pearl black so it has a little sparkle to it. The Matte black is a very dark black. I wear eye pencils in my upper water line and so many brands transfer to my lower water line. And they don't stay. These are amazing! They stay put and last all day long! And so easy to apply. They just glide on! I'd definitely recommend these. And will definitely be buying more! I really enjoyed testing the Sister Ann double effect waterproof eye pencils. They lasted all day and didn’t come off with water. These outperformed a lot of eyeliners I’ve purchased in the past.

I was impressed with this waterproof eye pencil. It goes on so smoothly and stays on all day above the lashes without smudging. It’s a great product but after a few hours it does starts to wear away in places. The color is very rich, no lumps or crumbling. It’s very good quality.

The tip is smooth, easy to blend and there wasn't much smudging! I think I'm convinced that my eyes will just naturally smudge any eyeliner or eye pencil due to its shape, so I don't think I can do anything about that, but I can tell that this doesn't come off easily because there isn't as much smudging as some other eyeliners I've used.
