The Maybelline SuperStay Matte Ink wand picks up alot of product. It applies easy but the formula is very thick. Apply caution or too much product could bleed to corners of mouth or outer lip line. It's very pigmented. The color payoff is very nice. The lip product smells like vanilla. It dries down quickly. I feel a slight stickiness. The product is long lasting. Leaves a creamy feeling not super drying. I love the color Self Starter. It's pinky nude. I do recommend this product for a liquid matte lip product.

I am always on the look out for good long stay lipsticks. Therefore I was excited to try this one. It has a good pigmentation, but it is definitely sticky. It is matte as I like and last on the lips for the whole day. But it will not hydrated the lips and if you have dry lips you will have to pretreat them before using this. The color that I chose called “poet” is a great one for spring looks. Overall a fair product that will stay on as it promises and a good value if money if you are looking for a similar product.

I was very excited to get to try this lipstick since I never have but a little disappointed. The color is nice and applies well. My problem is when it starts to "dry" it is very sticky basically your lips will stick together. Thats not pleasing. It also transfers. But the color does stay and doesn't fade for awhile. I just don't like the sticky lips. Just disappointed about the product.
