This is my first time consuming a diet supplement! I was excited to try and look forward to its benefits because I was a bit sceptical about it. I am not sure if it is a placebo effect, but I did feel that my digestion improved after taking 1 packet. I felt hungry more easily. Personally, I like the sweet potato flavour more as compared to the rest. It appears to have the strongest flavour as well. I took it raw because the idea of a pasty texture is unpleasant to me. Even though it may be a bit dry and grainy when taking it raw, it did not taste artificial. On the other hand, I feel that the cocoa flavour was a bit artificial, and the pumpkin flavour appeared to be very mild.

Initially I was hesitant to try the [KNUTRA] K-ENZYME Fiber, worried that the taste would be awful like most supplement. However, I was wrong. The original and sweet pumpkin flavour taste oaty. I cannot really taste the the difference between the two. So, it’s especially good for those who do not like sweet pumpkin but want its nutrients. My favorite is the Zinc Cacao flavor as it tastes just like chocolate powder. ….. It is very inconvenient to consume anytime and anywhere. I usually eat it by itself. For forgetful people like me who always forget to take it before meals, it is ok to take it after too. Highly recommended for people like me who are accustomed to Carb-Heavy meals, and a die hard fan of sweets stuff I see improvement in my constipation problem after just 3 sachets !

I was surprised when I poured it into my mouth, was really nervous that it'll choke me but it became a nice chewable texture and the plus point of the interesting taste made the experience a worthy daily ritual.

Very convenient packs that is easy to tear on the go and it works! I usually have constipation issues but my gut health is really much better after consuming the product and is very effective but won't make u uncomfortable with toileting experience. Becomes one of my daily essential item.

The powder is quite coarse compared to the ceramide powder sachets that I am currently taking so it’s not very pleasant. Would prefer it finer. The taste is average. Can taste a little sweet potato but has this weird aftertaste. Just a few hours after taking one sachet, I had a very bad sharp stomachache/pains. Not sure if it’s from this enzyme but I had to go to the toilet. Because of the bad stomachache I had, I probably wouldn’t take this if I know I will be out. If I would be home for the whole day, maybe. Or I wouldn’t continue taking at all. I’ll try one more time and see how it goes. I don’t think I would go out of my way to purchase this again.
