This product was okay. While the product was waterproof. It smudged easily and the colors weren’t vibrant. Also, the color range is very narrow even though it seems diverse. I would have liked more vibrant colors and smudge proof eyeliners.

I really like these eye pencils, I especially love that they are a double effect. You can wear as a liner or as a shadow. They are buildable and blendable and stay on all day and night. To remove this liner you will need a good cleansing balm.

There are so many color options and the formula is nice and creamy - very easy to apply. The matte brown is a great cool toned espresso brown, but the choco brown was a bit more red than I preferred. Nonetheless, these make a great addition to my collection of browns and neutrals in my makeup collection.

Using eye makeup is a challenge for me because sometimes it can irritate my eyes or smudge easily. I've finally discovered an easier and more comfortable way to apply eyeliner and eyeshadow. This Sister Ann eye pencil is very recommended. This eye pencil can be used as both an eyeliner and an eyeshadow. It glided smoothly and stayed on all day, it claims to be super waterproof for 24 hours, and I can confirm that it is. It doesn't smudge and the color lasts all day. It's easier for me to use, and I really like it.

I got the shade Navy chic and Dark rose and they are both beautiful! Super easy to use and you can definitely create defined designs with them. They really lasted a long time with no smudging. I was so impressed once they dry you can’t take them if without make up remover.

It is a great smudge proof liners, easy to apply and easy to blend. It can be used to create many different looks. If is waterproof and stays for such a long time. It can be used in several different ways and is a great staple to have for makeup.

I really love the 2 color that i got. Very high pigment color. It has a creamy texture when applying to the skin. Plus it was very easy to remove. Doesn't leave annoying smudge when wiping it. It was easy to use as well. And im surprise how it did not come off when splashing water on it. Its definitely a waterproof quality! I really like this eyeliner alot 😍😍

The colors I received were Baby Peach which gives you a shimmery like nude beautiful color and choco Brown which is a deep Brown when using these liners which also are a waterproof double effect liner they Glide on so nicely you only need one swipe to get a good line and what's really cool about these pencils are that they have a sharpener at the end! Love and when trying to rub off they dont come off highly recommend!

This 2 in 1 formula is eye shadow and eye liner all in one! I found it blends easily and stays put! I love the gel this in the shades choco brown and dark rose. The dark rose shade has shimmer in it! They both wear beautifully! It can get really hot where I live so I do like that it's waterproof and sweat proof. I would definitely recommend this!

This product took the longest to ship out of any product I have ever received from 08Liter. However, once I received the double effect waterproof eye pencils from Sister Ann I fell in love with them. The pencil is a nice size and it has an automatic sharpening feature. The color glides on very easy and smooth. Super neat and clean lines. This is also a smudgeable liner that am be used as an eyeshadow but you have to work quickly to use it as an eyeshadow. Once this dries it is there for good. This waterproof eyeliner is no joke. It has amazing staying power with ease to remove with actual eye makeup remover. Water alone will not remove this eyeliner. You could easily go swimming with this eyeliner in and it would still look great when you got finished. The colors I reviewed are perfect for my skin tone and complexion. Love them both!

I initially thought this was an eyeliner and didn't realize it was eye liner plus eye shadow in one. Now I want more colors! The color is very pigmented and buildable. If you are using it as a shadow, you need to work quick to blend, because once it dries, it's really rub proof and waterproof. It won't budge. The gel pencil goes on smooth and love that it comes with a built in sharpener. It doesn't smear, but I noticed a slight fading after few hours.
