Sister Ann Double Effect Water Proof Eye Pencil glides on smoothly. There is no tugging or pulling when applying. It doesn't smudge or smear either. I am impressed with how well the color held up throughout the day and night. It looked just as good at bedtime as it did when I put it on in the morning. My eyes water a lot due to seasonal allergies and my eyeliner gets rubbed away quickly. But Sister Ann Waterproof Eyeliner didn't lighten or rub off. I really liked the colors as well. The Dark Rose has shimmer in it and adds a touch of sparkle which looks great in sunlight. The Matte Brown is the perfect shade of brown. I am very satisfied with the quality and the color of these Eye Pencils.

The Sister Ann Double Effect Waterproof eye pencils are a great eye pencil product. During application, they glide on incredibly easily and stay put for hours! The colors are vibrant and shimmery which adds a lovely look to my makeup! They draw a straight clear line with little effort which makes for a stress-free application process!

These colors were first one of a kind and a must in my totally collection. The Baby Peach was my absolute favorite because the pigment of the color stayed so well and it stood out with my outfit. I had matching pants to wear witty the pencil with white tank. The dark rose was more of a medium brown not red. When you think of rose, red comes to mind but it’s a brown.

The eye pencils are really good. The application is very nice and easy. I love the shimmery effect of these eye pencils. You need to wait until the eyeliner is completely set so that it is waterproof and smudge proof.

These eye pencils were great! Not only were the colors very pigmented, they were also completely waterproof and smudge proof. I appreciated how long the color lasted, and that they were shimmery without being too glittery. Great color options, too!

I love that these eye pencils can be used as liners or as an eyeshadow. they are very creaming making blending easy and they are truly water/smudge proof as the color lasts all day! I also love the built in sharpener!

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to review this product.The product was extremely easy to use, I usually mess up when doing eyeliner and this made the process much easier. I love the shades I received and they work well with everyday make up.

Creamy, glides on smoothly and very pigmented.. Can use it as an eye liner or eye shadow.. It has sparkles that will make your eyes pop.. It blends easily and when it dries up and set, it won't smudge.. It's waterproof, sweat proof and oil proof.. It is retractable type pencil and comes with a built in mini sharpener.. And lastly, it stays all day.. A great eye pencil, Im loving it..

These eye liner and eye shadow sticks did a great job at lasting all day. They seemed to be waterproof but they didn't hold up after working out. The sweat did help wipe it off easier, but their site claims they hold up against sweat. I did find it difficult to blend with how quickly it dried out while using, but it can still be blended. I had to put a few coats on for a solid black color, but less than other eye liners. I plan to only use them as an eye liner from here on out. Especially at the asking price. Worth the price though. I like that they held up twice as nicely as my favorite eye liner and comes with a sharpener. I say they are worth a try.

I was sent two eyeliners from @sisterann.us and @0.8l_usa to try out in exchange for my opinion. If you ask me, there’s nothing worse than an eyeliner that pulls and tugs on the delicate skin around the eyes. That’s why I love these waterproof eyeliner pencils from Sister Ann. They glide on so easily and give me a nice, bold line. They’re smudgeable at first and you can use them as eyeshadow as well as liner. The best thing about them is how effortlessly they glide on and how once dry, they really stay put! I absolutely love the built-in sharpener feature in these pencils too, that is so convenient to have right on the eyeliner itself so if you carry these in your purse you can still sharpen them. I received the Matt Brown which is a nice deep brown that I use on my upper lid and waterline, and the Choco Brown which is a really rich reddish brown shade that works great on my lower lid. They are available in so many colors, I definitely want to try some of the glittery shades!

The Sister Ann double effect water proof eye liners are a really great eye pencil to use. The colors are bold, with a touch of sparkle to them which really makes it pop out on your eyes. Very easy to apply, no tugging or smudging, glides smoothly, dries quickly and these last all day long. Love how they also come with sharpen at the end of the pencil. Definitely going to try out more colors. Affordable and Amazing eye liner pencils!

These eyeliners are absolutely incredible! The color range is insane! So many different ones to pick from it’s like being a kid in a candy store. The two I got were absolutely gorgeous, One being a matte black and the other being a reddish brown with slight glitter pick up. They glide on so silky smooth, The formula is so creamy that you wouldn’t imagine it being a waterproof that actually works but it truly is waterproof. After it sits it is not moving till you take it off with cleanser which is fabulous. Suggest it to anybody and everybody and absolutely will be purchasing more in the future.

It's a 2 in 1 eyeshadow + eyeliner pencil. I tried out the matte black and the midnight black (glittery black). I only used these as eyeliners so I can't speak to how well they work as eyeshadows. But I can say that they are amazing as eyeliners. They go on smoothly with no tugging, dry quickly and are smudge proof. It even stayed on my waterline with no issues. There's also no need for a pencil sharpener which is great. The pencils are retractable and come with a built in mini sharpener right on the end of it. It's a great pencil at an even greater price, just $12.90. Definitely worth it.

Hello beauties!!! Do you use eyeliner in your makeup? I do, because they complement the make-up so well. This double effect waterproof eyeliner adds a beautiful touch to your eye makeup. The pointed cream tip makes it easy to create precise lines. It glides on smoothly and creates a beautiful eyeliner look. I love that this eyeliner is pigmented, waterproof, doesn't smudge and stays on all day. Great for drawing arrows!!!

These Eye Pencils from Sister Ann are fantastic!!! I have a horrible habit of wiping my eyes and end up smudging my eyeshadow & eyeliner so I absolutely love the fact that this eye pencil didn't smudge at all. I also have a tear duct that tears up every once and a while, having a waterproof eyeliner is a dream come true. The pencil tip is very buttery/soft feeling making it glide along my waterline effortlessly. I will definitely be buying more eye pencils, hopefully I can find some spring colored pencils.

What a nice pair of eyeliners these Sister Ann are. I got to test Champagne Gold (05) and Matt Brown (08). Both are so creamy and it glides very smooth over the eyelid with very little pressure. It is very creamy so if you use too much pressure the line will be thicker than what you probably want. It lasted all day on my oily eyelids but honestly I loved it even more as a brow pencil, it did an amazing job and lasted some good 16 hours without smudging, it gave me enough time to blend it on my brows but once it set it was a done deal! I truly recommend this eyeliner.

These eye pencils work as both an eyeliner and eye shadow. They have a really nice creamy texture and go on so smoothly. I find it easy to blend and it stays on all day without smudging, yet comes of easily with a cleansing product. There’s a sharpener in the end of the pencil so you can easily shape it as needed. Overall, I really love these and hope they make some in bold, fun colors!

I absolutely loved these eyeliners. I got the midnight black and matte black and both were beautiful. Super easy to apply and goes on with ease. Easy twist bottom so no breakage or issues. Lasts all day without smearing or smudging and is definitely waterproof. These eyeliners will stay in place until you take them off. Nice tip provides for perfect application regardless of the look you are going for. Definitely recommend and love these.
