I really love these double waterproof and smudge proof eye pencils!! My eyeliner is on point!! Very easy to apply to my eyes and have 100% control over liquid eye linear. Very smudge proof but easy to take off with an oil cleanser!! They have a wide range of color options too!! I will buy the other color options!!

This is the first time I tried the eye pencil by Sister Ann. I am really impressed with the quality of this product, the shades are truly beautiful, applies so easy and it last all day without smudge. Love it so much.

I was kindly gifted SiSTER ANN double effect water proof eye pencil in exchange for my honest review. I pick matte brown & midnight black both color that I would always use. I was so impressed how good this eye pencil was. the formula is creamy and smooth. Super easy to use and glide nicely. It’s really 100 % waterproof and smudge free. I use this daily since I got it, couple of times I scratched my eyes so I was worried it smudge already but glad did not. Over all I’m super happy with this product and definitely I we’ll purchase different color great for on the go,no time for eyeshadow, they have plenty of colors to choose. I highly recommend it.

I received 2 Sister Ann Double Effect Waterproof Eye Pencil for review purposes. These eyeliners can be used as both an eyeshadow and eyeliner. I chose No.10 Dark Rose, deep rose-brown with micro rose sparkles and No. 11 Coral Brick - Matte deep coral brown. These eyeliners have a built in mini sharpener ~ just twist up the pencil and use the sharpener to get a point. Don’t worry if you twist too much, as these pencils are retractable too. These are very creamy & I found that the sparkle version crumbled under pressure, so I had to use a lighter touch while applying it. That said, they don’t tug the delicate skin around the eye. These are blendable, but work quickly, as once they set, these highly pigmented colors don’t smear or budge until you use a makeup remover to remove it. Waterproof, swear proof & oil proof, these colors last a long time. I love the Coral Brick shade, as it is a nice daily neutral eye shadow shade. I use that as a lid shade, smudging up & over my crease, as I have hooded eyes. Dark Rose makes for a nice eyeliner and these two colors do work well with one another. I would say I like the matte shade better than the micro sparkles as its point doesn’t crumble and it does hold its shape

I first tried using this product on a hot sunny day and even though I was sweating it did prove to be waterproof and did not smudge while I had it on. No real fragrance to it and the color shade appear vibrant and easy to glide and move about on my eye lid. While I liked the colors I used it makes me curious and wanting to try and test more colors and see if they are just as good as well. I will definitely make this a go to product in my makeup bag.

The eyeliners are ok. They felt heavy where I could actually feel it on my eyes. I had blue and gold. The blue looked nice in the waterline but didn’t stay long. The gold didn’t really show up much on my skin BUT looked great using it as an inner corner highlight. I don’t like the retractable type eyeliners because the point goes away leaving it impossible to do any type of wing or design.

I have high expectations because I am a professional and very rarely do I desire the raccoon eye effect. These liners are designed to be dual use as a shadow or a liner. The formula allows a little time where the color is blendable before it dries down. When it dries down—it will not budge. It will not move at all! I was able to apply them to my lids and waterline with zero irritation, another requirement for a liner for me. I received two colors—midnight black (deep black with shimmer) and matt brown (a matte dark brown shade) and they are both pigmented and quite beautiful. The liners can be twisted from the bottom to extend more product and I have not had any issues with dullness or breakage. •Verdict• I am seriously impressed by the staying power of the liners and I was completely blown away that they really couldn’t be moved even though I tried. [I seriously tried!] Sister Ann has a nice range of shades and I will definitely be buying more of these.

I love these eye pencils. It is very easy to work with them. It is creamy, very soft and it is not a pain to make the lines of eyes. I like that they have a slight sparkle in them. It looks amazing on make up.

This was my first time trying this brand eyeliner and I loved it. The eyeliner glides on like butter with absolutely no tugging on the eyelid. It lasts all day with no smudging and is definitely water proof. The pencil twists up for more product and it has a mini sharpener in the bottom you can pop out and use if you want a sharper point on your eyeliner. I would definitely purchase this in the future.

I received this product as complimentary from 0.8 liter in exchange for my honest review. The eye pencils had great shimmering color. It stays for long time and also waterproof but it easily remove with makeup cleanser. It give a great look to your makeup. Very pigmented and smooth on the skin.

I’m impressed with the SISTER ANN Double Effect Water Proof Eye Pencil. I have received two colors which are 01. Midnight Black and 02. Chic Navy. These eye pencils are very pigmented with light shimmery effects. They are truly waterproof, smudge-proof, and lasts all day. They're creamy, glide smoothly, and dry quickly. I absolutely love these eye pencils.

the colors were very vibrant before using them. when I used them, the tips broke off of both of them. now making it a creamy shadow. being that the tip is what's needed to create a fine line. they did last, very much so long wear. and 100% Waterproof. but they do smudge. and the colors are not as vibrant on the skin as they looked when I opened them.

I am honestly wowed with the Sister Ann double effect water proof eye pencil. I received two by random and my colors were baby peach and dark rose. The eye pencil has a beautiful finish and I love how it lasts all day without needing to reapply. It still looks good at the end of the day. I love the shimmer of the baby peach and the dark rose has such a rich beautiful color. The eye pencil doesn’t smudge and is makes application really easy. I will definitely want to try out some other colors from Sister Ann.

I have to admit i was very skeptical of how this so called double effect waterproof eye pencil will perform and to my surprise these eye pencils really did deliver its waterproof claims. It's smooth and easy to apply, it’s also very pigmented. I specifically used the black eye pencil yesterday on a race event my husband had and i stayed all day outdoor under the sun even chasing after my toddler daughter around every now and then, it stayed all day and never smudges or flakes. These waterproof eye pencils are indeed of good quality and what’s great is it does not irritate my eyes.

I got to try @sisterann.us Double Effect Waterproof Eye Pencil in Glam Latte and Chic Navy, for a discounted rate, through @0.8l_usa for my honest opinion. It takes a lot for new products to impress me. Especially eye enhancing products. These liners are supposedly snuggle smudge proof and water proof. I haven't tested the water theory yet, being that I can rub it off with my finger when it's dry. The glam latte one is a beautiful light pink/gold color. It shines when it catches the light just like any metallic product should. I use liquid eye shadow though and it completely wiped out the pretty sparkly color of the eyeliner. The navy one, I have used until it's just a nub, being that I don't have a pencil sharpener. It took a lot to get decent color payoff and by the time I got it, my wing was anything but sharp. See pic, but please don't judge me.

Amazing product I didn't expect much but when i use I was surprised why i never tried this before , after I habe tried it i have kept aside my older ones and using it everyday, it is waterproof and driesout immediately so smudge proof and long lasting. It has to twist to comeout moreso doesn't need to sharp frankly I am gonna buy it again and again.
