𝐀𝐜𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐩𝐇 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐩𝐇 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐮𝐦 I actually did not get a chance to test them out as they just arrived today. So this will be a first impressions kinda review. The toner comes in a transparent brown plastic bottle. Watery in texture with a sweet earthy scent, I'm guessing it's licorice. It sinks in pretty quickly leaving a light dewy finish. The serum comes in a translucent brown plastic bottle. Cloudy in color with a slight viscous consistency. The scent is very mild but similar to the toner. It spreads easily over skin leaving a non-sticky dewy finish. The scent is what I'm most obsessed about, especially in the toner. I obviously haven't used them long enough to see any of the brightening, hydrating or skin texture refinement. I'll have to come back with my results in the near future.

I recieve bot the Licorice pH cleansing toner and Licorice pH Balancing Advance Serum set on a discount for my honest review. The toner has a slight scent which can medicinal or herbal. The toner is lightweight on my skin and I use a cotton round to help remove any impurities from my skin. I use this toner right after cleansing my skin. I notice a slight tan orange tint to the toner when I apply on the cotton round. I did like how well it remove dirt from my skin even when I already cleanse my skin. My skin feels calm and nourished. There is a slight tacky feeling but works well to prep skin for skincare or makeup. I followed up with the serum. The serum has no scent. The serum is a little thick and is not as runny as the toner. I use the dropper to help apply enough of the serum. I use this for the whole face and neck. I did feel like this serum is a bit stick bit does provide my skin moisture and helps with dryness. I think this serum is suited better for dry and cold climate and works well for sensitive skin.

I am no stranger to this brand . This was one of the first brands that I used in my K Beauty routine . I have been using Korean skincare for the past 5 years now . It was great to see the brand featured in a 08l campaign. For a small trial fee , I was able to experience an old favorite and have the opportunity to try the latest addition to the line . Here I present to you . the dynamic duo ; The Acwell Licorice Cleansing Toner and The Licorice facial serum . Both products can be easily found on Amazon as well as various K Beauty sites Let’s begin with the toner which contains licorice water , guava leaves , rose and green tea extracts. The consistency is very thin and watery, making it very easy to do multiple swipes across the face . It leaves behind a hydrated finish . Next , the serum which contains licorice root extract, pine bark extract, white eggplant extract, glutathione and Niacinamide. All these ingredients combined will target hyperpigmentation, brighten and smooth the skin . The consistency is slightly viscous , but it absorbs beautifully into the skin . Both products do not contain any added fragrance or colors. I absolutely adored both products and happy to have them in my current skincare routine.

These two products work great and even better together. It can even be used as a make up remover so it is multi beneficial which is great. It left my skin soft and hydrated. My complexion was brighter as well. I think with longer use it would do great to decrease dark parts. I love that it has no harmful ingredients. It has amazing ingredients like licorice, guava, green tea and rose that all provide many benefits to the skin. It can be used like a basic toner or to remove makeup. Using the two together brings more hydration and smoothness. The combination is a great duo. I will continue to use them as well as reccomend them. 5 out of 5 definitely!

The Acwell Licorice ph Balancing Cleansing Toner is my new fav toner. It blew me away with how my skin felt after one use. It felt clean (without feeling stripped), hydrated, calmed and glowing. It helped the balancing serum do its job. I use a top of a line serum/toner that costs 6 times this costs. I'm impressed!! The Acwell Licorice Balancing Advanced Serum works in conjuction with the toner for a moisturized, soothed and, cleansed and balanced skin.

As a first impressions both the toner and serum have a soft licorice scent, pleasant not overpowering. The toner is lightweight, non sticky but hydrating. The serum is lightweight too, non sticky or greasy after feeling, lots of hydration. They are both targeted for acne, wrinkles and brightening, so far my hormonal acne has been better, my skin looks healthier, for wrinkles is too soon to tell but is great to see results regarding acne in less then a week.

I purchased the Acwell Licorice toner and serum combo during the 0.8l promotion last month and unfortunately they arrived late. Four days is certainly not enough to test the effectiveness of these products or ingredients. This serum feels lightweight on my combination skin and it soaks in very quickly. It is non-irritating and provides a good amount of hydration. I personally love the Ordinary niacinamide serum and if this will deliver better results because of the addition of powerhouse brightening ingredients i.e. licorice root extract/glutathione, then I may stop repurchasing The Ordinary for the first time in five years. I have really high hopes in this product 🤞🏻 Licorice root extract as main toner ingredient? 🙋🏻‍♀️ I was immediately sold. Unfortunately this product came late and like I said, four days is not enough to review the brightening ingredients in the product. Nonetheless, I’m really enjoying this toner. It is very soothing — it calms my post-cleanse red face efficiently. I also like using it for diy toner pads to give the skin a pick-me-up during the day 😌✨

I received Acwell Licorice pH Balancing Cleansing and Advance Serum set from Acwell and 08liter for a trial fee in exchange for my honest review. The toner has a pleasant fragrance and is effective in removing any residue left on my face after cleansing; the serum absorbs quickly without being greasy or tacky. I love the way these products feel on my skin, but unfortunately they appear to clog my pores. I will keep using them to see if this is a temporary issue.

I love both of these products. It was in perfect shape when I finally received them. I guess I was expecting to smell a little Licorice, but I'm glad it had no scent. The toner really cleaned my face wonderfully and didn't dry my skin or feel harsh at all. The serum was equally wonderful, no scent and was very cooling too the skin. It was soft and actually felt luxurious to use. I'm very happy and would recommend both items to women of all ages.

Acwell Licorice pH Balancing cleansing toner is amazing. I love how gentle it is on your skin and yet it is able to get all the deep down dirt and grime from your face without drying out your skin at all. The advanced serum is a perfect compliment to a well cleansed face by adding back extra moisture and providing a wonderful skin barrier and helping to eliminate fine lines and wrinkles. Love it! Sadly, this serum and toner set took a very long time to get to me, so I only had two days to test it before a review was due, so I can't speak for the long lasting effects but from what I can, I really liked how it felt on the skin, particularly the serum. The slip was really nice and both absorbed well. I am very much looking forward to using these products.

The Acwell Licorice PH Balancing Cleansing Toner and Advanced Serum are products for acne prone and sensitive skin. They are free of artificial colors, fragrances, parabens, and sulfates. As a pH balancing set, these products should help to keep your skin barrier healthy and slightly acidic at 5.5 pH, which minimizes bacteria while reducing the overproduction of sebum. Some of the main ingredients are licorice and niacinamide for brightening, glutathione for repairing the skin barrier, rose for hydration and anti-inflammation, and green tea for redness relief and soothing. I prefer to apply both on moist skin to aid in absorbtion. While I feel that my skin has been stable since trying it, both products do sting upon application and it takes a bit of time for that feeling to go away. It's great that my skin is being kept at a pH level that will help to keep away harmful bacteria and extra oil, as both things can lead to breakouts, clogged pores, scarring, and hyperpigmentation. Another thing to note is that the packaging says that those with eczema should NOT use this product, which to me is the ultimate sensitive skin, so... If you suffer from eczema on your hands, face, or neck, you should not use this product, as it will sting and it may dry you out more. My eczema does not show up on my face, and so far I have had no issues besides discomfort at application. I plan to keep trying this out. It likely will not be a daily use set for me but rather a supplementary step, like sheet masks, if my skin seems to need some extra care.

They are free of artificial colors, fragrances, parabens, sulfate and other harmful ingredients. The main ingredients are Licorice for brightening, rose and green tea. As of the moment, I have not received the products yet. So there is nothing much for me to write something about it. I will update this review once I received them. I’m looking forward to it.

I really enjoyed trying the Acwell Licorice PH balding Toner and Serum. I was really pleased by how moisturizing and calming it was for my skin. It’s been very dry and my skin has been pretty sensitive. This really helped calm it down and give back some of the moisture I’ve been missing. Although it says not to use with eczema I used it on my super dry patches caused by the extreme dry water and that helped as well. Really pleased with the results I got.

The serum has a bit of a tacky texture when applied to the face but will absorb into the skin with time. If you’re looking for pH balanced skincare, these products are both formulated with a pH level of 5.5, which will help maintain your skin health without irritation.

Acwell Licorice PH Balancing Cleasing Toner My main concern with this toner is that it leaves a film on your skin. I'm still confused as if I'm supposed to use this to remove makeup or use as an actual toner. Is this supposed to be like micellar water. When I use this as a regular toner it just makes my skin fill like I have left over soap on my face. I can't sat it did anything for my dark marks as of yet Acwell Licorice PH Balancing Advance Serum This serum is supposed to soothe the skin while improving texture and brighten skin toner with Licorice water. Some of its star ingredients are Licorice root water, Niacinamide, and glutathione.  I didn't see any fragrance listed but it does have a faint scent. It absorbs in the skin easily.  Still to early to tell any results.
