I got this HITOMI Lip Plumper from 0.8L at a trial fee in exchange for my honest review. I really like the packaging and product design. The product works as intended. If I could change anything of the product, I would change the applicator. I feel like it is too big and since the lip plumper is very glossy and sticky, the big applicator wand gives me too much product and makes it difficult for me to spread the product evenly on my lips. There have been days where I accidently ingested the lip plumper due to overexcess of product from the wand. I'd definitely recommend a smaller wand for this type of product for safety reasons. Other than that, I think this lip plumper is great. I use it with lip tints.

The new Hotomi Lip Plumper really works! I have tried so many Lip Pumpers and most of them fail huge. This lip plumper actually works, I noticed a difference within a couple of seconds as did my friend. The only thing I would most definitely change about it is the taste. I love it other than that. It goes on great and lasts. Super shiny and I like the applicator too. If they can just change the taste of it. My lips were plumper within a matter of seconds and it lasted the whole night.

The consistency of this lip plumper is very thin and got into my mouth as soon as I put it on my lips. It tasted extremely bad and has a weird smell. As far as plumping effects, it did have an average pumping effect but nothing more than any other lip plumper. It didn’t stay on for that long given the consistency was water like. I wouldn’t wear this again or recommend it.

I got to try this Hotomi Lip Plumper in Clear, courtesy of @0.8l_usa for my honest opinion. I'm a lip plumping fanatic. Absolutely crazy about them. Of course I had to try this after my first success with Kbeauty lip plumpers. I just knew it was going to be hot after looking at the face on the tube. It has capsaicin, the naturally occurring chemical that makes peppers spicy. I applied it over my bitten lips and was pleasantly surprised it didn't tingle worse. It has this weird non flavored heat to it. I can't explain it. If you were to use this lip gloss and lick your lips, a temporary sensation of heat passes over your senses. But yet the gloss is perfectly lacking in flavor. As for efficacy, I give it 4 out of 5. I've had more dramatic plumpers that lasted longer on my lips.

First, how cute is this lip plumper?  The answer is very cute! I have used lip plumpers before but to be honest they are not my go to product. This one contains Capsaicin, an active component in chili peppers and volufiline which stimulates to gradually increase the lips. This is a creamy lip product, lightweight, no scent and non-sticky. My lips are normal size, at least for me, you can see that after applying it, it does look very glossy, but I assure you it is not sticky, which is always a plus. I left it on for about 10 minutes, the most I felt was around and inside my lips, mainly around the cupid’s bow, tingly sensation, but not burning. The only difference I saw was on my lower lip which kind of looked a bit bigger.

HOTOMI Lip Plumper 💋 💋 I was so ecstatic to receive this lip plumper. The one I tried was the glossy and anyone who knows me knows I love gloss. Immediately after applying you start to feel a kick. Being a Cajun girl, it reminded me of the tingling I get in my lips after eating spicy seafood. It's not so strong that it bothers you . I actually kind of liked the sensation. It feels like it's waking up my lips. 💋 I expected it to feel sticky but it didn't. It's dewy and glossy and goes on pretty smoothly. My lips felt moisturized for hours afterwards. Stayed on for a very sufficient amount of time before having to reapply. One of the main ingredients is Volufiline which activates the fat layer to quickly plump up my lips. I really liked it alot.

Thank you 0.8L for this opportunity! I’ve seen this on my feed for a bit now and I’ve always wanted to try! And when I finally got a chance, I was excited. I don’t have really thin lips so I don’t need much ‘plumping’ on my lips and I honestly never thought lip plumpers really work but this one was a little different. As soon as you put it on, your entire lips just BURN and STING as if you put on a slice of chili pepper on your lips or something. It really does make your lips swell up a little because of the stinging. It’s also very moisturizing and the stinging sensation lasts a couple minutes. If it gets on your tongue it stings your tongue so do be careful!

This review is for the HOTOMI Lip Plumber. I had the clear one sent to me at random. It’s a very thick gloss that’s very moisturizing. It was really interesting to try a lip plumper for the first time and the packaging was adorably hilarious with the angry eyes. It’s not a super plumping lip gloss which is fine. It’s got that kind of tingly sensation like when you eat something a bit spicy. I got a little annoyed with it after a while but mainly because I wasn’t planning to wear it all day. It’s very long lasting but don’t lick your lips or you’ll get the tingling on your tongue 👅 lol

It did give me minimal plumping which I was happy about. Didn’t irritate my lips as much as other products. Very easy to apply and get full coverage. Little to no scent. Perfect to add under other products. Overall nice plumping gloss, but not something I would go out of my way to repurchase.

𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐌𝐈 𝐋𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝘕𝘰𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴: Volufiline, Capsaicin, Camellia Oil, Olive Oil, Avocado Oil, Plum Oil Packaging is a twist top tube with a pink top and clear bottom. The applicator is a plastic curved spatula. The scent is slightly sweet with a hint of spiciness. The texture itself is thick initially, but once applied, melts into an oil that has no stickiness at all. There's no real taste to it. It's a very subtle spice, if anything. When applied, it takes a couple seconds before the tingling sensation kicks in. For me, it felt like a very mild reaction to eating slightly spicy food. It's not uncomfortable at all. It looks like it plumped out my lips a little bit. My lip lines don't look as deep. I did see a little redness on my top lip, like the gloss got onto my regular skin. It was nothing that was too noticeable. Overall, it's a very cute packaged lipgloss. I love the little angry eyes. I just don't think it was as effective as I've seen on other people's photos. The HOTOMI Lip Plumper is meant to give the appearance of fuller lips and add shine. It comes in two shades - clear red and clear. I received the clear. The first thing I noticed is the unique applicator. It has a silicone-like, spatula shaped applicator that reminds me of those eyewax removers.(laugh) Upon application, the lips feel slightly uncomfortable - like a burning, tingling sensation, as if my lips are sunburned. I do see a subtle "plumping" effect, but mostly I like it over my lip tints as a gloss.

I have never tried a lip plumper before, but I've seen good things regarding their use. I decided to try the Hotomi Lip Plumper 💋. I am not a fan. The lip gloss came in clear. I was glad it was a clear color. The packaging was cute. It has these little eyes on the bottle which I found to be likeable. However, I really did not like the effect of the product. First of all, it felt like I rubbed a Cayenne Pepper across my lips. They burned the entire time it was on. From everything I have read about lip plumping products, the burning sensation generally stops after a time. This one did not. I had that super spicy sensation the entire time it was on. To make matters worse, it really did not plump like I thought it would. I am all about beauty being a little painful at times. I am also willing to try new things regularly. However, I do have to draw the lines at painful products which do not work.

This lip plumper by #HOTOMI came in from 0.8L and I got it for a discounted price in exchange for my honest review and opinion about the product. I'm going to start off by saying this lip plumper burned my lips like they was on fire after I applied it and I did not like that at all. I did love the packaging and the lip plumper bottle alot, I thought it looked very high end. I left the plumper on even though it was so hot but I will say I looked in the mirror and it actually worked! My lips was really plumped up and I thought it was amazing. I don't think I will use it again though because it hurt to bad and I know beauty is pain but not for this girl.

This lipgloss makes my lips feel a lot like they do after I eat very hot food. The sensation is not unbearable, but you do get that stinging/tingling sensation of lip plumpers. It lasts pretty much the whole time you have the gloss on.

I received the red shoes not the clear, and with my lips it didn't really show up as read it showed up as a light pink for some reason. but that's actually a good thing for me because I don't really wear bright lip colors. however, it is supposed to be red so if you're looking for super red this may not work but everything else worked perfectly fine. I actually really like the product! my lips seemed a little fuller as it claims to! that was my interest in it so I'm happy!

This is a great lip plumping gloss but I am just not a fan of the Clear Red shade. The lipgloss has a thin, non-sticky texture and once applied to lips leaves a spicy flavor/ sensation on lips. Its not painful or uncomfortable feeling like some other lip plumping products that I have used in the past. Now I have quite full lips naturally but this lip gloss does plump them temporarily leaving my lips a bit fuller with less noticeable vertical lip lines. I prefer to use this gloss prior to applying a lip color because I find the Clear Red shade is unflattering with my skintone. Overall its a nice lip plumping option and I would definitely repurchase it, just in a different shade like clear.
