SISTER ANN Double Effect Waterproof Eye Pencil 04 Glam Latte, 08 Matt Brown Korean eyeliner are known for its super staying powers and good color choices. This brand is new to me but so good. I received two pencils in golden brown color 04 Glam Latte and dark matte brown color in Matt Brown, and both are just perfect together for cute simple eye makeup. It does exactly what it claims. You can smudge it while is still freshly applied, but once it is dry, it will not budge. I am super grateful actually for that random color shame. I would probably choose something else and this one suite me so well. Design of pencil is well thought, as the color of plastic cuffs shows pretty adequate color of pencil, it is twist off pencil with sharpener at the end. Pretty much plug and draw. I do enjoy it a lot and considering adding more colors to collection. You can actually see in my review two more colors I purchased.

To properly test these pencils, I had to go back to my old school technique of applying eyeliner using a pencil (before I learned the joy of liquid eyeliner.) I realize they're eye pencils, but I use lip and eye pencils interchangeably, so I tested the brown pencil on my lips. I would probably wear a lipstick or gloss over the pencil base coat on my lips, but I wanted to show what it looks like alone. These pencils aren't the smoothest to apply. I experienced quite a lot of drag when applying around my eyes, especially the eyelid. I took off one star for difficulty applying this eye pencil to my eyelid. This is a gel pencil eyeliner that glides on smooth and it’s easy to blend as long as you blend it before you’re ready to let it sit in place because it is waterproof and has a long time staying power. With some gentle Application of some micellar water you can get it off easy though. I got black and chic navy even though the chic navy was a little dark that it almost looked black. I also like that you can use this as an eyeshadow as well but not the colors I chose. I would lean toward the glam latte or the baby peach or the coral brick to use as eyeshadow. It also has a built-in sharpener that I didn’t realize until a week after using it!! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good waterproof eyeliner.

I received this product from 0.8liter for a minimal amount of money to give my honest opinion regarding the product. I really enjoyed the liner. it is very smooth, long lasting, good waterproofing, and non-smudge effect. This is a product that I highly recommend.

I am new to the brand #SisterAnn and I got to try the new double waterproof eye pencils for a discount price in exchange for my honest review. I love that it came with 2 different eyeliners and they were different colors. The colors was like a brownish color and then there was a kind of gold color that had just a little bit of shimmer to it but not to much to wear it looked like eye shadow or something. I put it on of a morning and by afternoon it was still looking like I had just applied it only part that didn't stay as long was were I put the eyeliner inside my inner part of my eye and that is always been a problem for me with every single eyeliner that I have tried and I say it's bc of my watery eyes. So I checked before taking my makeup off for bed and the eyeliner on my upper and lower eye was still on like I just had put it on. I loved how it just glided on and how the colors looked on me and I was very impressed with the quality and long lasting effects of the product. I will definitely be switching to this eyeliner brand. I loved it.

So I would have to give this Sister Ann Double Effect Waterproof Eye Pencils a 4 out of 5 stars. I took of a half of a star because the ingredients list was nowhere to be found on the packaging and everything is in Korean. Thankfully my handy dandy Google translate app translated a screenshot that I took of the Sister Ann's website. I was also able to translate what was on the packaging into English with that same app. Without that app, I would have never known what I was putting on my eyes. Luckily there isn't any bad ingredients like parabens in these eye pencils but the dark rose shade can potentially irritate your eyes because of the micro glitter. I will say if they added the ingredients list in English to the box in the near future for ingredient conscious people like myself, I would add a half a star. The price is affordable at $12.90 on Amazon right now. I only paid $3.99 through 08liter, for 2 since they did a BOGO deal. I got to pick #5 Champagne Gold and I got #10 Dark Rose at random. They're waterproof and super long lasting. The champagne gold is a shimmer shade vs the dark rose having micro glitter. I of course prefer the shade I picked but both are nice. I took off another half of a star because these eye pencils are not really blendable. You can apply the pencil all over your eyelid, and it has good pigmentation, but you can't tap it with your fingers or it'll become patchy, and a brush is not really any better. Just swiping it on works best and it didn't crease on me. Another issue I found was it's not super easy to sharpen the tip again with the built in sharpener, so you can't get a very thin line for liner. It's also kinda wasteful to sharpen away all that product. I bought this color to use as eyeshadow, so I won't be sharpening it again. I've never had an eye pencil be this long lasting so I had to give it 4 stars.❤️

SISTER ANN Eyeshadow+Eyeliner=Eye Pencil Double effect waterproof eye pencil I requested Midnight Black, it's a buy 1 get 1 free a Rose Gold was added. Both have glitter within the formulation as seen in my close up pics. It's water proof, sweat proof & oil proof. I honestly never used an eye pencil that repelled water as this did, it didn't smudge, smear or transfer, it stayed on my eye lids all day looking exactly like I just applied it! I ran water over my hand for the staying power as you can see it did not effect texture or fade the color at all. It applies smoothly with a creamy gel texture. It's easy to sharpen with the mini sharpener you pull out from the end of pencil. Being careful not to twist it up too much avoiding tip breaking off. Sister Ann Double effect eye liner/shadow is excellent in coverage, highly pigmented beautiful colors with unbelievable color intensity, plus the fact it did not come off until I took it off assured me it's an excellent choice of eye pencils!  I received SisterAnn Double effect waterproof eye pencil for a try fee of $3.99 in exchange for my honest opinion! My next review is all about Sister Ann Waterproof Eyeliner, which I received courtesy of 0.8liter for my authentic assessment. I'm horrible at eyeliner but I was expecting a pencil. I was so pleasantly surprised when I go opened them and they're like kohls. I ordered the Glam Latte kind. I was expecting a bronzy shimmery color and I was not disappointed. it looks pink on my eyes but maybe that's the other colors I had on influencing it because it does look the gorgeous metallic bronze on my arm. I got a "Matt Brown" for free. I apologize to all the Matt Brown's, it's just a translation error. no offense but you can't charge $13 for "Matt Brown." as to how they look when applied... I really want to love that Glam Latte color. it does tend to chunk up if you line your lash line like I do. bottom line: They apply so easily but it's so difficult to get off which is a good thing for most of you. it's not such a good thing when you're as unconfident and unskilled as I am. And $13 for a kohl that doesn't even sharpen itself? no thank you.

I wanted lighter color eye pencil for so long and decide to try this one in a color lighter brown coral brick color. I like that is retractable it glides easy and easy to blend. But its also stay long on a eye. And waterproof. And i also got a black one and i like it too . Just gonna use brown color more .

The Sister Ann Double Rffect Water proof eye pencil is a eyeshadow and eyeliner in one. That is smudge proof and waterproof. I did try to smudge the eyeliner to see if the claims were right and it did not smudge and is long lasting. The eyeliner last in water and can be removed with a soapy cleanser/oil based cleanser to help remove the eyeliner. I recieved the colors choco brown and dark rose. The choco brown is more of a matte medium brown and the dark rose is a glittery reddish brown. I like both colors which are easy to apply since I do have some sensitive eyes. I give this product a 3 out 5 stars because I think it is okay and is great for waterproof makeup.

The Double Effect Waterproof Eye Pencil from SISTER ANN truly lives up to its name. I received the Eye Pencil in Champagne Gold and Cinnamon Mocha. Both are beautiful shades with a slight shimmer to them. These eyeliners are very creamy and glide on effortlessly. They are also incredibly long-lasting, smudge-proof, and waterproof. I used the eyeliner along my waterline and, at the end of the day, around 8 hours later it was still in place. I also swatched both eyeliners on my hand and it took a lot of hard scrubbing to remove them. I definitely recommend these Eye Pencils if you are looking for a high-quality, long-lasting eyeliner.

The color payoff of these eyeliners are vibrant and lasts on your eyes all day without having to retouch. You are able to retract the eyeliner to as much or as little as you need to use. The eyeliner glides across the base of the eyelash for easy application. It is easy to remove with your favorite facial cleanser or makeup wipe.

I really loved the colors and how durable they are. The shimmery latte color was nice and warm and the matte brown was such a perfect shade of brown and so rich. They are also very long lasting

⚫️ I received the Sister Ann Double Effect eyeliners in Matte Black and Glam Latte to try at a reduced price in exchange for my honest opinion from @0.8L and Sister Ann. ⚫️ These eyeliners are creamy, long lasting, and highly pigmented. They are great to wear as a liner or eyeshadow, and easy to travel with. I love that they are twist up, and you don’t have to find a sharpener, since I can never find mine. These are perfect for smudging out to create that smokey eye effect. I feel that the shimmer shade applied slightly smoother than the matte shade, however I also have a lot of texture that I am dealing with. ⚫️ Overall I am pleased with the quality of the product and I would recommend. I would also love to try more of the shades that they offer since they have a nice variety of shades. These KBeauty eyeliners can be easily found on Amazon.

In exchange for an honest review and posting on social media, I received the SISTER ANN Double Effect Waterproof Eye Pencil. I selected the Matte Black and also received Glam Latte. Both are smooth to apply to the eye lids. I also use the matte black as an eyeliner. It's stays on all day with no smudges and easy to remove with makeup wipes or cleansing oil. The eye pencil twist up for more and also has a attachable sharpener. Going to try the other colors in the near future.

I love that this is waterproof! Most products tend to make me look like a raccoon within a n hour. I don't get to wear mascara as much as I would like because of this. So, having a really good liner is everything. I was sent Cinnamon Mocha and Champagne Gold. The mocha just glided on without a hitch or snag. Unfortunately, the Gold broke while I was applying. I lost the tip. I guess, my hand was too heavy. I love the colors But next time I really shouldn't apply them using my phone as a mirror.
