[Hello K Veggies] 건어물 잡채 한식 10g X 10팩

So I would have to give these Hello K Veggies a 4.5 out of 5 stars.👍🏻 I did receive this free from 08Liter, but as always, the opinions are my own. So the main reason I took off a half of a star is because the dried vegetable packets are in Korean and I couldn't read the instructions. I guess you could say there was some user error when prepping the vegetables. For example trying to mix in the dried snow flower namul into some hot quinoa did really nothing but the dried chwinamul got soft. These dried vegetables are probably best when cooked in a stew or rice cooker. I didn't do either. That's on me for not cooking them right. I Google translated the back of the packet and you're supposed to soak them in hot water or boil them for 3 minutes. I used the dried radish leaves in my tortilla omelette, and it came out pretty good, but it would have been better if I soaked them in hot water first. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of the radish leaves. They were my favorite out of all the dried vegetables. They kinda tasted like spinach, and they added a nice flavor to my omelette. I wish all of the packets were just the radish leaves instead of just 2, but you do get a good amount in each pack. I put the rest in a Ziploc baggie for another day. I have never been a fan of mushrooms, but it was only one pack, so I'm giving that one to my mom. These packets don't expire until August 2023, so that's plenty of time to use them. The retail value for 10 packs of dried vegetables is $30. Three dollars a pack isn't terrible but it's not cheap. I'm a frugal person, so I wouldn't pay that much for this when I mainly only liked the 2 packs of radish leaves. I still appreciate 08liter for picking me since I am a foodie and I love trying new things. Keep swiping for more. I hope this review was helpful.❤️

I always like to give different twist to my rice and noodles, but I had never try Mixed Dried Vegetables Korean Food or any other type of dry vegetables. I was amazingly surprised at how much flavor the Mixed Dried Vegetables Korean Food from Hello K Veggies brought to my rice and dinner plate. It was very delicious.
