I received two Sister Ann Double Effect Waterproof Eye Pencils free to try from 0.8L. They came pretty fast and not damaged. They are full size products. They go on very easily. Great color payoff. Doesn’t irritate my eyes or skin. Definitely has staying power. Does not come off the water line. Did remove with makeup remover. I received the colors Cinnamon Mocha and Gold Latte. Great colors. I would recommend them both. I would love to try them all now.

this product is something I wouldn't actually use as i struggle to do eyeliner with even a pen tip however the application was great and i compared both liners to my daily eyeliners (nyx cosmetics) and they did absolutely fantastic compared to them the black liner has some glitter in it which looks fantastic however i struggled to do the wing so i just use it on my water line the brown pencil however i use when i want to do a more natural liner as it blends into the skin very well the product is incredibly easy to remove with an oil based make-up remover/micellar water

I was really excited to receive two different colors of this eyeliner to test, one in coral brick and the other matte black. Both shades were very well pigmented and lasted a long time without wearing off or smudging. They both were applied easily and smoothly and the built in sharpener was easy to use. I found the black to last longer than the coral, which did fade a bit later in the day. Overall though these eyeliners worked much better than my current ones and I loved having alternative colors to play with.

The Sister Ann Double Effect Waterproof Eye Pencils were a good size, have good colors, and show well on my skin. They are long lasting and don't flake or smudge off. They wash off easily though. The colors are nice and show well. You can rub it and it doesn't rub off. It does wash off though.

I received the shades Midnight Black and Champagne Gold in the mail rather quickly. I used the black shade to line my eyes and was surprised to learn that this pencil has glitter in it. The glitter actually didn’t make the process of applying the product difficult unlike other glittery liners I’ve tried. It went on smooth and was very blend-able. I used the champagne gold shade in the inner corners of my eyes for a subtle brightness. Once on and settled the product didn’t budge and is indeed waterproof. Really love both of these pencils!

I received 2 SISTER ANN Double Effect Waterproof Eye Pencils complimentary for testing purposes. I only wear black eyeliner so I was sent the Matt Black and Midnight Black. This can also be blended and worn as a shadow but I did not use it for that purpose. Both liners are easy to apply. They glide on smooth and are easy to line lids with. It has a turn style bottom to increase product when ready. There is a built on removable sharpener for those who prefer a pointed end rather than blunt product. The Midnight Black has a very pretty shimmer to it. This product stays out and is water proof for long wear. I like that both are a bold black just as I prefer my liner. I was able to remove with a baby wipe after wear.

This eyeliner is the bomb! Its Sister Ann Double Effect Eyeliner Pencil! I got 2 but there are so many beautiful colors to choose from! This stuff is really water proof, sweat proof and smudge proof! Long lasting for 24 hours! Glides on smooth and very precise! I can go subtle or bold! And I love that it has a built in sharpener! How cool and convenient is that! #sponcered I have used many different brands of Eyeliner but none of them come close to wearing as good as this one. Sister Ann is a waterproof, smudge proof Eyeliner. I have dry eyes and anytime I use an eyeliner,it automatically makes my eyes water and my Eyeliner comes off. But this stays on all day without coming off. I absolutely love this Eyeliner and will definitely continue to use it! I also highly recommend it!

These double effect pencils are waterproof and non- smudge. I applied it as eyeliner but plus thing is that it blends so nicely with fingers that you can use it as eyeshadow. Formula is smooth and creamy. I got “Baby Peach-06”shade which light shade. It really enhanced my eyes look. I Love its shine ✨ It stays whole day without fading. I removed it with my oil cleanser as I couldn’t able to remove with normal cleanser. Am really impressed with the quality. These are affordable too.

Sister Ann Double Effect Waterproof Eye Pencils are a must have in your makeup collection. The colors are so beautiful and vibrant. I picked Black for one color and asked them to surprise me with the other color. They sent me Dark Rose and it has a glimmer effect to it. The eyeliners go on very smooth and once it dries it doesn't come off or smudge all day. If you want to smudge it some then it needs to be done as soon as you put it on before it dries because it stays on until you take it off. I had to use makeup remover to get the eyeliner off because it wouldn't come off with soap and water very well. I love all the natural colors they have and I can't wait to try some of the other colors, especially the ones that have a glimmer effect to them. This is a good quality product and I will definitely buy this eyeliner from now on. I absolutely recommend this product to others and hope you love it as much as I do.

A lot of brands claim to be waterproof, when they actually aren't. I made the mistake of thinking Sister Ann was similar to those other brands. Boy was I wrong, in a good way. I always test out beauty products on my hands to make sure I don't get a reaction. I did the same with the midnight black and navy blue eyeliners. Afterwards I went to wipe them off, but they wouldn't budge, even with water. I used one of my makeup wipes and it came right off. This double effect eye pencil is a 2 in 1 eye liner and eye shadow. It has a smooth and easy to blend creamy Gel like texture. It's both an eyeliner and eye shadow. It glides on smoothly and helps achieve the look you want. It's easy to apply and once it dries it is waterproof, sweat proof and oil proof and does not smudge or transfer. I got the Midnight black shade which is a deep vibrant black, and the Chic Navy which is a beautiful dark blue, and I love the little sparkles in the color, which I was not expecting.. The shimmer Blue shade applied a little smoother than the matte black shade. The colors are beautifully pigmented, lasts all day and never smudges. Thanks to the sharp thin tip, its easy to apply thin or thick lines. This duo dries extremely quickly, has powerful water resistance even when rubbing with soap and water, and isn't easy to get off, so you want to make sure you are quick and precise. No reapplying needed. These eye pencils are twist up, and also have a built in sharpener on the bottom which is a great added feature! These are perfect for smudging out to create that smokey eye effect. Water alone cant remove this eye pencil. Whether youre in the pool, ocean or lake, it will still look the same by time you get out. It's long wear all day and night. They come in 11 different shades, that I'd love to try.
