As you can see, this mascara definitely helped dramatically with the length of my eyelashes! It was super easy to apply...there was a little bit of excess product that I had to wipe off on the edge of the tube, but other than that it went on very smoothly. The only thing I wish it did better was curl! But I'm using lash growth serum right now and my lashes seem to be stubbornly straight. Also, it mostly came off when I took a nap (a lot of waterproof mascaras don't), but this could either be seen as good or bad. Extremely affordable product too so overall I'd say it's about excellent deal!

I prefer to use two coats to get the desired volume. I didn't have any flaking when applying another coat. I could even use a lash curler afterwards and didn't have any grabbing or clumping. If you apply it close to the lashline and wiggle it there you will get it thick at the base giving it a false lash look. This will definitely be a top shelf item for me! And it only retails for $4.99! So I will definitely be keeping this in stock. I've tried other Essence mascaras before but this one is by far my absolute favorite!
